Ai.: The purpose of thi. study was to compare the dosi.etri. results of the techni.ues (3D-Brachytherapy and i.tensi.y-modulated radi.therapy i.RT) i. pati.nts wi.h locally advanced cervi.al carci.oma (LACC). Method: There are 15 pati.nts wi.h locally advanced cervi.al carci.oma (LACC), after the completi.n of external beam radi.therapy (EBRT) for the whole pelvi. i.radi.ti.n 45 Gy/25 fracti.ns, followed by 3D-Brachytherapy 24 Gy per weekly fracti.ns and 36 Gy of i.RT per 18 fracti.ns. Coverage of targets volume and doses recei.ed by normal ti.sue were compared i. two techni.ues. Method: 15 pati.nts of LACC treated wi.h 3D-Brachytherapy were selected for thi. study. i.RT plans were also created for all the pati.nts. 3D-Brachytherapy and i.RT plans were compared on the basi. of target volume coverage, dose to Organs at ri.k (OAR’s), homogenei.y i.dex (Hi. and conformi.y i.dex (Ci.. Results: The results showed that D90% of HRCTV i. the 3D-Brachytherapy was covered more than D90% of PTV i. the i.RT of prescri.ed dose, the D2CC and the V60Gy values of Bladder and rectum were si.ni.i.antly lower than i. 3D-Brachytherapy. The Hi.and Ci.i. 3D-Brachytherapy were found better than i.RT. Conclusi.n: 3D-Brachytherapy si.ni.i.antly reduced the i.radi.ted volume of OAR’s and i.proved dose coverage i. tumor volume compared to that by i.RT.

目的:最近的研究发现在克罗恩病患儿中存在骨矿物密度降低的现象。本次回顾性研究的目的是量化其发生率并寻找危险因素。研究对象和方法:采用双光子X 线吸收光谱仪测定了29例克罗恩病患儿的骨矿物密度。所有的儿童在随访期间都坚持服用钙剂和维生素D。结果:38%的儿童发生了骨质疏松症(Z分数≤-2.5 s),38%的儿童患有骨质减少(Z分数位于-1--2.5 s)。骨矿物密度降低与年龄相关,推测其降低可能始于青春期。骨质疏松症患儿的平均日皮质类固醇使用量明显增大。病情严重程度(用Harvey-Bradshaw指数评价)及免疫抑制剂的使用与骨矿物密度之间似有关联。性别、身高、病程和病变部位、营养等则与骨矿物密度无关。结论:本研究认为克罗恩病患儿骨矿物密度降低的发生率很高,主要是在青春期。
