Objective: To study the correlation between mi R-21 and Treg/Th17 ratio in the microenvironment of rats with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Diethylnitrosamine was used to build the hepatocel ular carcinoma model of rats; the content of Treg cells and Th17 cells and the expression of mi R-21 in the peripheral blood of rats with hepatocellular carcinoma were detected. The statistical analysis was performed on the correlation between mi R-21 expression and Treg/Th17 ratio. Results: Hepatocellular carcinoma model of rats was successfully constructed. The proportion of Th17 cells among all CD4+T cells in the peripheral blood of rats with hepatocellular carcinoma was 5.319%, which was higher than the control group; while the proportion of Treg cells was 9.472%, which was higher than the control group. Treg/Th17 ratio in the model group was 1.781, compared with 1.478 in the control group. The expression of mi R-21 was increased in the peripheral blood of rats with hepatocellular carcinoma and it showed a positive correlation with the ratio of Treg/Th17. Conclusions: There is a positive correlation between the expression level of miR-21 and the ratio of Treg/Th17.

Layered rare-earth metal oxides,harnessing the dual properties of oxides and two-dimensional layered materials,exhibit remarkable thermal stability and quantum confinement ***,this work adopts the first-principles calculation combined with the Boltzmann transport theory to predict the thermoelectric properties of NdZnSbO *** coexistence of weak interlayer van der Waals interactions,robust intralayer ionic bonding,and partial covalent bonding leads to remarkable bonding heterogeneity,which engenders pronounced phonon scattering and imposes constraints on thermal transport along the out-of-plane *** weakened chemical bonds induced by the antibonding states,together with the rattling-like behavior of the Zn atom,culminate in the profound anharmonicity in the layered NdZnSbO *** weakening bond and heavy element contribute to the softness of phonon modes,which significantly diminishes the phonon group *** redistribution-dominated four-phonon scattering process spans a large optical gap,which effectively reduces the lattice thermal *** NdZnSbO compound exhibits direct semiconductor characteristic with a bandgap of 0.73 e V by adopting the Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerhof(HSE06)functional in combination with spin–orbit coupling(SOC)*** multi-valley feature of NdZnSbO compound augur favorably for band degeneracy,thus amplifying the power ***,an optimal figure-of-merit(ZT)of 3.40 at 900 K is achieved for the n-type NdZnSbO *** present study delves deeply insights into the origins for the low thermal conductivity of NdZnSbO compound and proposes an optimization scheme to enhance overall thermoelectric performance.

It is well known that cationic polymers have excellent antimicrobial capacity accompanied with high biotoxicity, to reduce biotoxicity needs to decrease the number of cationic groups on polymers, which will influence antimicrobial activity. It is necessary to design a cationic polymer mimic natural antimicrobial peptide with excellent antibacterial activity and low toxicity to solve the above dilemma. Here,we designed and prepared a series of cationic poly(β-amino ester)s(PBAEs) with different cationic contents, and introducing hydrophobic alkyl chain to adjust the balance between antimicrobial activity and biotoxicity to obtain an ideal antimicrobial polymer. The optimum one of synthesized PBAE(hydrophilic cationic monomer:hydrophobic monomer = 5:5) was screened by testing cytotoxicity and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC), which can effectively kill S. aureus and E. coli with PBAE concentration of15 μg/m L by a spread plate bacteriostatic method and dead and alive staining test. The way of PBAE killing bacterial was destroying the membrane like natural antimicrobial peptide observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). In addition, PBAE did not exhibit hemolysis and cytotoxicity. In particular, from the result of animal tests, the PBAE was able to promote healing of infected wounds from removing mature S. aureus and E. coli on the surface of infected wound. As a result, our work offers a viable approach for designing antimicrobial materials, highlighting the significant potential of PBAE polymers in the field of biomedical materials.

