New generalized fuzzy transform computations for solving fractional partial differential equations arising in oceanography

This paper presents a study of nonlinear waves in shallow water.The Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)equa-tion has a canonical version based on oceanography theory,the shallow water waves in the oceans,and the internal ion-acoustic waves in plasma.Indeed,the main goal of this investigation is to employ a semi-analytical method based on the homotopy perturbation transform method(HPTM)to obtain the numerical findings of nonlinear dispersive and fifth order KdV models for investigating the behaviour of magneto-acoustic waves in plasma via fuzziness.This approach is connected with the fuzzy generalized integral transform and HPTM.Besides that,two novel results for fuzzy generalized integral transforma-tion concerning fuzzy partial gH-derivatives are presented.Several illustrative examples are illustrated to show the effectiveness and supremacy of the proposed method.Furthermore,2D and 3D simulations de-pict the comparison analysis between two fractional derivative operators(Caputo and Atangana-Baleanu fractional derivative operators in the Caputo sense)under generalized gH-differentiability.The projected method(GHPTM)demonstrates a diverse spectrum of applications for dealing with nonlinear wave equa-tions in scientific domains.The current work,as a novel use of GHPTM,demonstrates some key differ-ences from existing similar methods.

The analytical solution of the multi-dimensional,time-fractional model of Navier-Stokes equation using the triple and quadruple Elzaki transformdecompositionmethod is presented in this article.The aforesaidmodel is analyzed by employing Caputo fractional derivative.We deliberated three stimulating examples that correspond to the triple and quadruple Elzaki transform decomposition methods,respectively.The findings illustrate that the established approaches are extremely helpful in obtaining exact and approximate solutions to the problems.The exact and estimated solutions are delineated via numerical simulation.The proposed analysis indicates that the projected configuration is extremely meticulous,highly efficient,and precise in understanding the behavior of complex evolutionary problems of both fractional and integer order that classify affiliated scientific fields and technology.

New Computation of Unified Bounds via a More General Fractional Operator Using Generalized Mittag-Leffler Function in the Kernel

In the present case,we propose the novel generalized fractional integral operator describing Mittag-Leffler function in their kernel with respect to another function Φ.The proposed technique is to use graceful amalgamations of the Riemann-Liouville(RL)fractional integral operator and several other fractional operators.Meanwhile,several generalizations are considered in order to demonstrate the novel variants involving a family of positive functions n(n∈N)for the proposed fractional operator.In order to confirm and demonstrate the proficiency of the characterized strategy,we analyze existing fractional integral operators in terms of classical fractional order.Meanwhile,some special cases are apprehended and the new outcomes are also illustrated.The obtained consequences illuminate that future research is easy to implement,profoundly efficient,viable,and exceptionally precise in its investigation of the behavior of non-linear differential equations of fractional order that emerge in the associated areas of science and engineering.

Dear Editor,Kindlin-1 plays a major role in the activation of integrins[1].Kindlin-1 is often overexpressed in cancers.Kindlin-1 overexpression has been associated with a higher propensity of breast cancer patients to metastasize to the lungs[2,3].Furthermore,Kindlin-1 depletion in mouse models was found to inhibit tumor growth and lung metastasis[3,4].However,the underlying mechanisms remain poorly explored.

PYRIDINATION OF POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE) via A HOMOLYTIC PATHWAY

PVC was subjected to a chemical modification aiming at replacing the chlorine atoms by pyridine groups via a homolytic route. Pyridine groups were peculiarly affixed to the PVC matrix via a carbon-carbon bond rather than a carbonnitrogen one. PVC was first iodinated using the Conant-Finkelstein reaction, followed by the application of the homolytic conditions of Minisci to generate pyridinated PVC with a varying degree of substitution. The extent of substitution was not high; the reaction on 30% iodinated PVC afforded a degree of modification no greater than 3%.

An Efficient Parameterized Logarithmic Kernel Function for Semidefinite Optimization

In this paper,we present a primal-dual interior point algorithm for semidefinite optimization problems based on a new class of kernel functions.These functions constitute a combination of the classic kernel function and a barrier term.We derive the complexity bounds for large and small-update methods respectively.We show that the best result of iteration bounds for large and small-update methods can be achieved,namely O(q√n(log√n)^q+1/q logn/ε)for large-update methods and O(q^3/2(log√q)^q+1/q√nlogn/ε)for small-update methods.We test the efficiency and the validity of our algorithm by running some computational tests,then we compare our numerical results with results obtained by algorithms based on different kernel functions.

