Haemaphysalis longicornis ticks,commonly found in East Asia,can transmit various pathogenic viruses,includingthe severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus(SFTSV)that has caused febrile diseases among humansin Hubei ***,understanding of the viromes of *** was limited,and the prevalence ofviruses among *** ticks in Hubei was not well *** study investigates the viromes of bothengorged(fed)and free(unfed)*** ticks across three mountainous regions in Hubei Province from 2019to ***-sequencing analysis identified viral sequences that were related to 39 reference viruses belonging tounclassified viruses and seven RNA viral families,namely Chuviridae,Nairoviridae,Orthomyxoviridae,Parvoviridae,Phenuiviridae,Rhabdoviridae,and *** abundance and diversity in these ticks were analysed,andphylogenetic characteristics of the Henan tick virus(HNTV),Dabieshan tick virus(DBSTV),Okutama tick virus(OKTV),and Jingmen tick virus(JMTV)were elucidated based on their full genomic *** demonstrated that DBSTV was the most common virus found in individual *** ticks(12.59%),followed by HNTV(0.35%),whereas JMTV and OKTV were not *** results improve our understanding of *** tick viromes in central China and highlight the role of tick feeding status and geographyin shaping the viral *** findings of new viral strains and their potential impact on public health raisethe need to strengthen surveillance efforts for comprehensively assessing their spillover potentials.

针对细粒度切割后的碎纸片聚类准确率低和启发式算法拼接效果一般的问题,提出了一种基于三元组网络和混合粒子群的碎纸片自动拼接算法.碎纸片拼接分为行间聚类、兼容性评估和行内拼接三个阶段.首先,在行间聚类阶段,对投影得到的图像向量进行自适应填充以补充缺失的特征信息,再利用高斯混合模型聚类算法进行聚类;然后,在兼容性评估阶段,借助三元组网络模型,将聚类后的同一行图像映射到一个公共的度量空间,并得到一个区分度明显的距离矩阵;最后,将这个距离矩阵作为粒子的适应度值,提出了一种基于混合粒子群算法的行内拼接算法.实验结果表明:本文提出的拼接算法能够提升聚类准确率和拼接精度,在破碎文档重建工作上具有良好的效果.

本文针对某300 MW等级重型燃气轮机透平排气温度,构建了燃机性能计算模型,该模型除了包含常规燃机性能计算的功能外,加入了透平叶片材料、燃烧器OTDF&RTDF及叶片冷却流量对燃机性能的影响功能,应用该燃气轮机性能计算模型预测了L20A及M701F3的燃机性能,排气温度的预测精度在3℃以内。分析了压气机压比、压气机效率、燃烧器压损、燃烧器出口温度分布、透平级数、透平效率、透平叶片材料及冷气流量等参数对透平排气温度的影响规律,结果显示压气机压比、燃烧器出口温度分布、透平级数及效率、透平叶片材料及冷气流量对燃机透平排气温度影响较大,其中又以透平级数的设计选择对排气温度影响最大。在燃机设计时需要考虑到这些关键影响因素,使排气温度最终达到综合最优。

让返乡人才“回得来、留得住、用得好”是实现乡村振兴的重要保障。基于中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),梳理回流人口的工作分化情况,实证分析回流人口工作性质分化的影响因素和影响机制,并进一步研究工作收入分化的原因。研究发现:(1)外地创业经历能促进返乡创业,发达地区务工经历、回流地较好的产业发展水平显著有利于回流人口返乡再就业;(2)回流地的产业发展主要通过提供非农就业机会促进返乡再就业;(3)市场环境和政策差异是造成回流人口工作收入分化的最主要因素。
