Backgr.und Hep.tocellular.car.inoma （HCC） is one of the deadliest cancer. wor.dwide. In or.er.to investigate the molecular.biologic mechanism of HCC＇s develop.ent, we studied the exp.essions of SE-1, CD105 and CD31 in tumor.endothelial cells （TECs） of HCC and in the ser.m of r.ts. Methods We analyzed the exp.essions of SE-1, CD31 and CD105 in r.t HCC tumor.tissues using immunohistochemistr. （IHC）. Twenty HCC bear.ng r.ts and eighteen normal r.ts wer. examined for.the exp.essions of SE-1, CD31 and CD105 antigens in ser.m by enzyme-linked immunosor.ent assay （ELISA）. r.sults SE-1, CD31 and CD105 antigens wer. detected both in HCC tissue and in normal liver.tissue with higher.exp.essions of CD31 and CD105 in HCC while the SE-1 antigen exp.ession was higher.in normal liver. Similar.y, ser.m CD31 and CD105 in r.ts with HCC wer. significantly incr.ased comp.r.d with normal r.ts （t=-2.8628, p.0.0086; t=4.4922, p.〈0.0001, r.sp.ctively）. In contr.st, SE-1 antigen in HCC r.t ser.m was significantly decr.ased comp.r.d with normal r.ts （t=3.4983, p.-0.0011）.Conclusion SE-1, CD31 and CD105 ar. closely r.lated with liver.tumor.angiogenesis, which is similar.to their.p.r.or.ances in ter.s of their.exp.essions in the ser.m.

We have car.ied out the Galactic p.ane p.lsar.Snap.hot(Gp.S)sur.ey by using the Five-hundr.d-meter.Ap.r.ur. Sp.er.cal r.dio Telescop.(FAST),the most sensitive systematic p.lsar.sur.ey in the Galactic *** addition to mor. than 500 p.lsar. alr.ady discover.d thr.ugh normal p.r.odical sear.h,we r.p.r. her. the discover. of 76 new tr.nsient r.dio sour.es with sp.r.dic str.ng p.lses,detected by using the newly develop.d module for.a sensitive single-p.lse *** small DM values suggest that they all ar. Galactic r.tating r.dio tr.nsients(r.ATs).They show differ.nt p.op.r.ies in the follow-up.*** r.dio p.lses have been detected fr.m 26 tr.nsient r.dio sour.es but no p.r.ods can be found due to a limited small number.of p.lses fr.m all FAST *** followup.obser.ations show that 16 tr.nsient sour.es ar. newly identified as being the p.ototyp.s of r.ATs with a p.r.od alr.ady deter.ined fr.m mor. detected sp.r.dic p.lses,and 10 sour.es ar. extr.mely nulling p.lsar.,and 24 sour.es ar. weak p.lsar. with sp.r.e str.ng *** the other.hand,48 p.eviously known r.ATs have been detected by the FAST,either.dur.ng ver.fication obser.ations for.the Gp.S sur.ey or.thr.ugh tar.eted obser.ations of ap.lied normal FAST *** for.one r.AT with four.p.lses detected in a session of 5-minute obser.ation and four.r.ATs with only one p.lse detected in a session,sensitive FAST obser.ations r.veal that 43 r.ATs ar. just gener.lly weak p.lsar. with sp.r.dic str.ng p.lses or.simp.y ver. nulling p.lsar.,so that the p.eviously known r.ATs always have an extr.me emission state together.with a normal har.ly detectable weak emission *** is echoed by the two normal p.lsar. The intensity of the gr.en line(Fe ⅩⅣ 5303 A) is the str.ngest in the visible sp.ctr.m of the solar.cor.na,and this line has been used as long-ter. p.wer.ul diagnostic tools for.studying the cor.nal configur.tions and hot p.asma ***,it r.mains unclear.and an op.n question whether.ther. exists close r.lationship.between the gr.en line intensities and the cor.nal extr.me ultr.violet(EUV) line emissions for.var.ous cor.nal *** this p.p.r.we use the gr.en-line data by the Lijiang YOGIS Lyot cor.nagr.p. and the EUV data fr.m the Solar.Dynamics Obser.ator./Atmosp.er.c Imaging Assembly instr.ments in or.er.to p.r.or. dir.ct comp.r.sons and analyses,based on two algor.thms develop.d to extr.ct p.r.icular.featur.s in the low *** is found that,among the cor.elation coefficients obtained between the intensities of 5303 A and the EUV lines,the coefficients between the gr.en line and the 211 A wavelength for.differ.nt cor.nal str.ctur.s and differ.nt limb locations always keep.the highest values(r.nging fr.m 0.89 to 0.99),which has not been r.p.r.ed *** r.sult can be help.ul and p.omising to link together.the var.ous p.ysical p.ocesses involved at differ.nt heights in the cor.na by p.ecisely tr.cking the br.ght loop. or.other.featur.s obser.ed in 5303 A above the limb down to the cor.ect sur.ace locations r.vealed by the 211 A ***,the gr.und-based obser.ations of the cor.nal gr.en line and the sp.ce-based EUV obser.ations at 211 A can advantageously comp.ement each other.when ther. is a need.

Based on QCD sum r.le thr.e-p.int and two-p.int exter.al field for.ulas r.sp.ctively, the vector.vacuumsuscep.ibilities ar. calculated at the mean-field level in the fr.mewor. of the global color.symmetr. model. It is shownthat the above two ap.r.aches of deter.ination of the vector.vacuum suscep.ibility may lead to differ.nt r.sults. Ther.ason of this contr.diction is discussed.

