A new classification of the taxa formerly ascribed to Biannulariaceae(≡catathelasmataceae),***(type),callistosporium,Pleurocollybia,Macrocybe,Pseudolaccaria,Guyanagarika and Anupama is here *** inference of the Tricholomatineae based on the analysis of a combined dataset of nuclear genes including ITS,18S and 28S rDNA,tef1 and rpb2 data supports significantly a monophyletic origin of the aforementioned genera with the exception of catathelasma,which is significantly related with Bonomyces and *** is therefore emended to include the clade formed by catathelasma,Bonomyces and ***,the new family callistosporiaceae is proposed to name the clade containing callistosporium(=Pleurocollybia)and related *** of callistosporium with distant lamellae,long hygrophoroid basidia and large amygdaliform spores are accommodated in the new genus ***,the new species callistosporium pseudofelleum and Macrocybe sardoa are described,clitocybe hesleri and *** are combined into callistosporium and Pseudolaccaria,respectively,and callistosporium olivascens *** is upgraded to species rank and combined into Xerophorus.

A new classification of several clitocyboid taxa is here proposed to accommodate results from multigenic phylogenetic *** analysis of ITS rDNA as well as a combined dataset including 18S and 28S rDNA,tef1 and rpb2 data,support significantly a shared monophyletic origin of the genera Pseudoclitocybe,Musumecia and Pogonoloma,and the species clitocybe alexandri and *** new family Pseudoclitocybaceae is here proposed to name this clade,characterized by the presence of loop-like clamp connections in most species,absence of cystidia,and parallel hymenophoral trama with broad,cylindrical hyphae with intracellular *** new genera clitopaxillus and Harmajaea are proposed to accommodate the type species *** and ***,as well as the combination *** addition,two new species are described:*** has a differential distribution of clamp connections in the basidiome,while *** is,by now,an exclusively European taxon with brownish pileus,somewhat decurrent gills,ovoid spores and basidia longer than those of ***,the species concept within Pseudoclitocybe and Pogonoloma is discussed and descriptions of the most representative species are provided.

AIM： To elucidate the pre-treatment clinical and imaging findings affecting the tumor response to the transcatheter treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma （Hcc）. METHODS： Two hundred cirrhotic patients with Hcc received a total of 425 transcatheter treatments. The tumor response was evaluated by helical cT and a massive necrosis （MN） was defined as a necrosis 〉 90%. Twenty-five clinical and imaging variables were analyzed： uninodular/multinodular Hcc, unilobar/bilobar, tumor capsula, hypervascular lesion, portal vein thrombosis, portal hypertension, ascites, platelets count, aspartate transaminases/alanine transaminases （AST/ALT）, alfa- fetoprotein （AFP）〉 100, AFP 〉 400, serum creatinine, virus hepatitis c （VHc） cirrhosis, performance status, age, Okuda stage, chUd-Pugg stage, sex, cLIP （cancer of the Liver Italian Program） score, serum bilirubin, constitutional syndrome, serum albumine, prothrombin activity, BcLc （Barcelona clinic Liver cancer） stage. Prognostic factors of response were subjected to univariate analysis and thereafter, when significant, to the multivariate analyses. RESULTS： On imaging analysis, complete response wasobtained in 60 （30%） patients, necrosis 〉 90% in 38 （19%） patients, necrosis 〉 50% in 44 （22%） patients, and necrosis 〈 50% in 58 （29%） patients. Ninety-eight （49%） of the 200 patients were considered to have a MN. In univariate analysis, significant variables （P 〈 0.01） were： uninodular tumor, unilobar, tumor size 2-6 cm, cLIP score 〈 2, absence of constitutional syndrome, and BcLc stage 〈 2. In a multivariate analysis, the variables reaching statistical significance were： presence of tumor capsule （P 〈 0.0001）, tumor size 2-6 cm （P 〈 0.03）, cLIP score 〈 2 （P 〈 0.006）, and absence of constitutional syndrome （P 〈 0.03）. Kaplan-Mayer cumulative survival at 12 mo was 80% at 24 mo was 56%. MN was associated with a longer survival （P 〈 0.0001）. cONcLUSION： MN after transcatheter treatment is more common in the presence of tumor

