AIM:To explore the brain mechanism of acupuncture for children with anisometropic amblyopia using the voxelmirror homotopic connectivity(VMHC)analysis method of resting functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)technology based on clinical ***:Eighty children with anisometropic monocular amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups:control(40 cases,1 case of shedding)and acupuncture(40 cases,1 case of shedding)*** control group was treated with glasses,red flash,grating,and visual stimulations,with each procedure conducted for 5min per *** on routine treatment,the acupuncture group underwent acupuncture of“regulating qi and unblocking meridians to bright eyes”,Jingming(BL1),Cuanzhu(BL2),Guangming(GB37),Fengchi(GB20)acupoints were taken on both sides,with the needle kept for 30min each *** groups were treated once every other day,three times per week,for a total of *** the treatment,the overall curative effect of the two groups and the latency and amplitude changes of P100 wave of pattern visual-evoked potential were *** the same time,nine children with left eye amblyopia were randomly selected from the two groups and were scanned with rsfMRI before and after *** differences in the brain regions between the two groups were compared and analyzed with ***:Chi-square test showed a notable difference in the total efficiency rate between the acupuncture(94.87%)and control groups(79.49%).Regarding the P100 wave latency and amplitude,the acupuncture group had significantly shorter latency and higher amplitude of P100 wave than the control ***,the VMHC values of the bilateral temporal lobe,superior temporal gyrus,and middle temporal gyrus were notably increased in the acupuncture group after ***:Acupuncture combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the corrected visual acuity and optic nerve conduction in children with anisometropic ***

A VNS-NPGA Approach to Multi-Objective Optimization of Hub-and-spoke Logistics Network

To realize low-cost freight transport in the logistics network and improve the network operation efficiency， a multi-objective optimization model and the corresponding algorithm for a hub-and-spoke logistics network are proposed based on the multi-level location of hub points and channels layout. By considering the structure of the multi-level hub-and-spoke logistics network and the features of the connectivity between the hub and spoke points， the multi-objective optimization model is constructed with two objectives of minimizing the total network operation costs and the total network service time. By considering the characteristics of decision variables and models， a Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS)-Niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm (NPGA) approach with a three-stage encoding structure chromosome is proposed， where the VNS algorithm nested in NPGA is used for individual variable neighborhood search to optimize individual channel level genes， and NPGA is adopted to solve the multi-objective optimization model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed VNS-NPGA approach， a real-life case study based on a small-scale Australia Post data set was conducted， and 25 nodes of the Australia Post and 14 nodes of the Gansu Province 3-level hub-and-spoke logistics networks were established， respectively. The analysis results indicated that the network structure of multi-level hub points could avoid the detour problem existing in the traditional hub-and-spoke network， and showed better applicability in the narrow geographical structure. Compared to the traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithms， VNS-NPGA can obtain better solutions through the distributed optimization of channel levels， avoiding the problem that a single algorithm cannot effectively deal with coupling relationships in genes.

The cancer cell metastasis is a major death reason for patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Although researchers have disclosed that interleukin 17(IL-17)can increase matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)induction causing NSCLC cell metastasis,the underlying mechanism remains *** the study,we found that IL-17 receptor A(IL-17ra),p300,p-STAT3,Ack-STAT3,and MMP19 were up-regulated both in NSCLC tissues and NSCLC cells stimulated with IL-17.p300,STAT3 and MMP19 overexpression or knockdown could raise or reduce IL-17-induced p-STAT3,Ack-STAT3 and MMP19 level as well as the cell migration and *** investigation revealed that STAT3 and p300 bound to the same region(−544 to−389 nt)of MMP19 promoter,and p300 could acetylate STAT3-K631 elevating STAT3 transcriptional activity,p-STAT3 or MMP19 expression and the cell mobility exposed to ***,p300-mediated STAT3-K631 acetylation and its Y705-phosphorylation could interact,synergistically facilitating MMP19 gene transcription and enhancing cell migration and ***,the animal experiments exhibited that the nude mice inoculated with NSCLC cells by silencing p300,STAT3 or MMP19 gene plus IL-17 treatment,the nodule number,and MMP19,Ack-STAT3,or p-STAT3 production in the lung metastatic nodules were all ***,these outcomes uncover that IL-17-triggered NSCLC metastasis involves up-regulating MMP19 expression via the interaction of STAT3-K631 acetylation by p300 and its Y705-phosphorylation,which provides a new mechanistic insight and potential strategy for NSCLC metastasis and therapy.

