Fractional vortex beams exhibit a higher degree of modulation dimensions than conventional vortices,thus inheriting superior anti-turbulent transmission properties through the incorporation of additional coherence ***,aliasing the mixed modes induced by coherence degradation makes the quantitative measurement of the topological charge in fractional vortex beams *** this study,a coherence phase spectrum was introduced,and experimental demonstrations to quantitatively determine the fractional topological charge of partially coherent fractional vortex beams were *** leveraging the four-dimensional measurement of a partially coherent light field,the source coherence function was inversely reconstructed,and fractional topological charges were determined with high precision by extracting the phase spectrum of the coherence ***–Gaussian,elliptical Gaussian,and plane-wave-fraction vortex beams with various degrees of coherence were used to demonstrate measurement *** proposed method is applicable to X-rays and electron *** has potential applications in optical encryption,high-capacity optical communication,and quantum entanglement.

青海沟里地区斜长角闪岩锆石U-Pb年代学、Lu-Hf同位素特征及其指示意义

东昆仑造山带金水口群的沉积和变质时代一直存在争议。本文利用LA-ICP-MS技术对青海省都兰县沟里地区金水口群中的斜长角闪岩进行了锆石U-Pb年代学、Lu-Hf同位素研究。结果显示:斜长角闪岩中6个测点的碎屑锆石年龄集中在2.1~2.0 Ga之间,碎屑锆石最小年龄为1829 Ma,变质锆石的上交点年龄为(1905±300)Ma,误差较大,但暗示金水口群沉积时间漫长,沉积时代不晚于中元古代早期,故本文认为金水口群沉积时代在1800 Ma左右;年龄集中于2100 Ma的碎屑锆石具有麻粒岩相变质锆石特征。变质锆石年龄集中于450~420 Ma之间,12个点的加权平均年龄为(444.3±5.3)Ma,为早古生代,该年龄与东昆仑造山带响应原特提斯洋俯冲拼合并发生区域深熔作用的年龄基本一致;锆石^(176)Lu/^(177)Hf值较低,变质锆石ε_(Hf)(t)值为-35.41~-3.75,T_(DM2)介于3641~1666 Ma之间,源岩物质为古老地壳再循环的产物;古元古代碎屑锆石ε_(Hf)(t)值为-2.98~25.58,T_(DM2)介于2833~920 Ma之间,源区为来源于亏损地幔的陆壳,与太古宙TTG岩系相似,暗示阿尔金地块的TTG岩系为金水口群提供了部分物质来源。金水口群沉积于活动大陆边缘或初始裂谷盆地,上部沉积盖层冰沟群与万宝沟群沉积于浅海陆棚,沉积过程具有连续性。

为筛选优良淫羊藿种质,保证其药材质量稳定,测定了15份淫羊藿种质的农艺性状、矿质元素含量、产量、质量等,并对15份种质进行综合评价。结果表明,来自贵州省从江县的箭叶淫羊藿种质植株的株高、分枝数、叶片数、叶面积、叶宽、叶长、芽... 详细信息

为筛选优良淫羊藿种质,保证其药材质量稳定,测定了15份淫羊藿种质的农艺性状、矿质元素含量、产量、质量等,并对15份种质进行综合评价。结果表明,来自贵州省从江县的箭叶淫羊藿种质植株的株高、分枝数、叶片数、叶面积、叶宽、叶长、芽头数及须根、根茎、叶片产量表现较好,分别为27.40 cm、28.44枝、67.33片、1 127.09 cm2/株、6.23 cm、9.64 cm、12.78个、3.74 g/株、43.49 g/株、13.39 g/株,其N、P、K含量分别为17.51 g/kg、1.57 g/kg、9.40 g/kg,总黄酮和总黄酮醇苷含量最高,分别为12.68%、10.79%。结合农艺性状、矿质元素含量、药材质量三者的主成分分析、隶属函数分析和药材产质量综合评价发现,来自贵州省从江县的箭叶淫羊藿得分最高,在株高、叶面积、叶宽、叶长、芽头数、须根干重、根茎干重、茎干重、叶片干重、总黄酮、总黄酮醇苷方面具有明显优势。

为研究水分对黔藿1号种子萌发的影响,检测育苗基质不同含水量下种子不同萌发阶段相关代谢产物和代谢途径的变化,以黔藿1号种子为试验材料,采用广靶代谢组学方法对育苗基质不同含水量下黔藿1号种子萌发过程的代谢途径及其代谢物变化等进行分析。结果表明,基质含水量为200%时,有利于黔藿1号种子萌发。在基质含水量分别为100%和200%条件下,种子萌发过程中的代谢物种类变化相似,主要有氨基酸及其衍生物、糖类、黄酮、生物碱等,其中差异代谢物显著富集到精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢、鞘磷脂代谢、黄酮类生物合成等通路。在基质含水量200%较100%下,二氢茉莉酸、桂酸桂酯的相对含量随着种子萌发时间后移呈先升后降的趋势,可能是促进种子萌发的原因之一。

Side-scan sonar(SSS)is now a prevalent instrument for large-scale seafloor topography measurements,deployable on an autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV)to execute fully automated underwater acoustic scanning imaging along a predetermined ***,SSS images often suffer from speckle noise caused by mutual interference between echoes,and limited AUV computational resources further hinder noise *** approaches for SSS image processing and speckle noise reduction rely heavily on complex network structures and fail to combine the benefits of deep learning and domain *** address the problem,Rep DNet,a novel and effective despeckling convolutional neural network is *** DNet introduces two re-parameterized blocks:the Pixel Smoothing Block(PSB)and Edge Enhancement Block(EEB),preserving edge information while attenuating speckle *** training,PSB and EEB manifest as double-layered multi-branch structures,integrating first-order and secondorder derivatives and smoothing *** inference,the branches are re-parameterized into a 3×3 convolution,enabling efficient inference without sacrificing *** DNet comprises three computational operations:3×3 convolution,element-wise summation and Rectified Linear Unit *** on benchmark datasets,a real SSS dataset and Data collected at Lake Mulan aestablish Rep DNet as a well-balanced network,meeting the AUV computational constraints in terms of performance and latency.

The presence of protein aggregates in numerous human diseases underscores the significance of detecting these aggregates to comprehend disease mechanisms and develop novel therapeutic approaches for combating these *** the development of various biosensors and fluorescent probes that selectively target amyloid fibers or amorphous aggregates,there is still a lack of tools capable of simultaneously detecting both types of ***,we demonstrate the quantitative discernment of amorphous aggregates by QM-FN-SO3,an aggregationinduced emission(AIE)probe initially designed for detecting amyloid *** probe easily penetrates the membranes of the widely-used prokaryotic model organism Escherichia coli,enabling the visualization of both amorphous aggregates and amyloid fibers through near-infrared ***,the probe exhibits sensitivity in distinguishing the varying aggregation propensities of proteins,regardless of whether they form amorphous aggregates or amyloid fibers in *** properties contribute to the successful application of the QM-FN-SO3 probe in the subsequent investigation of the antiaggregation activities of two outer membrane protein(OMP)chaperones,both in vitro and in their physiological ***,our work introduces a near-infrared fluorescent chemical probe that can quantitatively detect amyloid fibers and amorphous aggregates with high sensitivity in vitro and in ***,it demonstrates the applicability of the probe in chaperone biology and its potential as a high-throughput screening tool for protein aggregation inhibitors and folding factors.