A review of existing strategies for designing long-acting parenteral formulations: Focus on underlying mechanisms, and future perspectives

The need for long-term treatments of chronic diseases has motivated the widespread development of long-acting parenteral formulations(LAPFs)with the aim of improving drug pharmacokinetics and therapeutic efficacy.LAPFs have been proven to extend the half-life of therapeutics,as well as to improve patient adherence;consequently,this enhances the outcome of therapy positively.Over past decades,considerable progress has been made in designing effective LAPFs in both preclinical and clinical settings.Here we review the latest advances of LAPFs in preclinical and clinical stages,focusing on the strategies and underlying mechanisms for achieving long acting.Existing strategies are classified into manipulation of in vivo clearance and manipulation of drug release from delivery systems,respectively.And the current challenges and prospects of each strategy are discussed.In addition,we also briefly discuss the design principles of LAPFs and provide future perspectives of the rational design of more effective LAPFs for their further clinical translation.

Social and Ecological Constraints on Decision Making by Transhumant Pastoralists: A Case Study from the Moroccan Atlas Mountains

Transhumant pastoralism is an important activity in southern Morocco. Migration pattern of transhumant pastoralists can be affected by physical factors (e.g. droughts and diseases) or socioeconomic factors (e.g. schooling options for children and migration costs). We studied the spatio-temporal rangeland usage of the three tribes Ait Mgoun, Ait Zekri, and Ait Toumert in the south-central Atlas region with a two-fold approach. First, we tracked the migration movements of one representative transhumant herd using the Advanced Research and Global Observation Satellite (ARGOS) collars, which record coordinates from satellite signals. Second, we interviewed herders to obtain information about general grazing practices of the respective tribe and to gain more direct information on motivations underlying decisions. For each tribe we observed small-, medium- and large-scale movements. We found that the most important drivers of migration decisions were seasonal fodder availability and weather conditions in combination with herd-specific risk and cost assessment, as well as personal factors. In conclusion, general migration patterns vary in time, both between and within the tribes, but according to a regulatory framework. Moreover, it appears that both the customary rules and its flexible adaptation to physical constraints are generally beneficial in terms of conservation of the arid and semiarid rangeland resources.

A new flavonoidic glycoside,tricin-4’-O-β-L-arabinoside(1) was isolated from the leaves of Alstonia macrophylla along with two known flavonoids,vitexin and myricetin-3′-rhamnoside-3-O-galactoside.Their structures were established by chemical and spectral evidences.The known compounds were reported for the first time from this plant.Moreover compound 1 was tested for antifungal and antibacterial activities.

Assessment of macro and micro nutrients around brick kilns agricultural environment

Brick kiln is well known as one of the main sources of air pollution;however,the pollutants produced from it do not remain in the air,they ultimately fall down to the soil and pollute the surroundings,therefore,this study was carried out to assess the status of macro(N,P,K and S)and micro nutrients(Fe,Mn and Zn,Cu)in the agricultural environment near the brick kilns of Young Brahmaputra and Jamuna Floodplain soils.Composite soil and plant samples were collected from four distances such as 250 m,500 m,1000 m,and 1500 m in three different sites.Sulphur(2352-3378 mg kg^-1),Zn(86-156 mg kg^-1)and Cu(24.7-46.9 mg kg^-1)are found in the elevated levels near brick kiln soils that is released due to burning of poor quality coal and fire woods.The alarming news is that plant uptake of S and micro nutrients in the nearest areas of the brick kilns are significantly higher than the areas far from the brick production and their concentration ranges from 23 mg kg^-1 to 101 mg kg^-1 for Zn,10-41 mg kg^-1 for Cu,35-1309 mg kg^-1 for Fe,26-126 mg kg^-1 for Mn and 2590-mg kg^-1 for S.Data indicates both soil and plant received maximum amount of micronutrients and S concentrations within 500-1000 m distances from brick kilns.Iron and Mn concentrations vary within a permissible limit but the plant uptake is high.Nitrogen concentrations is increasing with the distance from the brick kilns in both soils and plants but no definite pattern of P and K accumulation was found.Research suggested avoiding agricultural practice nearby brick kiln soils due to micronutrient contamination in order to preserve adjoined agricultural environment.
