基于垂直发射武器的火力交叉判断模型

文章就如何建立垂直发射武器的火力散布体模型及如何判断火力交叉的发生进行了研究。采用四元数方法建立了垂直发射武器的弹道仿真模型,通过仿真定性分析了不同误差因素对于弹道散布的影响;分析了初始扰动对弹道散布的影响,得到了散布半径随时间变化的函数;建立了以理想弹道为轴线的垂直发射武器火力散布体模型,模型中考虑了时间上的控制因素,减小了导弹武器空间散布体的范围,并提出了模型的解算方法。所建立的模型能够较为准确地描述不同武器火力散布的情况,并能对火力交叉做出判断。

Quality protein maize(QPM)(Zea mays L.) varieties contain enhanced levels of tryptophan and lysine, exhibiting improved nutritive value for humans and livestock. However, breeding QPM varieties remains challenging due to the complex process of rebalancing storage protein. This study conducted transcriptome and proteome analyses to investigate the process of storage proteins rebalancing in opaque2(o2) and QPM. We found a weak correlation between the transcriptome and proteome, suggesting a significant modulating effect of post-transcriptional events on non-zein protein abundances in Mo17o2 and QPM. These results highlight the advantages of proteomics. Compared with Mo17, 672 differentially expressed proteins(DEPs) were identified both in Mo17o2 and QPM, and several of them were associated with storage protein, starch, and amino acid synthesis. We identified 178 non-zeins as DEPs in Mo17o2 and QPM kernels. The up-regulated non-zein DEPs were enriched in lysine, tryptophan, and methionine, which affected the protein quality. Co-expression network analysis identified regulators of storage protein synthesis in QPM, including O2,PBF1, and several transcription factors. Our results revealed how storage protein rebalancing occurs and identified nonzein DEPs that may facilitate superior-quality QPM breeding.

Thermochromic polymers with tunable thermochromism,high stretchability and mechanical strength are of interests for optical information storage and *** this work,we demonstrate a new design of thermo-fluorochromic carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber(XNBR)elastomer cross-linked by Eu^(3+)-COOH dynamic coordination with deprotonated imidazole(DPIm)as the ancillary *** presence of DPIm not only improves the mechanical strength and stretchability,but also dramatically intensifies the fluorescence emission and lifetime of the Eu-containing *** elastomer behaves reversible thermo-fluorochromism with easily tunable transition temperature and emission intensity by the simple change of the deprotonation degree of *** facile tunable thermo-fluorochromism,exceptional mechanical strength,and high stretchability(up to about 5000%)enable the Eu-containing XNBR elastomer with potential applications in soft electronics where optical information storage and encryption are required.

In silicon photonics,the cavity mode is a fundamental mechanism to design integrated passive devices for on-chip optical information ***,the corner state in a second-order topological photonic crystal(PC)rendered a global method to achieve an intrinsic cavity *** is crucial to explore such a topological corner state in silicon photonic integrated circuits(PICs)under in-plane ***,we study both theoretically and experimentally the topological nanophotonic corner state in a silicon-on-insulator PC cavity at a telecommunications *** theory,the expectation values of a mirror-flip operation for the Bloch modes of a PC slab are used to characterize the topological *** from topologically distinct bulk polarizations of two types of dielectric-vein PCs,the corner state is induced in a 90-deg-bend interface,localizing at the corner point of real space and the Brillouin zone boundary of reciprocal *** implement in-plane excitation in an experiment,we fabricate a cross-coupled PC cavity based on the bend interface and directly image the corner state near 1383 nm using a far-field ***,by means of the temporal coupled-mode theory,the intrinsic Q factor of a cross-coupled cavity(about 8000)is retrieved from the measured transmission *** work gives deterministic guidance and potential applications for cavity-mode-based passive devices in silicon PICs,such as optical filters,routers,and multiplexers.

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the sixth most common cancer globally,with limited therapies and unsatisfactory prognosis once in the advanced *** promising advances in locoregional and systematic treatments,fast development of targeted drugs,the success of immunotherapy,as well as the emergence of the therapeutic alliance,conversion therapy has recently become more well developed and an effective therapeutic *** article aimed to review recent developments in conversion therapy in liver transplantation(LT)for *** sources:We searched for relevant publications on Pub Med before September 2022,using the terms“HCC”,“liver transplantation”,“downstaging”,“bridging treatment”and“conversion therapy.”Results:Conversion therapy was frequently represented as a combination of multiple treatment modalities to downstage HCC and make patients eligible for *** combining various local and systematic treatments in conversion therapy is still controversial,growing evidence has suggested that multimodal combined treatment strategies downstage HCC in a shorter time,which ultimately increases the opportunities for ***,the recent breakthrough of immunotherapy and targeted therapy for HCC also benefit patients with advanced-stage ***:In the era of targeted therapy and immunotherapy,applying the thinking of transplant oncology to benefit HCC patients receiving LT is a new topic that has shed light on advanced-stage *** the expansion of conversion therapy concepts,further investigation and research is required to realize the full potential of conversion treatment strategies,including accurately selecting candidates,determining the timing of surgery,improving the conversion rate,and guaranteeing the safety and long-term efficacy of treatment.

