Three-dimensional(3D)cell cultures have contributed to a variety of biological research fields by filling the gap between monolayers and animal *** modern optical sectioning microscopic methods make it possible to probe the complexity of 3D cell cultures but are limited by the inherent *** tissue optical clearing methods have emerged as powerful tools for investigating whole-mount tissues in 3D,they often have limitations,such as being too harsh for fragile 3D cell cultures,requiring complex handling protocols,or inducing tissue deformation with shrinkage or *** address this issue,we proposed a modified optical clearing method for 3D cell cultures,called MACS-W,which is simple,highly efficient,and *** our evaluation of MACS-W,we found that it exhibits excellent clearing capability in just 10 min,with minimal deformation,and helps drug evaluation on tumor *** summary,MACS-W is a fast,minimally-deformative and fluorescence compatible clearing method that has the potential to be widely used in the studies of 3D cell cultures.

In modern terminology,“organoids”refer to cells that grow in a specific three-dimensional(3D)environment in vitro,sharing similar structures with their source organs or *** themorphology or growth characteristics of organoids through a microscope is a commonly used method of organoid ***,it is difficult,time-consuming,and inaccurate to screen and analyze organoids only manually,a problem which cannot be easily solved with traditional *** intelligence(AI)technology has proven to be effective in many biological and medical research fields,especially in the analysis of single-cell or hematoxylin/eosin stained tissue *** used to analyze organoids,AI should also provide more efficient,quantitative,accurate,and fast *** this review,we will first briefly outline the application areas of organoids and then discuss the shortcomings of traditional organoid measurement and analysis ***,we will summarize the development from machine learning to deep learning and the advantages of the latter,and then describe how to utilize a convolutional neural network to solve the challenges in organoid observation and ***,we will discuss the limitations of current AI used in organoid research,as well as opportunities and future research directions.

The metal-carbon bonds in metal-carboranyl and metal-carboryne complexes behave very differently from those in classical organometallic complexes. The unique electronic and steric properties of ico-sahedral carboranyl moiety make the M-C bond in metal-carboranyl complexes inert toward unsaturated molecules, and on the other hand, the sterically demanding carborane cage can induce unexpected C-C coupling reactions. The M-C bonds in metal-carboryne complexes are, however, active toward various kinds of unsaturated molecules and the reactivity patterns are dependent upon the electronic configurations of the metal ions. This account provides an overview of our recent work in this area.

o-Carboryne （1,2-dehydro-o-carborane） is a very useful synthon for the synthesis of a variety of carborane-functionalized molecules. Diels-Alder reaction of o-carboryne with furans gave a series of carborane-fused oxanorbornenes in moderate to high yields using 1-OTf-1,2-C_2B_10H_11 as carboryne precursor. The resultant cycloadducts can undergo hydrogenation, cyclic oxidation, bromination, [4＋2]/[2＋2] cycloaddition and nucleophilic ring opening reaction to afford a variety of highly functionalized carboranes that may find applications as useful basic units in medicine and materials science.

To improve the efficiency and consistency of machined microlens array using single-point diamond turning technology,a theoretical model of surface form error is proposed in this ***,a compensation method for this model is *** the proposed tool equivalent tilt angle model,the microlens array is regarded as a freeform *** corresponding curvature radius of the surface at each cutting point along the cutting direction is calculated by establishing a slow slide servo cutting *** the spatial form error model,the assumption is that surface form error has a linear relationship with z-axis maximum speed *** empirical linear equation is obtained and verified,with a maximum deviation of 0.4μ***,after machining,the surface form error is measured and processed using on-machine *** theoretical and measured surface form errors are *** surface form error is compensated in the machining *** peak-to-valley value is reduced from 5.4 to 0.6μm after *** show that the single-point diamond turning and compensation method for the microlens array presented in this paper can predict the surface form error and significantly improve machining accuracy and consistency.

Transmetalation of carborane-fused zirconacycles to Cu（II） induces the C-C coupling reaction to form four-membered rings. This serves as a new efficient and general methodology for the generation of a series of carborane-fused cyclobutenes and cyclobutanes. A reaction mechanism involving transmetalation to Cu（II） and reductive elimination is proposed.

乌鲁木齐市侏罗系含煤地层呈近东西向横穿城市主城区,具有含煤层数多、单层煤层巨厚且近乎直立的地质特点.数十年以来,煤炭资源的开采破坏了乌鲁木齐的城市环境,由此造成的塌陷区威胁着周边居民的生产生活,也严重制约着城市发展,限制了土地资源的开发利用.本文以乌鲁木齐市横跨水磨沟区和米东区的六道湾煤矿、苇湖梁煤矿等为研究区,以Sentinel-1A数据为主要数据源,采用短基线集合成孔径雷达干涉(SBAS-InSAR)技术监测研究区内2018-06-01-2022-06-30的历史废弃煤矿、现有开采煤矿和周边居民区的地表沉降现象.利用SBAS-InSAR技术处理SAR数据,获取研究区内地表时序形变结果,生成地理编码后的年均速率及累积形变量,发现多个矿区沉降漏斗范围扩大,且沉降漏斗中心的累积沉降量超过-150 mm.通过与全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)结果的对比分析发现,GNSS与SBAS结果整体沉降趋势一致,均方根误差(RMSE)为2~3 mm,因此SBAS-InSAR具有较高的可信度.
