The formation pathway of aqueous-phase colloidal semiconductor magic-size clusters(MSCs)remains unrevealed.In the present work,we demonstrate,for the first time,a precursor compound(PC)-enabled formation pathway of aqueous-phase CdSe MSCs exhibiting a sharp absorption peaking at about 420 nm(MSC-420).The CdSe MSC-420 is synthesized with CdCl2 and selenourea as the respective Cd and Se sources,and with 3-mercaptopropionic acid or L-cysteine as a ligand.Absorption featureless CdSe PCs form first in the aqueous reaction batches,which transform to MSC-420 in the presence of primary amines.The coordination between primary amine and Cd^(2+)on PCs may be responsible to the PC-to-MSC transformation.Upon increasing the reactant concentrations or decreasing the CdCl_(2)-ligand feed molar ratios,the Cd precursor self-assembles into large aggregates,which may encapsulate the resulting CdSe PCs and inhibit their transformation to MSC-420.The present study sheds essential light on the syntheses and formation mechanisms of nanocrystals.

Purpose As a fourth-generation light source,High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)has much more stringent requirements to the beam orbit stability in both horizontal and vertical directions than the previous sources due to the much smaller beam sizes.Methods A Fast Orbit FeedBack(FOFB)system,with the closed-loop bandwidth around 500 Hz,is needed to meet the critical requirements.The latency of the FOFB system is the key to achieve these requirements.Results Proper design and implementation of the feedback logic to have low latency is illustrated in the paper.Calculation accuracy is kept in the whole operation except for the last-minute data translation into 32-bit floating point number.

Smart control system for the precision cultivation of black fungus

Black fungus,with high nutritional and medicinal value,has been cultivated in China for a long time,and Heilongjiang alone accounts for about 40%of the global output.At present,the cultivation of black fungus derives mainly from the inheritance of relatively primitive practices and experience of farmers,resulting in inconsistent quality of fungus.In this study,a smart control system for the precision cultivation of black fungus was designed by using intelligent detection and control technology.The system includes a precision culture test environment and remote control system.The precision cultivation environment contains four sub-independent environments.The key parameters such as temperature,humidity,and light behavior were collected and can be adjusted individually,according to the precision cultivation stages.The intelligent remote control system included a controller cabinet,sensors unit,temperature control unit,humidity control unit,light control unit,and information transmitting unit.The controller cabinet includes a key controller which can auto-control the temperature,humidity,and lightly adjust components according to the precision cultivation conditions and processing.The temperature sensors were installed in a 3D array close to the fungus bags about 5 cm in rooms.The light tape was installed on the six walls and also had three colors(Red,Blue,and Green)which could be controlled independently in each room.The control strategy through the analysis of the data collected by all sensors,the current cultivate situation of the cultivation environment was obtained,and the heater,fan,light,and nozzle were regulated according to the strategy to maintain a suitable precision cultivation environment for fungus.To verify the feasibility of the precision cultivation processing and control system,the test result shows that the error of temperature control was about 0℃-1℃,the error of humidity control was about 1%-4%,and the error of illuminance control was about 0-50 lx;All the verification results show that the cont

目的探讨葛花治疗心肌缺血(MI)的潜在机制。方法在TCMSP数据库检索葛花的活性成分和靶点,使用Cytoscape构建葛花-活性成分-靶点网络图。通过DisGeNET、GeneCards、OMIM数据库筛选MI的靶点。通过制作葛花靶点和MI靶点的韦恩图得到共同靶点,在STRING数据库中对其进行网络构建,然后将其可视化。使用DAVID数据库进行GO和KEGG富集分析,将其可视化取KEGG富集分析的前20条信号通路,构建信号通路与靶点之间的网络图。选择前5个活性成分及其对应的前10个靶点进行分子对接。结果葛花的活性成分16个,成分靶点142个,MI的靶点2327个,取交集后共得到葛花治疗MI的靶点51个,其中核心靶点是INS、EDN1和IL10等,GO富集分析确定了171个与之发生发展密切相关的生物过程,KEGG富集分析确定了38条信号通路,GO和KEGG富集分析提示葛花主要通过补体和凝血级联反应通路、流体剪切应力与动脉粥样硬化途径、MAPK等信号通路发挥作用。分子对接表明葛花的活性成分与其相应靶点具有良好的结合力。结论本研究通过网络药理学初步揭示葛花多成分、多靶点、多通路治疗MI的作用机制,可能与细胞的增殖与凋亡、基因表达调控、氧化应激、炎症反应等途径相关,可为临床研究提供参考。

