Does the transformation of energy structure promote green technological innovation?A quasi-natural experiment based on new energy demonstration city construction

New energy development is essential to achieving carbon peaks and neutrality and promoting green technological *** the causal relationship between new energy demonstration city construction and green technological innovation is crucial for the expansion and promotion of new energy demonstration *** this study,we take the construction of new energy demonstration cities as a quasi-natural experiment,study their impact on green technological innovation using difference-indifference(DID),and conduct a robustness test using DID after propensity score matching(PSM-DID).The research results indicate the following:First,energy structure optimization can significantly improve the level of urban green technological innovation(this result was shown to be valid using PSM-DID and other tests involving the effects of placebo and instrumental variables).Second,new energy demonstration city construction mainly improves the level of urban green technological innovation through technology research and development,the improvement of the industrial innovation environment,and the promotion of environmental ***,the impact of energy structure optimization on green technological innovation has regional,financial,and economic development ***,new energy demonstration city policy affects the flow of capital,labor,technology,and other production factors to pilot areas according to new energy demonstration city policy,forming a“siphon effect”.The carbon reduction effect of new energy demonstration city construction is greater than its pollution reduction *** the results of the study,policy recommendations to promote the expansion of new energy demonstration cities are proposed.

As the most common pathological type of nephrotic syndrome,membranous nephropathy(MN)presents diversity in progression trends,facing severe *** precise discrimination of MN from healthy people,other types of nephrotic syndrome or those with therapeutic remission has always been huge challenge in clinics,not to mention comprehensive individualized monitoring relied on minimally invasive molecular detection ***,we construct a functionalized pore architecture to couple with machine learning to aid all-round peptidome enrichment and data profiling from hundreds of human serum samples,and finally establish a set of defined peptide panel consisting of 12 specific feature *** addition to the realization of above-mentioned precise discrimination with more than 97%of sensitivity,88%of accuracy and f1 score,the simultaneously comprehensive individualized monitoring for MN can also be achieved,including conventionally screening diagnosis,congeneric distinction and prognostic *** work greatly advances the development of peptidome data-driven individualized monitoring means for complex diseases and undoubtedly inspire more devotion into molecular detection field.

Superlattice hydrogen storage alloys offer a compelling advantage with rapid hydriding rate and high storage ***,its practical applications face challenges including complex structure,low dehydriding capacity,and cyclic *** this work,we successfully prepared La_(0.66)Mg_(0.3.)Ni_(3.5-x)Co_(x) superlattice hydrogen storage alloys with enhanced dehydriding capacity and stability by partially substituting Co for Ni.X-ray diffraction(XRD)refinements analysis reveals the presence of(La,Mg)_(3.Ni_(9),(La,Mg)_5Ni_(19),and LaNi_(5) phases within the *** Co substitution in the La_(0.06)Mg_(0.3.)Ni_(3.4.Co_(0.1)alloy,there is a significant increase in content of the(La,Mg)_(3.Ni_(9) phase and a reduction in the hysteresis factor,resulting in an improved reversible hydrogen storage capacity from 1.4. wt%to 1.60 wt%.The dehydriding kinetics of the alloy is controlled by diffusion model with an activation energy of 8.4. kJ/***,the dehydriding enthalpy value of the Co-substituted alloy decreases from 3..84.to 29.85 kJ/***,the cycling performance of the alloy after Co substitution exhibits excellent stability,with a capacity retention rate of 92.3.after 100 *** findings provide valuable insights for the development of cost-effective hydrogen storage materials.

