Fragaria vesca,commonly known as wild or woodland strawberry,is the most widely distributed diploid Fragaria species and is native to Europe and *** of its small plant size,low heterozygosity,and relative ease of genetic transformation,*** has been a model plant for fruit research since the publication of its Illumina-based genome in ***,its genomic contribution to octoploid cultivated strawberry remains a long-standing ***,we de novo assembled and annotated a telomere-to-telomere,gap-free genome of ***‘Hawaii 4’,with all seven chromosomes assembled into single contigs,providing the highest completeness and assembly quality to *** gap-free genome is 220785082 bp in length and encodes 36173 protein-coding gene models,including 1153 newly annotated *** 14 telomeres and seven centromeres were annotated within the seven *** the three previously recognized wild diploid strawberry ancestors,***,***,and ***,phylogenomic analysis showed that *** and *** are the ancestors of the cultivated octoploid strawberry F.×ananassa,and *** is its closest *** subgenomes of F.×ananassa belong to the *** group,and one is sister to *** anticipate that this high-quality,telomere-to-telomere,gap-free *** genome,combined with our phylogenomic inference of the origin of cultivated strawberry,will provide insight into the genomic evolution of Fragaria and facilitate strawberry genetics and molecular breeding.

Glioma is the most malignant tumor in the brain, the origin of glioma is still unknown. Recently some papers indicated that glioma may be developed from cerebral cavernous malformation （CCM）. We describe a man with a right temporal lobe CCM, after gamma-knife radiotherapy, the patient developed a low-grade astrocytoma in the area of the preexistent CCM. This case, together with other reports, may indicated an oncogenetic properties of CCM, and we proposed that CCM may be a pre-glioma lesion.

An analytical model for straight hemming was developed based on minimum energy method to study the effect of flanging die corner radius on hemming *** order to calculate plastic strain and strain energy more exactly,the neutral layer of specimen corner after hemming is assumed to be a half ellipse with its major semi-axis *** hardening rule is adopted to describe bending and reverse bending processes neglecting Bauschinger *** model takes into account the material property parameters in order to satisfy a wide application range of different *** profile,creepage/growing(roll-in/roll-out) and maximum equivalent strain are predicted,which are greatly influenced by the flanging die corner *** facilities were designed and hemming experiments were *** predicted results of the present analytical model were compared to experimental data as well as finite element(FE) simulation *** was confirmed that they are in good agreement,and the model can be used to evaluate whether the material used as an outer panel for hemming is appropriate and to optimize process parameters when the material used for hemming is changed.

Rock bursts signify extreme behavior in coal mine strata and severely threaten the safety of the lives of miners, as well as the effectiveness and productivity of miners. In our study, an elastic-plastic-brittle model for the deformation and failure of coal/rock was established through theoretical analyses, laboratory experiments and field testing, simulation and other means, which perfectly predict sudden and delayed rock bursts. Based on electromagnetic emission (EME), acoustic emission (AE) and microseism (MS) effects in the process from deformation until impact rupture of coal-rock combination samples, a multi-parameter identification of premonitory technology was formed, largely depending on these three forms of emission. Thus a system of classification for forecasting rock bursts in space and time was established. We have presented the intensity weakening theory for rock bursts and a strong-soft-strong (3S) structural model for controlling the impact on rock surrounding roadways, with the objective of laying a theoretical foundation and establishing references for parameters for the weakening control of rock bursts. For the purpose of prevention, key technical parameters of directional hydraulic fracturing are revealed. Based on these results, as well as those from deep-hole controlled blasting in coal seams and rock, integrated control techniques were established and anti-impact hydraulic props, suitable for roadways subject to hazards from rockbursts have also been developed. These technologies have been widely used in most coal mines in China, subject to these hazards and have achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.

Objective： To gain insight into the mechanism by which sex-determining region of Y chromosome （SRY）-related high-mobility-group box 2 （SOX2） involved in carcinogenesis and cancer stem cells （CSCs）. Data Sources： The data used in this review were mainly published in English from 2000 to present obtained from PubMed. The search terms were ＂SOX2,＂＂cancer,＂＂tumor＂ or ＂CSCs.＂ Study Selection： Articles studying the mitochondria-related pathologic mechanism and treatment of glaucoma were selected and reviewed. Results： SOX2, a transcription factor that is the key in maintaining pluripotent properties of stem cells, is a member of SRV-related high-mobility group domain proteins. SOX2 participates in many biological processes, such as modulation of cell proliferation, regulation of cell death signaling, cell apoptosis, and most importantly, tumor formation and development. Although SOX2 has been implicated in the biology of various tumors and CSCs, the findings are highly controversial, and information regarding the underlying mechanism remains limited. Moreover, the mechanism by which SOX2 involved in carcinogenesis and tumor progression is rather unclear yet. Conclusions： Here, we review the important biological functions of SOX2 in different tumors and CSCs, and the function of SOX2 signaling in the pathobiology ofneoplasia, such as Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, Hippo signaling pathway, Survivin signaling pathway, P13K/Akt signaling pathway, and so on. Targeting towards SOX2 may be an effective therapeutic strategy for cancer therapy.