Effects of Operation Parameters on Heat Transfer in Tubular Moving Bed Heat Exchangers:A CFD-DEM Study

Tubular moving bed heat exchangers（MBHEs） present inherent advantages for efficiently and stably recovering sensible heat from high-temperature granular *** this study,we introduce a viable and practical approach based on the combined approach of Computational Fluid Dynamics with Discrete Element Method（CFD-DEM） and employ it to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the effects of operation parameters on tubular *** parameters include inlet particle temperature（ranging from 500℃ to 700℃）,tube wall temperature（ranging from 50℃ to 250℃）,and particle descent velocity（ranging from 0.5 mm/s to 12 mm/s）.Our analysis reveals that the heat radiation and gas film heat conduction predominantly govern the heat transfer process in the particle-fluid-wall system,collectively contributing to approximately 90% of the total heat flux of tube wall(Qwsimu).The results indicate that increasing the inlet particle temperature and reducing the tube wall temperature intensify heat transfer by enlarging the temperature *** interestingly,Qwsimuexhibits three distinct stages as particle descent velocity increases,including an ascent stage,a descent stage,and a stable ***,the simulation attempts suggest that the optimal descent velocity for maximizing Qwsimufalls within the range of 1.3-2.0 mm/*** findings not only uncover the precise influence mechanisms of operation parameters on heat transfer outcomes but also offer valuable insights for heat transfer enhancement efficiency in MBHE system.

Circularly polarized luminescence （CPL） materials have been extensively studied in recent years owing to their widespread applications in 3D display,optical storage,optical anti-counterfeiting,and biological imaging,***（I） clusters have emerged as a promising candidate for CPL materials,driven by their cost-effectiveness,superior luminescent properties,precise structure,and low ***,the poor environmental stability of copper（I） clusters renders their synthesis and preservation challenging,thereby significantly impeding their ***,we have designed and synthesised a chiral double-coordinated ligand in order to construct copper（I） cluster nodes that can be further *** anticipated,by utilizing stepwise assembly strategy,a Cu4cluster node co-modified by chiral alkynyl ligands and triphenylphosphine was further assembled with Cd2+ions to obtain 2D layers structure,L/*** L/D-Cu4-Cd exhibits excellent stability and optical properties,including bright yellow emission,solvent-responsive luminescence,and CPL activity with a maximum glumup to 2.0×10-3,which shows potential applications in the WLED and *** interestingly,the material also exhibits deflection ability towards different wavelengths of linearly polarized light,showing certain potential in the preparation of circular polarizer.

Reversible li plating regulation on graphite anode through a barium sulfate nanofibers-based dielectric separator for fast charging and high-safety lithium-ion battery

Poor li plating reversibility and high thermal runaway risks are key challenges for fast charging lithiumion batteries with graphite ***,a dielectric and fire-resistant separator based on hybrid nanofibers of barium sulfate（BS） and bacterial cellulose（BC） is developed to synchronously enhance the battery's fast charging and thermal-safety *** regulation mechanism of the dielectric BS/BC separator in enhancing the li+ion transport and li plating reversibility is revealed.（1） The Max-Wagner polarization electric field of the dielectric BS/BC separator can accelerate the desolvation of solvated li+ions,enhancing their transport kinetics.（2） Moreover,due to the charge balancing effect,the dielectric BS/BC separator homogenizes the electric field/li+ion flux at the graphite anode-separator interface,facilitating uniform li plating and suppressing li dendrite ***,the fast-charge graphite anode with the BS/BC separator shows higher Coulombic efficiency（99.0% vs.96.9%） and longer cycling lifespan（100 cycles vs.59 cycles） than that with the polypropylene（PP） separator in the constantlithiation cycling test at 2 mA *** high-loading liFePO4(15.5 mg cm-2)//graphite(7.5 mg cm-2) full cell with the BS/BC separator exhibits excellent fast charging performance,retaining 70% of its capacity after 500 cycles at a high rate of 2C,which is significantly better than that of the cell with the PP separator（retaining only 27% of its capacity after 500 cycles）.More importantly,the thermally stable BS/BC separator effectively elevates the critical temperature and reduces the heat release rate during thermal runaway,thereby significantly enhancing the battery's safety.
