Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-induced cytokine storm is closely associated with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)severity and ***,drugs that are effective against inflammation to treat lethal COVID-19 are still urgently ***,we constructed a SARS-CoV-2 spike protein-specific CAR,and human T cells infected with this CAR(SARS-CoV-2-S CAR-T)and stimulated with spike protein mimicked the T-cell responses seen in COVID-19 patients,causing cytokine storm and displaying a distinct memory,exhausted,and regulatory T-cell ***1 remarkably augmented cytokine release in SARS-CoV-2-S CAR-T cells when they were in *** on this"two-cell"(CAR-T and THP1 cells)model,we screened an FDA-approved drug library and found that felodipine,fasudil,imatinib,and caspofungin were effective in suppressing the release of cytokines,which was likely due to their ability to suppress the NF-kB pathway in ***,fasudi,imatinib,and caspofungin were further demonstrated,although to different extents,to attenuate lethal inflammation,ameliorate severe pneumonia,and prevent mortality in a SARS-CoV-2-infected Syrian hamster model,which were also linked to their suppressive role in *** summary,we established a SARS-CoV-2-specific CAR-T-cell model that can be utilized as a tool for anti-inflammatory drug screening in a fast and high-throughput *** drugs identified herein have great potential for early treatment to prevent COVID-19 patients from cytokine storm-induced lethality in the clinic because they are safe,inexpensive,and easily accessible for immediateuseinmostcountries.

In the multilayer film-substrate system,thermal stress concentration and stress mutations cause film buckling,delamination and cracking,leading to device *** this paper,we investigated a multilayer film system composed of a substrate and three film *** thermal stress distribution inside the structure was calculated by the finite element method,revealing significant thermal stress differences between the *** is mainly due to the mismatch of the coefficient of thermal expansion between *** materials respond differently to changes in external temperature,leading to compression between *** are obvious thermal stress concentration points at the corners of the base layer and the transition layer,which is due to the sudden change of the shape at the geometric section of the structure,resulting in a sudden increase in local *** address this issue,we chamfered the substrate and added an intermediate layer between the substrate and the transition layer to assess whether these modifications could reduce or eliminate the thermal stress concentration points and extend the service life of the multilayer *** results indicate that chamfering and adding the intermediate layer effectively reduce stress discontinuities and mitigate thermal stress concentration points,thereby improving interlayer bonding strength.

Morphological characterization of amidinophenylporphyrins interacting with DNA by photo irradiation

5,10,15,20-Tetrakis（4-amidinophenyl）porphyrin（Por 1）,its Zn complex（Por 2）and amidinophenyl bispophyrin（Por 3）interacting with calf thymus DNA were investigated by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）and the shape and size of the porphyrin–DNA complexes were observed after photo *** results showed that the shape and size of DNA had signifcant differences with blank group by virtue of the interaction between the porphyrins and *** suggests the morphological characterization could be used to study the interaction and judge DNA photocleavage activity indirectly through the photo irradiation of porphyrins.

A new method for preparing (2Z, 4Z, 6Z)-4,5-diethyloxepinedicarboxylate by one-step is described. The synthesis of several oxepines and azepines derivatives was carried out by the reaction of substituted furans or pyrroles with diethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in boiling toluene. The effect factors for this reaction were discussed and reaction condition was optimized.

Spatial Allocation of Urban Medical Facilities for the Elderly in China: With Hefei City as Example

The severe situation of a constantly growing aging population has brought along great challenges to the development of China’s medical and health undertakings. From the perspective of fairness, this paper discusses the rationality of the spatial allocation of medical facilities in the urban area of Hefei, considering the elderly’s demand through accessibility analysis. In term of medical facilities distribution, the 10-minute pedestrian accessible area of all medical facilities for the elderly is far from evenly covering the city’s urban area. The areas of high coverage rate concentrate within the Second Ring Road and aggregate in the sub-centers of the city as well. While in the fringe areas far away from the city center in the direction of the sub-city centers, which are undergoing the anti-aggregation of the elderly, the coverage rate of medical facilities is quite low. In term of medical facilities capacity(i.e., number of beds), there exits also an imbalance, with some facilities facing a serious shortage of beds, while some others seeing a remarkable surplus of beds supply. Under the premise of not adding any new medical facilities, a rational coordination of related service among different areas of the city based on the actual distribution of the elderly would be an effective measure to achieve a balance between supply and demand.

