Astrosphaeriella sensu lato is a common genus occurring on bamboo,palms and stout *** of Astrosphaeriella have been collected from various countries in tropical,subtropical or temperate *** Asia,species have been collected in Brunei,China,Indonesia,Japan,Philippines and *** have been several morphological studies on Astrosphaeriella,but molecular work and phylogenetic analyses are generally *** included in Astrosphaeriella were characterized in three main groups 1)typical Astrosphaeriella species(sensu stricto)having carbonaceous,erumpent,conical ascostromata 2)atypical Astrosphaeriella species(sensu lato)having immersed,coriaceous ascostromata with short to long papilla and 3)lophiostoma-like species having immersed ascostromata with slit-like *** of the latter Astrosphaeriella species,having slit-like openings,have been transferred to Fissuroma and Rimora in *** this study five type specimens of Astrosphaeriella were loaned from herbaria worldwide and re-examined and are re-described and *** of Astrosphaeriella were also made in Thailand and morphologically *** cultures were obtained from single spores and used in molecular *** asexual morph was induced on sterile bamboo pieces placed on water *** analyses of combined LSU,SSU and TEF1 sequence data of astrosphaeriella-like species using Bayesian,Maximum parsimony(MP)and Randomized Accelerated Maximum Likelihood(RAxML)analyses were carried *** analyses show that species of Astrosphaeriella can be distinguished in at least three *** of Astrosphaeriella sensu stricto with erumpent,carbonaceous ascostromata,form a strongly supported clade with Pteridiospora species and a new family,Astrosphaeriellaceae,is introduced to accommodate these *** genera are revised and Astrosphaeriella bambusae,***,***,***,*** and Pteridiospora chiangraiensis

相比传统同步机主导的电力系统,由并网逆变器所主导的新能源并网发电系统动态特性发生了根本性变化。近年,国内外报道了多次新能源并网发电系统振荡事件,振荡现象具有宽频域特征,动态行为具有非线性、时变性和复杂性。并网逆变器的端口阻抗无源性是保证并网发电系统稳定的充分条件,适用于复杂电网下的稳定性优化。文中针对跟网型和构网型逆变器,分别从控制器优化设计、串并联虚拟阻抗和其他无源化方法这三个方面,对两类逆变器的中高频阻抗无源化改善方法进行了总结和梳理,最后探讨了当前研究的不足与现存的挑战。

Evidence-based Clinical Chinese Medicine:What has Changed Over the Past 20 Years

Chinese medicine has been used for centuries to treat a range of health *** history has produced a wealth of classical literature,case studies and clinical research data detailing its use and ***,high-quality and conclusive evidence that meets modern requirements for clinical decision support is *** evidence gap limits the integration of Chinese medicine with contemporary medicine,which in turn limits global access and acceptance of Chinese medicine as a form of safe and effective health *** the past 20 years,researchers and organisations around the world,including the World health Organization(WhO)and United Nations,have worked to support the integration of traditional medicines,such as Chinese medicine,with conventional medicines to improve global health *** paper provides an overview of Chinese medicine studies published in the top four general medical journals(BMJ,JAMA,Lancet and New England Journal of Medicine)from February 2005 to February 2024 in the past 20 years to highlight the progress in the development of this evidence *** also highlights key actions taken to promote evidence-based clinical Chinese medicine,including product and practitioner regulation,formalising education standards,and international *** conducted at the China-Australia International Research Centre for Chinese Medicine demonstrates the benefits of such a *** development of its unique and inclusive‘whole-evidence’approach,plus clinical studies and systematic reviews,the Centre has significantly contributed to the evidence base for clinical Chinese *** addition,its high-impact papers and groundbreaking monographs have been cited in international conventional medicine *** progress has certainly been made during the past 20 years to build a stronger evidence base for clinical Chinese medicine,there is still a considerable gap that limits its integration with conventional medic

Data signal processing via manchester coding-decoding method using chaotic signals generated by PANDA ring resonator

