Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death *** disease causes loss of heart muscles and is also responsible for the death of heart cells,sometimes damaging their functionality.A person’s life may depend on receiving timely assistance as soon as ***,minimizing the death ratio can be achieved by early detection of heart attack(HA)*** the United States alone,an estimated 610,000 people die fromheart attacks each year,accounting for one in every four ***,by identifying and reporting heart attack symptoms early on,it is possible to reduce damage and save many lives *** objective is to devise an algorithm aimed at helping individuals,particularly elderly individuals living independently,to safeguard their *** address these challenges,we employ deep learning *** have utilized a vision transformer(ViT)to address this ***,it has a significant overhead cost due to its memory consumption and computational complexity because of scaling dot-product ***,since transformer performance typically relies on large-scale or adequate data,adapting ViT for smaller datasets is more *** response,we propose a three-in-one steam model,theMulti-Head Attention Vision Hybrid(MHAVH).Thismodel integrates a real-time posture recognition framework to identify chest pain postures indicative of heart attacks using transfer learning techniques,such as ResNet-50 and VGG-16,renowned for their robust feature extraction *** incorporatingmultiple heads into the vision transformer to generate additional metrics and enhance heart-detection capabilities,we leverage a 2019 posture-based dataset comprising RGB images,a novel creation by the author that marks the first dataset tailored for posture-based heart attack *** the limited online data availability,we segmented this dataset into gender categories(male and female)and conducted testing on both segmented and original dat

Long term efficacy and stability of corneal collagen cross linking for post-LASIK ectasia: an average of 80mo follow-up

This study was designed to evaluate efficacy and stability of corneal collagen crosslinking(CXL) in halting the progression of post-laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) ectasia and provide long-term follow-up results with an average of 80 mo. Patients with post-LASIK ectasia were treated with CXL between December 2007 and January 2012. Main outcome measures were uncorrected distance visual acuities(UDVA) and corrected distance visual acuities(CDVA), minimum and maximum keratometry(K) values, spherical and cylindrical refraction, and corneal thickness. The study evaluated 17 eyes for 13 patients(8 men, 5 women) with mean age of 31y(range 23 to 39) and mean follow-up of 80.7±15(range 57 to 102)mo. UDVA and CDVA improved from logMAR 0.53±0.36(20/63) to 0.49±0.4(20/50)(P=0.43) and from 0.18±0.17(20/28) to 0.16±0.16(20/27)(P=0.55) respectively. In 15 eyes UDVA and in 13 eyes CDVA either remained stable or improved ≥1 Snellen lines(88.2%) and(76.5%) respectively. Although statistically insignificant, spherical and cylindrical refraction decreased post-CXL from-1.26±2.87 to-0.38±2.32 diopters(D)(P=0.054) and from-3.80±2.47 to-3.04±2.18 D(P=0.13) respectively. Kmax significantly decreased from 44.23±3.76 to 42.85±3.08 D(P=0.013) and Kmin decreased from 41.07±3.61 to 40.00±2.65 D(P=0.057). Corneal thickness decreased from 470±42 to 460±41 μm, but was statistically non-significant(P=0.063). Therefore, CXL is effective in halting and partially reversing the progression of postLASIK ectasia on the long-term(mean follow-up of more than 80mo), thus highlighting the stability and maintained effect of CXL for such cases.