Soft grippers have great potential applications in daily life,since they can compliantly grasp soft and delicate ***,the highly elastic fingers of most soft grippers are prone to separate from each other while grasping objects due to their low stiffness,thus reducing the grasping stability and load-bearing *** tackle this problem,inspired from the venus flytrap plant,this work proposes a mutual-hook mechanism to restrain the separation and improve the grasping performance of soft *** novel soft gripper design consists of three modules,a soft finger-cot,two Soft Hook Actuators(SHAs)and two sliding ***,the soft finger-cot covers on the soft finger,increasing the contact area with the target object,two SHAs are fixed to the left and right sides of the finger-cot,and the sliding mechanisms are designed to make SHAs stretch *** demonstrate that the proposed design can restrain the separation of soft fingers substantially,and the soft fingers with the finger-cots can grasp objects three times heavier than the soft fingers without the proposed *** proposed design can provide invaluable insights for soft fingers to restrain the separation while grasping,thus improving the grasping stability and the load-bearing capacity.

The helicopter Trailing-Edge Flaps(TEFs)technology is one of the recent hot topics in morphing wing *** employing controlled deflection,TEFs can effectively reduce the vibration level of ***,designing specific vibration reduction control methods for the helicopters equipped with trailing-edge flaps is of significant practical *** paper studies the optimal control problem for helicopter-vibration systems with TEFs under the framework of adaptive dynamic programming combined with Reinforcement Learning(RL).Time-delay and disturbances,caused by complexity of helicopter dynamics,inevitably deteriorate the control performance of vibration *** solve this problem,a zero-sum game formulation with a linear quadratic form for reducing vibration of helicopter systems is presented with a virtual *** this context,an off-policy reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to determine the optimal control *** algorithm utilizes only vertical vibration load data to achieve a policy that reduces vibration,attains Nash equilibrium,and addresses disturbances while compensating for time-delay without knowledge of the dynamics of the helicopter *** effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated in a virtual platform.

In recent years,Kriging model has gained wide popularity in various fields such as space geology,econometrics,and computer *** a result,research on this model has *** this paper,the authors propose a model averaging estimation based on the best linear unbiased prediction of Kriging model and the leave-one-out cross-validation method,with consideration for the model *** authors present a weight selection criterion for the model averaging estimation and provide two theoretical justifications for the proposed ***,the estimated weight based on the proposed criterion is asymptotically optimal in achieving the lowest possible prediction ***,the proposed method asymptotically assigns all weights to the correctly specified models when the candidate model set includes these *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through numerical analyses.

Interactions between very/extremely low frequency (VLF/ELF) waves and energetic electrons play a fundamental role in dynamics occurring in the inner magnetosphere. Here, we briefly discuss global properties of VLF/ELF waves, along with the variability of the electron radiation belts associated with wave-particle interactions and radial diffusion. We provide cases of electron loss and acceleration as a result of wave-particle interactions primarily due to such waves, and particularly some preliminary results of 3. evolution of phase space density from our currently developing 3. code. We comment on the existing mechanisms responsible for acceleration and loss, and identify several critical issues that need to be addressed. We review latest progress and suggest open questions for future investigation.

Collective behaviors efficiently impart benefits to a diversity of species ranging from bacteria to *** larvae tend to cluster and form coordinated digging groups under crowded conditions,yet understanding the rules governing this behavior is in its *** primarily took advantage of the Drosophila model to investigate cooperative foraging ***,we report that Drosophila-related species and the black soldier fly have evolved a conserved strategy of cluster digging in food ***,we investigated relative factors,including larval stage,population density,and food stiffness and quality,that affect the cluster digging ***,oxygen supply through the posterior breathing spiracles is necessary for the organization of digging *** importantly,we theoretically devise a mathematical model to accurately calculate how the cluster digging behavior expands food resources by diving depth,cross-section area,and food *** found that cluster digging behavior approximately increases 2.2 fold depth,1.7-fold cross-section area,and 1.9 fold volume than control groups,*** of food sources significantly facilitates survival,larval development,and reproductive success of Drosophila challenged with competition for limited food resources,thereby conferring trophic benefits to fitness in ***,our findings highlight that the cluster digging behavior is a pivotal behavior for their adaptation to food scarcity,advancing a better understanding of how this cooperative behavior confers fitness benefits in the animal kingdom.
