Borrowing from natural mechanisms for material design can lead to functional mimicry and *** by graphite formation,a thermopressure coupling strategy under micropressure(<400 Pa)is applied to prepare carbon anodes.A thermopressure response is discovered based on the cellulose ***,homologous graphene quantum dot/hard carbon(GQD/HC)heterostructures are *** 181.4 Pa and 1,200°C,the product shows a capacity of 310 mAh g^(−1),while the capacity of the direct carbonization product is only 120 mAh g^(−1).Prominently,the GQD/HC heterostructure displays marked mechanical strength and *** experimental and theoretical results illustrate the ion and electron transfer,coordination environment,and electronic states in the GQD/HC heterostructure and elaborate on the origin of the enhanced *** thermopressure coupling under micropressure mimics graphite formation,but the heterostructure has better properties than traditional carbon ***,micropressure injects new vitality into material research.

Transition metal phosphides hold great potential as sodium-ion batteries anode materials owing to their high theoretical capacity and modest ***,volume changes and low intrinsic conductivity seriously largely hinder the further development of metal phosphide *** design of phosphide anode materials with reasonable structure is conducive to solving the problems of volume expansion and slow reaction kinetics during the *** this work,a composite material integrating zeolite imidazolate backbone(ZIF) and carbon materials was synthesized by the original growth ***,by the oxidation-phosphating process,CoP nanoarray composites riveted to carbon fiber(CoP@CF) were *** the CoP@CF,CoP nanoparticles are uniformly distributed on ZIF-derived carbon,reducing agglomeration and volume change during *** also provides a highly conductive network for the active material,improving the electrode ***,when evaluated as an anode for sodium-ion batteries,CoP@CF electrode displays enhanced reversible capacity(262 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1)after 100 cycles),which is much better than that of pure CF electrode(57 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) after 100 cycles)prepared without the addition of *** rate performance of CoP@CF electrode is also superior to that of pure CF electrode at various current densities from 0.05 to1 A·g^(-1).The sodium storage behavior of CoP@CF was revealed by ex-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,and synchrotron radiation absorption *** method provides a reference for the design and synthesis of anode materials in sodium-ion batteries.

Understanding the mode’s origin in planar metamaterials is fundamental for related applications in nanophotonics and *** complex planar metamaterials,conventional analysis that directly obtains the final charge/current distribution of a mode is usually difficult in helping to understand the mode’s *** this paper,we propose a mode evolution method(MEM)with a core analysis tool,i.e.,plasmonic evolution maps(PEMs),to describe the mode evolution in several complementary planar metamaterials with designed plasmonic atoms/*** PEMs could not only clearly explain a mode’s origin,but also reveal the role of a structure’s symmetry in the mode formation *** MEM with PEMs can work as a simple,efficient,and universal approach for the mode analysis in different kinds of planar metamaterials.

During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the *** which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid *** contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive ***,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding *** results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles *** addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually *** one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the *** findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels.

Lots of reusable embedded cores and shadow logics exit in SoC design. In order to improve its test coverage, shadow logics test should be considered. General methods could be implemented easily with conventional tools, but their physical implementation costs are high. An effective method for testing shadow logics is presented in the paper without extra logics, and it has a sound universality.

The silkworm,Bombyx mori,played an important role in the old Silk Road that connected ancient Asia and ***,to date,there have been few studies of the origins and domestication of this species using molecular *** this study,DNA sequences of mitochondrial and nuclear loci were used to infer the phylogeny and evolutionary history of the domesticated silkworm and its *** of the phylogenetic analyses indicated a close relationship between the domesticated silkworm and the Chinese wild *** was estimated to have occurred about 4100 years ago(ya),and the radiation of the different geographic strains of *** about 2000 *** Chinese wild silkworm and the Japanese wild silkworm split about 23600 *** estimates are in good agreement with the fossil evidence and historical *** addition,we show that the domesticated silkworm experienced a population expansion around 1000 *** divergence times and the population dynamics of silkworms presented in this study will be useful for studies of lepidopteran phylogenetics,in the genetic analysis of domestic animals,and for understanding the spread of human civilizations.

In today’s society,there is a wide demand for high-precision and high-stability time service in the fields of electric power,communication,transportation and *** present,the time standard in various countries is mainly based on atomic clocks,but the frequency drift of atomic clocks will affect the long-term stability *** with atomic clocks,millisecond pulsars have better long-term stability and can complement with the excellent short-term stability of atomic *** order to improve the long-term stability of the atomic timescale,and then improve the timing accuracy,this paper proposes an algorithm for steering the atomic clock ensemble(ACE)by ensemble pulsar time(EPT)based on digital phase locked loop(DPLL).First,the ACE and EPT are generated by the ALGOS algorithm,then the ACE is steered by EPT based on DPLL to calibrate the long-term frequency drift of the atomic clock,so that the generated steered atomic time follows both the short-term stability characteristics of ACE and the long-term stability characteristics of EPT,and finally,the steered atomic time is used to calibrate the local cesium *** experimental results show that the long-term stability of atomic time after steering is improved by 2 orders of magnitude compared with that before steering,and the daily drift of a local cesium clock after calibration is less than 9.47 ns in 3 yr,3 orders of magnitude higher than that before calibration on accuracy.
