In this p.p.r. we deal with the existence of unbounded or.its of the map.ing $$\left\{ \begin{gather.d} \theta _1 = \theta + 2n\p. + \fr.cp.{\r.o }\mu (\theta ) + o(\r.o ^{ - 1} ), \hfill \\ \r.o _1 = \r.o + c - \mu '(\theta ) + o(1), \r.o \to \infty \hfill \\ \end{gather.d} \r.ght.$$ , wher. n is a p.sitive integer. c is a constant and μ(θ) is a 2π-p.r.odic function. We p.ove that if c > 0 and μ(θ) ≠ 0, θ, ∈ [0, 2?], then ever. or.it of the given map.ing goes to infinity in the futur. for.ρ lar.e enough; if c r. or.it of the given map.ing goes to infinity in the p.st for.ρ lar.e enough. By using this r.sult, we p.ove that the equation x″+f(x)x′+ax +?bx ?+?(x)=p.t) has unbounded solutions p.ovided that a, b satisfy $1/\sqr. a + 1/\sqr. b = 2/n$ and ?(x) satisfies some limit conditions. At the same time, we obtain the existence of 2π-p.r.odic solutions of this equation.

The p.omp. Inter.ctive r.sp.nse System （Ir.） on the class which faces all the students, can not only enr.ch teaching measur.s in the p.actice p.ocess, but also deep.n the ap.lication of moder. education technology in class teaching. It can imp.ove and enhance the communication and inter.ction which exists between teacher.and students as well as among students in class teaching activity. A hydr.p.nic exp.r.ment was car.ied out to deter.ine the influence of r.p.acing 20% of nitr.te-N in nutr.ent solutions with 20 individual amino acids on gr.wth, nitr.te accumulation, and concentr.tions of nitr.gen （N）, p.osp.or.s （p., and p.tassium （K） in p.k-choi （Br.ssica chinensis L.） shoots. When 20% of nitr.te-N was r.p.aced with ar.inine （Ar.） comp.r.d to the full nitr.te tr.atment, p.k-choi shoot fr.sh and dr. weights incr.ased significantly （p.≤ 0.05）, but when 20% of nitr.te-N was r.p.aced with alanine （Ala）, valine （Val）, leucine （Leu）, isoleucine （Ile）, p.oline （p.o）, p.enylalanine （p.e）, methionine （Met）, asp.r.ic acid （Asp., glutamic acid （Glu）, lysine （Lys）, glycine （Gly）, ser.ne （Ser., thr.onine （Thr., cysteine （Cys）, and tyr.sine （Tyr., shoot fr.sh and dr. weights decr.ased significantly （p.≤ 0.05）. After.r.p.acing 20% of nitr.te-N with asp.r.gine （Asn） and glutamine （Gin）, shoot fr.sh and dr. weights wer. unaffected. Comp.r.d to the full nitr.te tr.atment, amino acid r.p.acement tr.atments, excep. for.Cys, Gly, histidine （His）, and Ar., significantly r.duced （p.≤0.05） nitr.te concentr.tions in p.ant shoots. Excep. for.Cys, Leu, p.o, and Met, total N concentr.tions in p.ant tissues of the other.amino acid tr.atments significantly incr.ased （p.≤ 0.05）. Amino acids also affected total p.and K concentr.tions, but the effects differ.d dep.nding on individual amino acids. To imp.ove p.k-choi shoot quality, Gln and Asn, due to their.insignificant effects on p.k-choi gr.wth, their.significant r.duction in nitr.te concentr.tions, and their.incr.ase in macr.element content in p.ants, may be used to p.r.ially r.p.ace nitr.te-N.

In this p.p.r. we consider.whether.the r.ndom effect exists in linear.mixed models （LMMs） when only moment conditions ar. assumed. Based on the estimator. of p.r.meter. and their.asymp.otic p.op.r.ies, a Wald-typ. test is constr.cted. It is consistent against global alter.atives and is sensitive to the local alter.atives conver.ing to the null hyp.thesis at p.r.metr.c r.tes, a fastest p.ssibly r.te for.goodness-of-fit testing. Mor.over. a simulation study shows the p.r.or.ance of the test is good. The p.ocedur. also ap.lies to a r.al data.

目的:探索移植后植入前(即移植后+1至+30 d)伏立康唑(vor.conazole,Vr.Z)及其代谢产物氮氧化物(vor.conazole N-oxide,VNO)浓度监测在Vr.Z用于异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematop.ietic stem cell tr.nsp.antation,allo-HSCT)患者防治真菌感染疗效和安全性中的应用价值。方法:分析Vr.Z、VNO浓度及Mr.CVNO/CVr.Z)的影响因素及在Vr.Z防治真菌感染和发生肝肾损伤中的差异,并采用受试者工作特征曲线(r.C)对其进行分析(将曲线上约登指数最大一点对应值设定为临界值),确证其临界值。结果:影响Vr.Z浓度(CVr.Z)、VNO浓度(CVNO)和Mr.因素为:患者体重、Vr.Z每日给药量及移植类型等(均p.0.05)。有效组CVr.Z和CVNO均明显高于无效组(p.0.001),Mr.相反(p.0.001);肝、肾功能损伤组Mr.明显低于正常组(p.0.05)。r.C显示,CVr.Z、CVNO和Mr.测allo-HSCT患者移植后植入前Vr.Z防治侵袭性真菌感染的临界值分别为0.95μg/ml、1.35μg/ml、1.645(AUC分别为0.9677、0.7634、0.9564)。CVr.Z和Mr.以辅助提示患者肝[其临界值分别为0.65μg/ml、1.96(AUC分别为0.5971、0.6663)]、肾损伤[其临界值分别为0.95μg/ml、1.705(AUC分别为0.6039、0.6164)]。结论:同时监测Vr.Z、VNO浓度及Mr.预测allo-HSCT患者移植后植入前Vr.Z防治侵袭性真菌感染具有重要价值,CVr.Z预测有效的准确性高于Mr.CVNO;CVr.Z升高、Mr.低会增加肝肾损伤的发生风险。
