Optimal combination of the correction model and parameters for the precision geometric correction of UAV hyperspectral images

Nowadays,with the rapid development of quantitative remote sensing represented by high-resolution UAV hyperspectral remote sensing observation technology,people have put forward higher requirements for the rapid preprocessing and geometric correction accuracy of hyperspectral *** optimal geometric correction model and parameter combination of UAV hyperspectral images need to be determined to reduce unnecessary waste of time in the preprocessing and provide high-precision data support for the application of UAV hyperspectral *** this study,the geometric correction accuracy under various geometric correction models(including affine transformation model,local triangulation model,polynomial model,direct linear transformation model,and rational function model)and resampling methods(including nearest neighbor resampling method,bilinear interpolation resampling method,and cubic convolution resampling method)were ***,the distribution,number,and accuracy of control points were analyzed based on the control variable method,and precise ground control points(GCPs)were *** results showed that the average geometric positioning error of UAV hyperspectral images(at 80 m altitude AGL)without geometric correction was as high as 3.4041 m(about 65 pixels).The optimal geometric correction model and parameter combination of the UAV hyperspectral image(at 80 m altitude AGL)used a local triangulation model,adopted a bilinear interpolation resampling method,and selected 12 edgemiddle distributed *** correction accuracy could reach 0.0493 m(less than one pixel).This study provides a reference for the geometric correction of UAV hyperspectral images.

晶界扩散作为一种能明显提升烧结钕铁硼磁体矫顽力同时实现对重稀土高质化利用的方法,日益成为目前稀土永磁学界和产业界的研究热点。利用自动化喷涂设备系统研究了晶界扩散烧结磁体批量制备过程中基底成分差异对晶界扩散后磁体磁性能的影响。微观结构和EDX元素分析结果表明:晶界扩散后磁体矫顽力增长幅度的差异,同扩散后磁体内晶粒核壳结构形成充分与否、晶界相均匀分布与否和晶界相铁磁性元素含量高低有密切关联,同时利用晶界扩散工艺制备得到的磁体温度系数要优于传统工艺制备得到的相近似牌号的磁体。

Introduction:Plague is a zoonotic disease that occurs naturally in specific geographic *** change can influence the populations of the plague host or vector,leading to variations in the occurrence and epidemiology of plague in ***:In this study,we collected meteorological and plague epidemiological data from the Marmota himalayana plague focus in the Altun Mountains of the Qinghai-Xizang *** data spanned from 2000 to *** describe the climatic factors and plague epidemic conditions and we describe their analysis by Pearson’s ***:During the period from 2000 to 2022,the isolation rates of Yersinia pestis(***)from marmots and fleas were 9.27%(451/4,864)and 7.17%(118/1,646),***,we observed a positive rate of F1 antibody of 11.25%(443/3,937)in marmots and 18.16%(142/782)in *** regards to climate,there was little variation,and a decreasing trend in blowing-sand days was *** temperature in the previous year showed a negative correlation with the *** isolation rate in marmots(r=−0.555,P=0.011)and the positive rate of F1 antibody in marmots(r=−0.552,P=0.012)in the current *** average annual precipitation in the previous two years showed a positive correlation with marmot density(r=0.514,P=0.024),while blowingsand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.701,P=0.001).Furthermore,the average annual precipitation in the previous three years showed a positive correlation with the isolation rate of *** from marmots(r=0.666,P=0.003),and blowing-sand days showed a negative correlation with marmot density(r=−0.597,P=0.009).Conclusions:The findings of this study indicate that there is a hysteresis effect of climate change on the prevalence of ***,monitoring climate conditions can offer significant insights for implementing timely preventive and control measures to combat plague epidemics.

Choline acetyltransferase(ChAT)-positive neurons in neural stem cell(NSC)niches can evoke adult neurogenesis(AN)and restore impaired brain function after injury,such as acute ischemic stroke(AIS).However,the relevant mechanism by which ChAT+neurons develop in NSC niches is poorly *** RNA-seq analysis revealed that dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1(DDAH1),a hydrolase for asymmetric NG,NG-dimethylarginine(ADMA),regulated genes responsible for the synthesis and transportation of acetylcholine(ACh)(Chat,Slc5a7 and Slc18a3)after stroke *** dual-luciferase reporter assay further suggested that DDAH1 controlled the activity of ChAT,possibly through hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α).KC7F2,an inhibitor of HIF-1α,abolished DDAH1-induced ChAT expression and suppressed *** expected,DDAH1 was clinically elevated in the blood of AIS patients and was positively correlated with AIS *** comparing the results among Ddah1 general knockout(KO)mice,transgenic(TG)mice and wild-type(WT)mice,we discovered that DDAH1 upregulated the proliferation and neural differentiation of NSCs in the subgranular zone(SGZ)under ischemic *** a result,DDAH1 may promote cognitive and motor function recovery against stroke impairment,while these neuroprotective effects are dramatically suppressed by NSC conditional knockout of Ddah1 in mice.

Flow characteristics and hot workability of a typical low-alloy high-strength steel during multi-pass deformation

Heavy components of low-alloy high-strength(LAHS) steels are generally formed by multi-pass forging. It is necessary to explore the flow characteristics and hot workability of LAHS steels during the multi-pass forging process, which is beneficial to the formulation of actual processing parameters. In the study, the multi-pass hot compression experiments of a typical LAHS steel are carried out at a wide range of deformation temperatures and strain rates. It is found that the work hardening rate of the experimental material depends on deformation parameters and deformation passes, which is ascribed to the impacts of static and dynamic softening behaviors. A new model is established to describe the flow characteristics at various deformation passes. Compared to the classical Arrhenius model and modified Zerilli and Armstrong model, the newly proposed model shows higher prediction accuracy with a confidence level of 0.98565. Furthermore, the connection between power dissipation efficiency(PDE) and deformation parameters is revealed by analyzing the microstructures. The PDE cannot be utilized to reflect the efficiency of energy dissipation for microstructure evolution during the entire deformation process, but only to assess the efficiency of energy dissipation for microstructure evolution in a specific deformation parameter *** a result, an integrated processing map is proposed to better study the hot workability of the LAHS steel, which considers the effects of instability factor(IF), PDE, and distribution and size of grains. The optimized processing parameters for the multi-pass deformation process are the deformation parameters of 1223–1318 K and 0.01–0.08 s^(-1). Complete dynamic recrystallization occurs within the optimized processing parameters with an average grain size of 18.36–42.3 μm. This study will guide the optimization of the forging process of heavy components.