Nitrogen isotopic fractionation of particulate organic matter production and remineralization in the Prydz Bay and its adjacent areas

During the 29 th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition,spatial variations in nitrogen isotopic composition of particulate nitrogen(δ15NPN)and their controlling factors were examined in detail with regard to nitrate drawdown by phytoplankton and particulate nitrogen(PN)remineralization in the Prydz Bay and its adjacent *** better constrain the nitrogen transformations,the physical and chemical parameters,including temperature,salinity,nutrients,PN andδ15NPN in seawater column were measured from surface to *** addition,the nitrogen isotopic fractionation factor of nitrate assimilation by phytoplankton in the mixed layer,and the nitrogen isotopic fractionation factor of PN remineralization below the mixed layer were estimated using Rayleigh model and Steady State model,*** results showed that suspended particles had its lowestδ15NPN in the surface layer,which was due to the preferential assimilation of 14 N in nitrate by ***δ15NPN in the mixed layer of the Prydz Bay and its adjacent areas decreased from the inner shelf to the outer basin,ascribing to the effect of isotope fractionation during phytoplankton *** mixed layer,the spatial distribution ofδ15NPN associated with particulate organic matter(POM)production can be well interpreted according to Rayleigh model and Steady State *** nitrogen isotope fractionation factor during phytoplankton assimilating nitrate was estimated as 10.0‰by Steady State model,which was more reasonable than that calculated by Rayleigh *** results validate the previous reports of fractionation factor during nitrate assimilation by ***δ15NPN with depth below the euphotic zone correlated with the decreasing PN contents,and it was attributed to preferential remineralization of 14 N in PN by *** subsurface and deep layer,theδ15NPN distributions also conformed to Rayleigh model and Steady State model during PN remineralization,with a fractionatio

Nitrogen fixation is one of the most important sources of new nitrogen in the ocean and thus profoundly affects the nitrogen and carbon biogeochemical *** distribution,controlling factors,and flux of N2 fixation in the global ocean remain uncertain,partly because of the lack of methodological ***^(15)N_(2)tracer assay(the original bubble method→the^(15)N_(2)-enriched seawater method→the modified bubble method)is the mainstream method for field measurements of N2 fixation rates(NFRs),among which the original bubble method is the most frequently ***,accumulating evidence has suggested an underestimation of NFRs when using this *** improve the availability of previous data,we compared NFRs measured by three^(15)N_(2)tracer assays in the South China *** results indicate that the relationship between NFRs measured by the original bubble method and the^(15)N_(2)-enriched seawater method varies obviously with area and season,which may be influenced by incubation time,diazotrophic composition,and environmental *** comparison,the relationship between NFRs measured by the original bubble method and the modified bubble method is more stable,indicating that the N2 fixation rates based on the original bubble methods may be underestimated by approximately 50%.Based on this result,we revised the flux of N2 fixation in the South China Sea to 40 mmol/(m2·a).Our results improve the availability and comparability of literature NFR data in the South China *** comparison of the^(15)N_(2)tracer assay for NFRs measurements on a larger scale is urgently necessary over the global ocean for a more robust understanding of the role of N2 fixation in the marine nitrogen cycle.

Enterovirus 71(EV71)poses a serious threat to human health,with scattered outbreaks *** are several vaccines against a few EV71 strains but no efficient drug for the treatment of EV71 ***,it is urgent and of significance to develop anti-EV71 ***,we found that PLX8394,a RAF inhibitor,possesses high antiviral activity against EV71 in vitro,being superior to the traditional clinical drug ***,PLX8394 exhibits broad-spectrum antiviral activity against ***,in a suckling mouse model,PLX8394 provided a 70%protection rate for EV71-infected mice,reduced the viral load in liver and heart tissues,and relieved the inflammatory response.A mechanistic study showed that PLX8394 inhibited EV71 by suppressing the RAF/MEK/ERK signaling ***,PLX8394 lays a foundation for the development of new drugs against EV71.

区域土地利用格局分析应优先考虑影响因子识别及其尺度效应研究。该文分别通过整体与分区研究,采用统计方法与GIS技术,从自然环境、社会经济以及基础设施条件各方面选取25个候选影响因子,开展福建省耕地多尺度空间分布特征研究。采用的基本研究单元为1km×1km,在此基础上生成2km×2km,3km×3km～10km×10km共10个空间尺度序列数据图层。不同空间尺度上分别构建福建省6个农业综合分区耕地空间分布模型,探讨了福建省耕地空间分布影响因子的尺度规模效应。研究表明模型不仅会随着研究尺度发生变化,在不同的农业综合分区内也有较大的差异。分区研究比整体研究的模型解释能力要高,模型的解释能力总体上随研究尺度的增大而升高。除坡度因子外,其他影响因子本身及其影响系数在不同的农业综合分区间发生变化,但总体规律是福建省耕地受坡度、海拔高程等不易随时间改变的自然条件的严格制约,并且这种制约作用随尺度增大呈逐渐增强趋势。
