The Extreme Ultraviolet Camera （EUVC） onboard the Chang＇e-3 （CE-3） lander is used to observe the structure and dynamics of Earth＇s plasmasphere from the Moon. By detecting the resonance line emission of helium ions （He＋） at 30.4 nm, the EUVC images the entire plasmasphere with a time resolution of 10 min and a spatial resolution of about 0.1 Earth radius （RE） in a single frame. We first present details about the data processing from EUVC and the data acquisition in the commissioning phase, and then report some initial results, which reflect the basic features of the plas- masphere well. The photon count and emission intensity of EUVC are consistent with previous observations and models, which indicate that the EUVC works normally and can provide high quality data for future studies.

AIM: TO investigate the significance of c-kit gene mutation in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).METHODS: Fifty two cases of GIST and 28 cases of other tumors were examined. DNA samples were extracted from paraffin sections and fresh blocks. Exons 11, 9 and 13 of the c-kit gene were amplified by PCR and ***: Mutations of exon 11 were found in 14 of 25 malignant GISTs (56%), mutations of exon 11 of the c-kit gene were revealed in 2 of 19 borderline GISTs (10.5%),and no mutation was found in benign tumors. The mutation rate showed significant difference (x^2=14.39, Psuch as smooth muscle tumors,schwannomas, etc.

The crown root system is the most important root component in maize at both the vegetative and reproductive stages. However, the genetic basis of maize crown root traits(CRT) is still unclear, and the relationship between CRT and aboveground agronomic traits in maize is poorly understood. In this study, an association panel including 531 elite maize inbred lines was planted to phenotype the CRT and aboveground agronomic traits in different field environments. We found that root traits were significantly and positively correlated with most aboveground agronomic traits, including flowering time, plant architecture and grain yield. Using a genome-wide association study(GWAS)coupled with resequencing, a total of 115 associated loci and 22 high-confidence candidate genes were identified for CRT. Approximately one-third of the genetic variation in crown root was co-located with 46 QTLs derived from flowering and plant architecture. Furthermore, 103 (89.6%) of 115 crown root loci were located within known domestication-and/or improvement-selective sweeps, suggesting that crown roots might experience indirect selection in maize during domestication and improvement. Furthermore, the expression of Zm00001d036901, a high-confidence candidate gene, may contribute to the phenotypic variation in maize crown roots, and Zm00001d036901 was selected during the domestication and improvement of maize. This study promotes our understanding of the genetic basis of root architecture and provides resources for genomics-enabled improvements in maize root architecture.

Introduction:Hepatitis B virus(HBV) reactivation has been reported in B-cell lymphoma patients with resolved hepatitis B(hepatitis B surface antigen[HBsAg]-negative and hepatitis B core antibody[HBcAb]-positive).This study aimed to assess HBV reaaivation and hepatitis occurrence in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) patients with resolved hepatitis B receiving rituximab-containing chemotherapy compared with HBsAg-negative/HBcAb-negative patients to identify risk factors for HBV reaaivation and hepatitis occurrence and to analyze whether HBV reaaivation and hepatitis affect the survival of DLBCL patients with resolved hepatitis ***:We reviewed the clinical data of 278 patients with DLBCL treated with rituximab-containing therapy between January 2004 and May 2008 at sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center,*** faaors for HBV reaaivation,hepatitis development,and survival were examined by univariate analysis using the chi-square or Fisher's exact test and by multivariate analysis using the Cox regression ***:Among the 278 patients,165 were *** these 165 patients,6(10.9%) of 55 HBcAb-positive(resolved HBV infeaion) patients experienced HBV reactivation compared with none(0%) of 110 HBcAb-negative patients(P=0.001).Patients with resolved hepatitis B had a higher hepatitis occurrence rate than HBsAg-negative/HBcAb-negative patients(21.8%vs.8.2%,P = 0.013).HBcAb positivity and elevated baseline alanine aminotransferase(ALT) levels were independent risk factors for *** the 55 patients with resolved hepatitis B,patients with elevated baseline serum ALT or aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels were more likely to develop hepatitis than those with normal serum ALT or AST levels(P = 0.037,P = 0.005,respeaively).An elevated baseline AST level was an independent risk factor for hepatitis in these *** patients with HBV reactivation recovered after immediate antiviral therapy,and chemotherapy was *** posit