AIM: To assess the prevalence of advanced liver fibrosis (ALF) in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis c virus (HcV) and HIV/HcV patients using transient elastography, and to identify factors associated with ALF. METHODS: Between September 2008 and October 2009, 71 HIV mono-infected, 57 HIV/HcV co-infected and 53 HcV mono-infected patients on regular follow-up at our center were enrolled in this study. Alcohol intake, the main parameters of liver function, presence of HcV-RNA, HIV-RNA, duration of highly active anti-retroviraltherapy (HAART) and cD4 cell count were recorded. ALF was defined as liver stiffness (LS) ≥ 9.5 kPa. To estimate liver fibrosis (LF) a further 2 reliable biochemical scores, aspartate aminotransferase platelet ratio index (APRI) and FIB-4, were also used. RESULTS: LS values of co-infected patients were higher than in either HIV or HcV mono-infected patients (χ 2M H = 4, P ct, LS ≥ 9.5 was significantly higher in co-infected than in HIV and HcV mono-infected pa-tients (χ 2 = 5, P co-infected than in HIV mono-infect-ed patients (P cV mono-infected patients. In HIV?HcV co-infected patients, the extent of LS was significantly associated with alcohol intake (P cD4+ cell count (P cV pa-tients, LS was correlated with alcohol intake (P cholesterol levels (P cV-and HIV-viremia were not significantly cor-related with LS. In addition, 20% of co-infected patients had virologically unsuccessful HAART; in 50% compliance was low, cD4+ levels were cells/mm 3 and LS was > 9.5 kPa. There was no significant correlation between extent of LF and HAART exposure or duration of HAART exposure, in particular with specific dideoxynucleoside analogues. cONcLUSION: ALF was more frequent in co-infected than mono-infected patients. Fungi are eukaryotes that play essential roles in *** fungi,Basidiomycota is one of the major phyla with more than 40,000 described *** review species diversity of Basidiomycota from five groups with different lifestyles or habitats:saprobic in grass/forest litter,wood-decaying,yeast-like,ectomycorrhizal,and plant *** studies of Agaricus,cantharellus,Ganoderma,Gyroporus,Russula,Tricholoma,and groups of lichenicolous yeast-like fungi,rust fungi,and smut fungi are used to determine trends in discovery of *** each case study,the number of new species published during 2009–2020 is analysed to determine the rate of *** rates differ between taxa and reflect different states of progress for species discovery in different *** results showed that lichenicolous yeast-like taxa had the highest publication rate for new species in the past two decades,and it is likely this trend will continue in the next *** species discovery rate of plant parasitic basidiomycetes was low in the past ten years,and remained constant in the past 50 *** also found that the establishment of comprehensive and robust taxonomic systems based on a joint global initiative by mycologists could promote and standardize the recognition of *** estimated that more than 54,000 species of Basidiomycota will be discovered by 2030,and estimate a total of 1.4–4.2 million species of Basidiomycota *** numbers illustrate a huge gap between the described and yet unknown diversity in Basidiomycota.

The Basidiomycota constitutes a major phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the *** present work provides an overview of all validly published,currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single *** outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided,which includes 1928 currently used genera names,with 1263 synonyms,which are distributed in 241 families,68 orders,18 classes and four *** provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification,number of accepted species,type species,life mode,habitat,distribution,and sequence ***,three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU,SSU,5.8s,rpb1,rpb2,and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina,Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted,*** time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders,168 families and 605 *** study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406-430 Mya,classes are 211-383 Mya,and orders are 99-323 Mya,which are largely consistent with previous *** this study,all phylogenetically supported families were dated,with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27-178 Mya,Pucciniomycotina from 85-222 Mya,and Ustilaginomycotina from 79-177 *** times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system,and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.

Species delimitation is one of the most fundamental processes in *** undertakings,for instance,require explicit species concepts and criteria for species delimitation in order to be relevant and ***,a perfect species concept does not exist for ***,we review the species concepts commonly used in Basidiomycota,the second largest phylum of Fungi that contains some of the best known species of mushrooms,rusts,smuts,and jelly *** general,best practice is to delimitate species,publish new taxa,and conduct taxonomic revisions based on as many independent lines of evidence as possible,that is,by applying a so-called unifying(or integrative)conceptual ***,the types of data used vary considerably from group to *** this reason we discuss the different classes of Basidiomycota,and for each provide:(i)a general introduction with difficulties faced in species recognition,(ii)species concepts and methods for species delimitation,and(iii)community recommendations and conclusions.

Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,cantharellula,cantharocybe,chromosera,chrysomphalina,cora,corella,cuphophyllus,cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andcantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.
