The energy of the interaction between the matrix and the inclusions in shape memory alloy (SMA) re- inforced composite is one of the most important and complicated parts in thermodynamic constitutive theory. In this paper, the interaction energy is derived based on the classical theory of micromechanics and the thermodynamic theory. The SMA composite is treated as three phases, namely the austenitic phase, the martensite phase and the matrix phase. The interaction among the three phases is analyzed in a way close to the fact. The present expression is used to calculate the interaction energy of a typical SMA composite with attentions paid to understand of the effects of the matrix material, the fiber ge- ometry, and the fiber/matrix volume ratio. It is shown that the method developed in this paper is credible compared with the references. Some useful conclusions are obtained.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

目的探讨原发性十二指肠间质瘤(GIST)行根治性手术的临床疗效及预后影响因素。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法。收集2010年1月至2020年4月我国17家医学中心收治的741例(上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院121例、中国人民解放军总医院121例、华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院116例、复旦大学附属肿瘤医院77例、四川大学华西医院77例、广东省人民医院31例、福建省肿瘤医院24例、福建医科大学附属协和医院22例、中国医科大学附属盛京医院25例、中南大学湘雅医院19例、浙江省肿瘤医院23例、辽宁省肿瘤医院17例、厦门大学附属第一医院17例、中山大学附属肿瘤医院15例、南京医科大学第一附属医院14例、厦门大学附属中山医院14例、中国人民解放军空军总医院8例)原发性十二指肠GIST行根治性手术治疗患者的临床病理资料;男346例,女395例;年龄为55(17~86)岁。观察指标:(1)新辅助治疗情况。(2)手术及术后情况。(3)随访情况。(4)分层分析。采用门诊或电话方式进行随访,患者行新辅助治疗期间每3~6个月随访1次,行根治性手术治疗后每6~12个月随访1次,了解患者肿瘤复发和生存情况。随访时间截至2022年4月。正态分布的计量资料以x±s表示。偏态分布的计量资料以M(范围)表示,组间比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验。计数资料以绝对数或百分比表示,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线并计算生存率,采用Log-Rank检验进行生存分析。单因素及多因素分析采用COX回归模型。倾向评分匹配按1∶1最近邻匹配法匹配,匹配容差为0.02。结果(1)新辅助治疗情况。741例患者中,34例行新辅助治疗,治疗时间为8(3~44)个月。34例新辅助治疗患者行手术治疗前肿瘤退缩达部分缓解、疾病稳定、疾病进展分别为21、9、4例。34例患者行新辅助治疗前肿瘤长径为8.0(3.0~26.0)cm,行手术治疗前肿瘤长径为5.3(3.0~18.0)cm,肿瘤退缩比例为31.9%(-166.7%~58.3%)。(2)手术及术后情况。741例患者中,34例行新辅助治疗后接受根治性手术治疗,707例直接行根治性手术治疗。741例患者均顺利完成手术,手术方式为开腹手术、腹腔镜手术、内镜手术分别为633、102、6例;633例开腹手术和102例腹腔镜手术患者手术切除范围为胰十二指肠切除(PD)238例,十二指肠局限性切除497例(十二指肠楔形切除226例、远端胃部分切除55例、节段性十二指肠切除204例、十二指肠肿瘤局部切除或节段性十二指肠联合胃大部切除12例)。741例患者中,131例发生术后并发症,其中并发症Clavien-Dindo分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级113例,≥Ⅲ级18例。741例患者术后住院时间为13(4~120)d。707例直接行根治性手术治疗患者中,术后评估371例改良美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)危险度分级为极低危、低危、中危,336例为高危。205例高危患者接受术后伊马替尼辅助治疗,治疗时间为24(6~110)个月。(3)随访情况。741例患者均获得术后随访,随访时间为58(7~150)个月。随访期间,110例患者发生肿瘤复发转移。741例患者1、3、5年总生存率分别为100.0%、98.6%、94.5%,1、3、5年无病生存率分别为98.4%、90.9%、84.9%。707例直接行根治性手术治疗患者1、3、5年总生存率分别为100.0%、98.5%、94.3%,1、3、5年无病生存率分别为98.4%、91.1%、85.4%。(4)分层分析。①直接行根治性手术治疗患者预后因素分析。单因素分析结果显示:肿瘤原发灶位置、肿瘤长径、核分裂象计数、改良NIH危险度分级、肿瘤基因信息是影响707例直接行根治性手术治疗原发性十二指肠GIST患者总生存的相关因素(风险比=0.43,0.18,0.22,0.06,0.29,95%可信区间为0.20~0.93,0.09~0.35,0.10~0.50,0.03~0.12,0.09~0.95,P25,0.25,0.10,95%可信区间为0.41~1.03,0.17~0.37,0.15~0.42,0.07~0.15,P5个/50高倍视野、肿瘤基因KIT第9外显子突变是影响剔除342例缺失肿瘤基因信息患者后365例直接行根治性手术治疗原发性十二指肠GIST患者总生存的独立危险因素(风险比=2.85,2.73,3.13,