BACKGr.UND： The most common cause of death fr.m p.r.quat （p.） p.isoning is r.sp.r.tor.failur. fr.m p.lmonar. fi br.sis, which develop. thr.ugh p.thological over.0}oduction of extr.cellular.atr.x p.oteins such as collagens. In this study, a Micr.CT system was used to obser.e dynamicchanges of p.lmonar. fi br.sis in r.ts with p. p.isoning, and fi nd the char.cter.stics of inter.titial lungdiseases via density-based and textur.-based analysis of CT images of the lung ***： A total of 15 male SD r.ts wer. r.ndomly divided into a contr.l gr.up.（n=5） and ap. p.isoning gr.up.（n=10）. The r.ts in the p.isoning gr.up.wer. intr.p.r.toneally administer.d with4 mg/ mL p. at 14 mg/kg, and the r.ts in the contr.l gr.up.wer. administer.d with the same volumeof saline. The signs of p.lmonar. fi br.sis obser.ed by the Micr.CT included gr.und-glass op.city,nodular.p.tter., subp.eur.l inter.titial thickening, consolidation honeycomb-like shadow of the ***： Comp.r.d with the contr.l gr.up. the r.ts with acute p. p.isoning had differ.ntsigns of p.lmonar. fibr.sis. Gr.und-glass op.city and consolidation of the lung ap.ear.d at theear.y p.ase of p.lmonar. fi br.sis, and subp.eur.l inter.titial thickening and honeycomb-like shadowdevelop.d at the middle or.later.stage. Micr.CT images showed that fibr.tic lung tissues wer.denser.than normal lungs, and their.density was up.r.gulated with p.lmonar. fi br.sis. Ther. was nodiffer.nce in the p.ogr.ss of p.lmonar. fi br.sis between the r.ght lung and the left lung （p.0.05）, butther. wer. differ.nces in fi br.sis degr.e at differ.nt sites in the lung （p.0.05 or.p.0.01）. p.lmonar.fi br.sis was mainly seen in the exter.or.ar.a of the middle-lower.p.r. of the ***： Imaging can show the develop.ent of p.lmonar. fi br.sis in p. p.isoning r.ts,and this method may help.to administer.dr.gs mor. r.asonably in tr.ating p.lmonar. fi br.sis.

Backgr.und： Sep.ic car.iomyop.thy is a common finding in sep.ic shock p.tients. The accep.ed definition of sep.ic car.iomyop.thy is often based on the left ventr.cular.ejection tr.ction （LVEF）. The aim of this study was to deter.ine whether.the left ventr.cular.longitudinal systolic function was mor. sensitive than the LVEF in hear. function ap.r.isal of sep.ic shock p.tients. Methods： This was a case-contr.l study conducted at a 40-bed Intensive Car. Unit （ICU） of p.king Union Medical College Hosp.tal. Sep.ic shock p.tients admitted to the ICU wer. consecutively enr.lled in the study gr.up.fr.m Mar.h I, 2016 to Sep.ember.1,2016. The contr.l gr.up.was selected fr.m nonsep.is p.tients who wer. admitted to the ICU and wer. comp.r.ble to the study gr.up. Tr.nsthor.cic echocar.iogr.p.y was p.r.on-ned to obtain the LVEF measur.ment, mitr.l annular.p.ane systolic excur.ion （MAp.E）, tissue Dop.ler.velocity measur.ment of mitr.l annulus （Sa）, and tr.cusp.d annular.p.ane systolic excur.ion. r.sults： The study gr.up.consisted ot＇45 sep.ic shock p.tients. Another.45 nonsep.is p.tients wer. selected as the contr.l gr.up. Ther. was no differ.nce in the LVEF between the two gr.up. （64.6% vs. 67.2%, t = -1.426, p.： 0.161 ）. MAp.E in the study gr.up.was much lower.than in the contr.l gr.up.（1.2 cm vs. 1.5 cm, t - -4.945, p.〈 0.001）. Sa in the study gr.up.was also lower.than in the contr.l gr.up.（I0.2 cm/s vs. I 1.8 cm/s, t -2.796, p.= 0.014）. Conclusions： Comp.r.d to the LVEF, longitudinal systolic function might be mor. sensitive in the detection of car.iac dep.ession in sep.ic shock p.tients. In the hear. function ap.r.isal of sep.ic shock p.tients with a normal ejection fr.ction, mor. attention should be given to longitudinal function p.r.meter. such as MAp.E and Sa.

Backgr.und： Acute cor.nar. syndr.me （ACS） is closely r.lated to unstable p.aques and secondar. thr.mbosis. The inflammator. cells in p.aques and their.inflammator. p.oducts may be the cause for.p.aque instability and r.p.ur.s. The study aimed to disclose the changes of inflammator. factor. including ser.m intr.cellular.adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1 ）, chitinase-3-like p.otein I （YKL-40）, and lip.p.otein-associated p.osp.olip.se A2 （Lp.p.A2） in p.tients with ACS and its clinical significance. Methods： A total of 120 p.tients with cor.nar. hear. disease （CHD） wer. categor.zed into 2 gr.up.： 69 with ACS and 51 with stable angina p.ctor.s （SAp.： 20 p.tients with chest p.in and normal angiogr.p.y ser.ed as a contr.l gr.up. The 120 p.tients with CHD wer. categor.zed into single-vessel disease gr.up. double-vessel disease gr.up. and thr.e-vessel disease gr.up.based on the number.of cor.nar. ar.er. stenosis.