首先,利用MARS-F程序模拟了HL-2A装置中不同电阻率、环向旋转频率和环向模数条件下等离子体对共振磁扰动(RMP)的线性响应过程,分析了不同情况下共振场放大效应对三维扰动磁场的影响;然后,利用Boris算法追踪了三维场作用下的离子轨道,并详细探究了不同扰动磁场改变离子轨道特性的物理机制.研究发现,考虑等离子体响应后的扰动磁场可增强离子轨道径向展宽,且轨道最大径向展宽随轨道上扰动磁场平均值的增大而增大;同时,离子在通过扰动磁场被强烈放大的区域时轨道径向展宽会显著增加.该物理机制可用于解释RMP缓解边界局域模实验中离子直接损失增加和等离子体径向输运增强现象.

微纳石墨烯片增强铝合金的力学性能及其机理

采用电化学加超声剥离制取微纳石墨烯片,通过粉末冶金制备石墨烯增强铝合金。使用纳米压痕和摩擦磨损试验机对样品的纳米硬度、弹性模量、室温蠕变以及摩擦性能进行研究。结果表明:铝合金的纳米硬度和弹性模量随着微纳石墨烯片含量的增加呈线性提高;当微纳石墨烯片含量为0.20%(质量分数)时,石墨烯增强铝合金的纳米硬度和弹性模量比纯铝合金的分别提高66%和52%,室温平均蠕变度在保载阶段为纯铝合金的54.56%,在稳定阶段平均蠕变速率仅为纯铝合金的1/10,摩擦因数随微纳石墨烯片含量的增加而逐渐降低。微纳石墨烯片的加入使得晶粒细化、产生高位错密度和晶格畸变,提高了石墨烯铝合金复合材料的纳米硬度以及弹性模量,微纳石墨烯片对部分可动位错钉扎提高了铝合金抗蠕变性能,微纳石墨烯片存在自润滑性提高了铝合金摩擦性能。

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

目的了解甘肃省地方性氟中毒（简称地氟病）病区分布和改水降氟工程运行现状。方法2006年在甘肃省地氟病病区，对未改水村进行水源水氟检测；对已改水村进行降氟改水工程运行情况调查和水氟测定；在已查出的高氟村，对儿童进行氟斑牙和成人氟骨症患病情况调查。水氟测定采用氟离子选择电极法，儿童氟斑牙调查采用Dean法，氟骨症诊断执行《地方性氟骨症临床分度诊断》（GB16396—1996）标准。结果共调查了26个县、1997个村的不同类型饮用水源，水源水含氟量〉1．0mg／L的村占29．94％（598／1997）。共调查各类改水工程1215处，能正常供水的工程占工程总数的94．90％（1153／1215），间歇供水工程和已报废工程分别占工程总数的2．96％（36／1215）和2．14％（26／1215）。出厂水水氟均值≤1．0mg／L的工程占检测工程数的90．79％（1084／1194），末梢水水氟均值≤1．0mg／L的工程占检测工程数的91．75％（1068／1164）。共检查8～12岁儿童86390人，儿童氟斑牙检出率为22．47％（19414／86390）。共检查16岁以上成人142211人，临床Ⅱ度及以上氟骨症检出率为4．20％（5967／142211）。结论甘肃省少部分病区高氟水源依然存在。降氟改水工程报废和超标现象普遍；部分病区儿童氟斑牙和成人氟骨症尚在流行，防治任务依然艰巨，应加大改水力度，提高防病改水效益。