We investigate the nonlinear behaviors of light recognized as chaos during the propagation of Gaussian laser beam inside a nonlinear polarization maintaining and absorption reducing （PANDA） ring resonator system. It aims to generate the nonlinear behavior of light to obtain data in binary logic codes for transmission in fiber optics communication. Effective parameters, such as refractive indices of a silicon waveguide, coupling coefficients （~）, and ring radius ring （R）, can be properly selected to operate the nonlinear behavior. Therefore, the binary coded data generated by the PANDA ring resonator system can be decoded and converted to Manchester codes, where the decoding process of the transmitted codes occurs at the end of the transmission link. The simulation results show that the original codes can be recovered with a high security of signal transmission using the Manchester method.

Colonization of neonate mouse spermatogonial stem cells co-culture with Sertoli cells in the presence and absence soft agar

Objective:To investigate the effects of soft agar on in-vitro proliferation of neonate mouse spermatogonial stem cells co-cultured with Sertoli ***:Tissues of neonate NMRI male mice testes were used for harvesting spermatogonial stem cells and Sertoli *** cell harvest,flow cytometry using promyelocytic leukemia zinc-finger(PLZF)protein antibody was used to assess the purity of the *** isolated testicular cells were cultured in the absence(the control group)or presence of soft agar-coated dishes(the experimental group)supplemented with leukemia inhibitory factor and glia cell line–derived neurotrophic factor for two *** phosphatase activity was assessed in the colonies formed after two weeks of culture by alkaline phosphatase *** day 14 of culture,the expression levels of DNA-binding protein inhibitor(ID-4)and PLZF genes in the undifferentiated cells were evaluated by the detection of PLZF protein antibody using real-time PCR and immunocytochemistry *** number and diameter of the colonies of spermatogonial stem cells were assessed by ImageJ ***:In the experimental group,the number and the diameter of colonies significantly increased as compared with those in the control group(Phe level of expression of ID-4 and PLZF genes in the undifferentiated cells significantly increased in the experimental group as compared with the control group(Phowever,the expression of tyrosine-protein kinase kit(c-kit)gene in differentiated cells decreased in the experimental group as compared with the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two ***:Spermatogonial stem cells can be efficiently proliferated by culturing the stem cells in soft agar-coated *** new protocol used in this study can be a valuable method for future studies.

Post-operative visual outcomes based on morphological staging of idiopathic epiretinal membranes on OCT

AIM:To evaluate the recently described optical coherence tomography(OCT)based classification of epiretinal membrane(ERM)and its usefulness in predicting the functional ***:A retrospective observational review of OCT scans of patients with the diagnosis of idiopathic ERM was carried out from January 2016 to June *** consecutive images diagnosed with any stage of idiopathic ERM and fulfilled the eligibility criteria were included in the *** was identified on OCT scans as a thin hyperreflective layer over the inner layers of *** scans of patients with ERM who underwent vitrectomy,were independently staged as per the new classification by two independent retinal surgeons to form a consensus on *** corrected visual acuity(BCVA)in logMAR scale and central subfield thickness(CST)on pre-and post-operative spectral domain OCT scans were the variables noted for all patients at the time of diagnosis and at 6 and 12 mo follow up visit after undergoing *** correlation coefficient was computed between BCVA(logMAR)and CST by ERM stage adjusting by baseline ***:Clinical charts of 74 patients with idiopathic ERM were *** significant improvement in BCVA overtime was observed with significant difference in median visual acuity of patients with StageⅡ-ⅣERM with Ph stageⅡ-ⅣERM showed similar consistent improvement with Ph)*** results showed not only gain in visual acuity but also shift from baseline to anatomical normalization of CST in stageⅡ.We found a decrease in CST with difference of 166μm and 151μm in stageⅢand stageⅣ*** results remained consistent with the hypothesis of improved visual outcomes with all stages of ERM with adjusted moderate linear correlation between visual acuity and CST in stageⅡ-Ⅳ(r>0.3).CONCLUSION:Equally significant visual outcomes of patients with ERM stagedⅡ-Ⅳand therefore can be couns