Ammonia production is vital in global industries but faces increasing environmental concerns, necessitating a shift towards sustainable methods. This review comprehensively explores diverse hydrogen production approaches and their potential impact on sustainable ammonia synthesis. The primary focus is investigating hydrogen production methods that enhance both efficiency and sustainability in ammonia synthesis, which is crucial for reducing its environmental footprint. Furthermore, the review highlights the pivotal role of catalysts in improving Faradaic efficiency in ammonia synthesis, emphasizing their significance in overall process efficiency. The study identifies innovative technologies that have the potential to revolutionize ammonia production while aligning with global sustainability goals. Through a thorough examination of hydrogen production methods and catalytic advances, this review provides valuable insight into greener and more efficient ammonia production practices. In conclusion, it emphasizes the importance of exploring hydrogen production methods and leveraging catalysts to improve ammonia production sustainability and efficiency. It addresses a critical research gap and paves the way for an environmentally responsible and globally aligned ammonia production industry. 数字电视是未来的主流趋势已不容置疑,现在有很多国家已设定数字电视广播的开播时间表,并设定了电视需含数字接收机之百分比及时间表。目前欧规数字电视广播采用OFDM作为传输方案,经过很多的测试,证实OFDM是个很好的传输方式。由于OFDM具有抵抗衰落以及抗多径干扰之优点,因此4G亦正针对此一特性准备采用作为其传输制式。Hybrid ARQ是为了提供可靠的高数据速率传输而采用的一种链路自适应技术,是OFDM系统中的一项关键技术。本文中,介绍了OFDM系统中的数据传输是怎样执行的,然后展示了OFDM发射机和接收机的结构。文中还对一种适用于因特网的、将第Ⅱ类混合自动重传请求协议与自适应调制技术相结合、并将信道估计用于时隙调度的系统(称为信道预测式HARQ-Ⅱ/AMS)进行了研究。通过仿真,对快衰落信道条件下的下行链路的性能,特别是误码率、吞吐量和时延等进行了研究。为便于对比,将系统稍作修改:一、不使用前向纠错/ARQ协议,二、不做信道估计(这样的系统称为盲HARQ-Ⅱ/AMS)。对比研究表明,正确的信道估计使信道预测式HARQ-Ⅱ/AMS的性能优于盲HARQ-Ⅱ/AMS。

Various organizations store data online rather than on physical *** the number of user’s data stored in cloud servers increases,the attack rate to access data from cloud servers also *** researchers worked on different algorithms to protect cloud data from replay *** of the papers used a technique that simultaneously detects a full-message and partial-message replay *** study presents the development of a TKN(Text,Key and Name)cryptographic algorithm aimed at protecting data from replay *** program employs distinct ways to encrypt plain text[P],a user-defined Key[K],and a Secret Code[N].The novelty of the TKN cryptographic algorithm is that the bit value of each text is linked to another value with the help of the proposed algorithm,and the length of the cipher text obtained is twice the length of the original *** the scenario that an attacker executes a replay attack on the cloud server,engages in cryptanalysis,or manipulates any data,it will result in automated modification of all associated values inside the *** mechanism has the benefit of enhancing the detectability of replay ***,the attacker cannot access data not included in any of the papers,regardless of how effective the attack strategy *** the end of paper,the proposed algorithm’s novelty will be compared with different algorithms,and it will be discussed how far the proposed algorithm is better than all other algorithms.

Indoor localization systems are crucial in addressing the limitations of traditional global positioning system(GPS)in indoor environments due to signal attenuation *** complex indoor spaces become more sophisticated,indoor localization systems become essential for improving user experience,safety,and operational *** localization methods based on Wi-Fi fingerprints require a high-density location fingerprint database,but this can increase the computational burden in the online *** networks,which integrate prior knowledge or domain expertise,are an effective solution for accurately determining indoor user *** networks use probabilistic reasoning to model relationships among various localization parameters for indoor environments that are challenging to *** article proposes an adaptive Bayesian model for multi-floor environments based on fingerprinting techniques to minimize errors in estimating user *** proposed system is an off-the-shelf solution that uses existing Wi-Fi infrastructures to estimate user’s *** operates in both online and offline *** the offline phase,a mobile device with Wi-Fi capability collects radio signals,while in the online phase,generating samples using Gibbs sampling based on the proposed Bayesian model and radio map to predict user’s *** results unequivocally showcase the superior performance of the proposed model when compared to other existing models and *** proposed model achieved an impressive lower average localization error,surpassing the accuracy of competing ***,this noteworthy achievement was attained with minimal reliance on reference points,underscoring the efficiency and efficacy of the proposed model in accurately estimating user locations in indoor environments.

La,Ce co-doped ZnO nanorods(ZnLC)were synthesized through a one-step solvothermal *** photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,field-emission scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray,transmission electron microscopy,UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and photo luminescence *** La and Ce doping enhanced the visible light absorption ability of ZnLC and a red shift was detected for *** simulated solar light irradiation,the ZnO doped with 3 at%La and 1 at%Ce(ZnLC1)degrades methylene blue(MB)more effectively than those of pure ZnO,La-doped ZnO(ZnL)and commercially available *** improved photocatalytic performance of ZnLC1 can be attributed to the high charge separation efficiency as demonstrated by the photoluminescence ***,the photocatalytic experiments reveal that several parameters have their own impact on the MB *** a variety of radical scavengers,it is discovered that superoxide anion radical plays a crucial role in the degradation of *** ZnLC1 is also reused several times without noticeable decrease of photoactivity,indicating that it has a substantial potential for environmental remediation applications.