Conversion-type reaction anode materials with high specific capacity are attractive candidates to improve lithium ion batteries(LIBs), yet the rapid capacity fading and poor rate capability caused by drastic volume change and low electronic conductivity greatly hinder their practical applications. To circumvent these issues, the successful design of yolk@shell Fe2 O3@C hybrid composed of a columnar-like Fe2O3 core within a hollow cavity completely surrounded by a thin, self-supported carbon(C) shell is presented as an anode for high-performance LIBs. This yolk@shell structure allows each Fe2O3 core to swell upon lithiation without deforming the carbon shell. This preserves the structural and electrical integrity against pulverization, as revealed by in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM) measurement. Benefiting from these structural advantages, the resulting electrode exhibits a high reversible capacity(1013 m Ah g-1 after80 cycles at 0.2 A g-1), outstanding rate capability(710 m Ah g-1 at 8 A g-1) and superior cycling stability(800 m Ah g-1 after 300 cycles at 4 A g-1). A Li-ion full cell using prelithiated yolk@shell Fe2 O3@C hybrid as the anode and commercial Li CoO2(LCO) as the cathode demonstrates impressive cycling stability with a capacity retention of 84.5% after 100 cycles at 1 C rate, holding great promise for future practical applications.

[目的]研究热带地区橡胶林土壤中黏土矿物组成和不同形态钾含量随树龄增长的演变规律以及影响因素,为我国热区橡胶林的钾素科学管理和持续健康生产提供科学依据.[方法]在海南岛西部橡胶主产区选择 4片不同树龄(10 a、20 a、30 a和 40 a)的橡胶人工林,采集 0～20 cm、20～40 cm、40～60 cm、60～80 cm和 80～100 cm土壤剖面样品,分析土壤理化性质、不同形态钾含量,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析黏土矿物组成.[结果]水溶性钾(WSK)和交换性钾(EK)均受树龄和土层深度以及二者交互作用的影响,其中0～20 cm土层的WSK随树龄的增长呈增加的趋势,EK随土层深度的增加呈降低趋势;缓效钾(SAK)和全钾(TK)仅受树龄因素的显著影响,其中,10 a树龄的橡胶林土壤中TK显著低于 20～40 a树龄.随树龄的增长,高岭石相对含量减少,而水云母相对含量增加,二者存在此消彼长的关系.相关性分析表明,EK与土壤有机碳(SOC)含量、全氮(TN)含量以及碳氮比(C/N)呈极显著正相关,而TK与pH和C/N间呈极显著正相关;WSK、SAK以及TK含量与高岭石含量呈显著负相关,而与水云母含量呈显著正相关.[结论]综上所述,橡胶树龄显著影响土壤不同形态钾素含量及黏土矿物组成,随树龄增长,高岭石向水云母转化,进而提高了土壤不同形态钾素含量;土壤有机碳含量的增加对交换性钾具有正向调控作用.因此,在橡胶生产中可通过有机质培肥来促进土壤钾素有效性提升.研究结果对橡胶林钾素的科学管理具有指导意义.

针对JPEG2000标准建议的码率控制算法的计算复杂度高且占用存储空间大的问题，提出了一种基于线性预测的动态阈值截断的码率控制算法．通过分析小波变换特点及图像边缘和纹理特性，根据图像的压缩倍数线性预测码流截断点的率失真斜率阈值，在编码过程中动态调整此阈值以满足码率的要求．该算法实现了码流的实时截断，降低了计算量和存储空间，提高了编码器的编码效率，保持与原算法相近的图像质量．该算法与JPEG2000码率控制算法相比，峰值信噪比（PSNR）只下降了0．1～0．3dB，在图像压缩倍数大于8的情况下，计算复杂度下降了41．6％以上，存储空间节省了43．2％以上．

For lots of scientific questions about lunar physics deep inside the Moon,in-situ observation on lunar physical libration is one of the most potential *** this paper,we propose a brand new optical telescope functioned with simultaneously observing multiple(here there are three)fields of view(FOVs)for in-situ observation of lunar physical *** telescope can be placed at any place with any attitude on the Moon and do not require manned install,control or *** passively,continuously and simultaneously observe stars in three FOVs along with rotation of the *** is to be measured and studied from celestial motion of the directions of three FOVs from image *** concept and design of this telescope are firstly introduced in this *** principle and feasibility of the method of insitu observation are also *** simulation,precision of the determined lunar physical libration is expected to be several milliarcsecs,about two orders of magnitude better than the current precision of libration by lunar laser ranging *** data with milliarcsec precision level can play a valuable role in the study of the physics and dynamics of the interior of the *** telescope can also be applied to observe the rotation of other terrestrial planets like Mars.