针对当前大多数复合材料剩余强度模型通用化程度低、试验成本高的问题,本文提出了一个计及应力水平效应且独立于应力水平的剩余强度概率模型。首先,给出归一化强度储备的定义,并根据归一化强度储备推导出确定性剩余强度模型。然后,将一个疲劳寿命概率模型耦合进确定性剩余强度模型,进而衍生出一个新的剩余强度概率模型。最后,利用文献中的恒幅与变幅剩余强度试验数据对所提出的剩余强度概率模型的准确性和适用性进行验证。结果表明:几乎所有的恒幅试验数据点都分布在预测曲线的95%置信上限与5%置信下限之间,且50%可靠度的预测曲线对试验数据具有高拟合优度值:0.94、0.84及0.97。所提出的模型在充分考虑了复合材料剩余强度统计特征的前提下,仅用一组模型参数即可准确描述多个应力水平下的强度退化。在变幅工况下,所提出模型在升序与降序变幅加载中的预测值与试验值的相对误差均低于6%。

Despite extensive efforts in designing and preparing switchable underwater adhesives,it is not easy to regulate the underwater adhesion strength locally and ***,we design and synthesize photoreversible copolymer of poly[dopamine methacrylamide-co-methoxyethyl-acrylate-co-7-(2-methacryloyloxyethoxy)-4-methylcoumarin].Due to the dynamic formation and breaking of chemical crosslinking networks within the smart adhesives,the material shows widely tunable adhesion strength from∼150 to∼450 kPa and long-range reversible maneuverability under orthogonal 254 and 365 nm ultraviolet light stimulation via the coumarin dimerization and ***,the adhesive exhibits good circulation performance and stability in an acid–base *** also demonstrated that the bolt can be coated with the smart adhesive material for on-demand *** design principle opens the door to the development of remotely controllable high-performance smart underwater adhesives.

肾小球高滤过(GHF)作为糖尿病(DM)的早期表现, 其发生机制主要是球管反馈(TGF)和血流动力学改变, 年轻患者、病程较短、血糖控制不佳、高蛋白低盐饮食等可增加肾小球高滤过的风险。目前, GHF缺乏公认界定标准、典型的临床表现、影像学诊断标准, 相关的实验室标志物也待进一步研究。肾小球高滤过若不及时诊断和干预, 可加速肾单位的损害和肾病进展速度, 增加糖尿病患者发生并发症和死亡风险。钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂(SGLT2i)、胰高糖素样肽-1受体激动剂(GLP-1ra)等均可有效逆转糖尿病高滤过状态。临床上应重视糖尿病高滤过的诊断及其不良预后的预防。

Over the past decade,a growing number of studies have reported transcription factor-based in situ reprogramming that can directly conve rt endogenous glial cells into functional neurons as an alternative approach for n euro regeneration in the adult mammalian central ne rvous *** r,many questions remain regarding how a terminally differentiated glial cell can transform into a delicate neuron that forms part of the intricate brain *** addition,concerns have recently been raised around the absence of astrocyte-to-neuron conversion in astrocytic lineage-tra cing *** this study,we employed repetitive two-photon imaging to continuously capture the in situ astrocyte-to-neuron conversion process following ecto pic expression of the neural transcription factor NeuroD1 in both prolife rating reactive astrocytes and lineage-tra ced astrocytes in the mouse ***-lapse imaging over several wee ks revealed the ste p-by-step transition from a typical astrocyte with numero us short,tapered branches to a typical neuro n with a few long neurites and dynamic growth cones that actively explored the local *** addition,these lineage-converting cells were able to migrate ra dially or to ngentially to relocate to suitable ***,two-photon Ca2+imaging and patch-clamp recordings confirmed that the newly generated neuro ns exhibited synchronous calcium signals,repetitive action potentials,and spontaneous synaptic responses,suggesting that they had made functional synaptic connections within local neural *** conclusion,we directly visualized the step-by-step lineage conversion process from astrocytes to functional neurons in vivo and unambiguously demonstrated that adult mammalian brains are highly plastic with respect to their potential for neuro regeneration and neural circuit reconstruction.