Revolving parts with complex surface structures are widely used in machinery and mechanical equipment. The ECM process provides its adequacy to cut hard materials with different shapes, and its applications are widely increased, due to its outstanding advantages. In this paper, a new method for machining a convex strips structure on a cylinder by using site directed power interruption（SDPI） in the ECM process is presented. A variable correction value of the power-off time was defined and optimized to obtain the ideal interval for better machining accuracy and stability.The electric field distribution and the simulated convex profiles show that the stray current density can be reduced effectively by using the proposed method. The correction value has an important influence on the machining accuracy. A suitable correction value in the range of 0.6–1.2 s can effectively improve the machining accuracy of the convex strips structure. Experiments were also conducted to verify the proposed method. Results have confirmed that the stray corrosion on the convex strips surface is significantly reduced and the machining accuracy of convex strips structure is remarkably improved by using the proposed method with a suitable correction value in the ECM process. Finally, a convex strip with a height of 2 mm on a thin-wall revolving part was also produced successfully using a correction value of 0.9.

In order to further constrain the tectonic configuration of the Tianshan fold belt and the blocks of its northern and southern sides prior to the Eocene India/Eurasia collision and to reveal their general kinematic characteristics after the collision,we carried out pa- leomagnetic study for Early Cretaceous rocks collected from the Turpan intramontane basin of east Tianshan,northwest China.A high-temperature component (HTC)with dual polarities can be isolated from most samples after progressive thermal demagnetization.Thermal demagnetization behavior and some rock magnetic features of the samples indicate that this HTC resides mainly in hematite.The positive fold and reversal tests suggest that the HTC may be a primary mag- netization acquired at or close to the time of formation of the rocks.Similar to previous results obtained from Cretaceous rocks in western China,paleomagnetic results from the Turpan in- tramontane basin retain also the inclination shallowing relative to stable Eurasia.However, the anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS)measurements showed weak anisotropy degrees for Early Cretaceous Shengjinkou sandstones from the Turpan Basin.These weak anisotropy degrees are independent of inclinations of the HTC,confirming that the effect of sedimentary compaction in most of these rocks can generally be neglected. Comparison of the Early Cretaceous results from Turpan with the coeval ones from Tarim, Junggar and stable Eurasia suggests that the Turpan intramontane basin displaced with no or slightly relative tectonic movement compared with Tarim but with a distinguishable latitudinal conver-gence relative to both Junggar and stable Eurasia since the India/Eurasia collision.

A novel 1-isoquinolone analog desig- nated as marinamide (A) and its methyl ester (B), were produced by the application of mixed fermenta- tion technique to two mangrove endophytic fungi (strains Nos. 1924 and 3893) from the South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated by compre- hensive spectra methods (mainly by 2D NMR) as 4- (2-pyrrolyl)-1-isoquinolone-3-carboxylic acid (A) and methyl 4-(2-pyrrolyl)-1-isoquinolone-3-carboxylate (B), respectively. Compounds A and B were not obtained when either strain was cultured individually under the same conditions. The results showed that the appli- cation of mixed fermentation technique maybe rep- resents a potentially important approach to discover novel metabolites.

We report rock magnetic and paleomagnetic results for Middle Silurian Gongpoquan and Middle Ordo-vician Huaniushan volcanic samples collected from the Ma-zongshan and Hongliuyuan areas of Gansu Province, northwest China. The results indicate that the main magnetic mineral of the Gongpoquan and Huaniushan volcanic rock is magnetite, and it may remain characteristic remanent magnetization acquired at the time of formation of the rocks. However, with the exception of samples from site go20, most of Middle Ordovician Huaniushan volcanic samples have a very weak nature remanent magnetization, and generally show an erratic demagnetization behavior, which does not allow isolation of characteristic remanent magnetizations from these samples. Comparison of paleomagnetic results obtained from the Beishan area of Gansu with Paleozoic apparent polar wander paths for Tarim and Siberia suggests that the Beishan tarrane, the southern part of the Beishan area of Gansu beyond the Mingshui-Shipanjin-Xiaohuang-shan zone,
