BACKGROUND Traumatic brain injury(TBI)poses a considerable risk to human *** TBI,individuals are susceptible to a range of psychiatric disorders,with depression being a primary *** serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)are frequently used in the treatment of depression;however,their efficacy in addressing major depressive disorder(MDD)in adults following TBI remains *** To investigate the efficacy of SSRIs in the treatment of MDD after *** A comprehensive search across multiple databases was conducted following the guidelines outlined in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses statement,encompassing studies published until May *** review focused on studies that examined the efficacy of SSRIs in the treatment of MDD following *** were assessed based sample size,treatment duration,treatment methodologies,severity of brain injury,assessment techniques,and drug response.A random-effects model was used to derive the summary effect *** Eight studies compared the reduction in depression scores in patients with MDD after TBI and SSRI *** eight studies did not exhibit heterogeneity(I^(2)=38%).The depression score for MDD after TBI in the SSRI group decreased more than that in the control group[odds ratio(OR)1.68,95%CI:1.09-2.58,P=0.02].The adverse reactions after treatment included diarrhea,dizziness,dry mouth,nausea,or *** was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups(OR 1.16,95%CI:0.78-1.73,P=0.46).These studies did not show significant heterogeneity(I^(2)=44%).CONCLUSION SSRIs may be effective in treating patients with MDD after *** powered,randomized,controlled trials are required to confirm these findings.

Personal care products(PCPs)are a class of emerging pollutants that have attracted public concern owing to their harmful effects on humans and the *** data is valuable for insight the levels of PCPs in the human body and can be crucial for identifying potential health *** gain a better understanding of timely exposure profiles and health risk of reproductive-age population to PCPs,we determined six parabens,six benzophenone-type ultraviolet filters,and three disinfectants in 256 urine samples collected from young adults aged 18-44 years in Beijing,*** urinary levels of benzophenone-3(BP-3)and 4-hydroxybenzophenone(4-OHBP)were significantly higher in summer compared to winter,suggesting these compounds have different seasonal usage ***,the total concentration of 15 PCPs in female was 430 ng/mL,approximately two times higher than that in male.P-chloro-m-xylenol(PCMX),as a new type of antibacterial agent,has the greatest level among all target analytes,indicating the increasingly use of this antibacterial alternative *** potential influencing factors that lead to the elevated exposure level of PCPs were *** 19%of the target population had a high hazard index value(greater than 1)which was attributed to exposure to propyl paraben(PrP),benzophenone-1(BP-1),BP-3 and PCMX,indicating that PCPs may pose a relatively high exposure risk at environmental levels that should be a cause for concern.

Spermatogenesis is critical for insect reproduction and the process is regulated by multiple genes. Glycosyltransferases have been shown to participate in the development of Drosophila melanogaster;however, their role in spermatogenesis is still unclear. In this study, we found that alpha 1,4-galactosyltransferase 1 (alpha 4GT1) was expressed at a significantly higher level in the testis than in the ovary of Drosophila. Importantly, the hatching rate was significantly decreased when alpha 4GT1 Rna interference (Rnai) males were crossed with w1118 females, with only a few mature sperm being present in the seminal vesicle of alpha 4GT1 Rnai flies. Immunofluorescence staining further revealed that the individualization complex (IC) in the testes from alpha 4GT1 Rnai flies was scattered and did not move synchronically, compared with the clustered IC observed in the control flies. Terminal deoxyribonucleotide transferase (TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay showed that apoptosis signals in the sperm bundles of alpha 4GT1 Rnai flies were significantly increased. Moreover, the expression of several individualization-related genes, such as Shrub, Obp44a and Hanabi, was significantly decreased, whereas the expression of several apoptosis-related genes, including Dronc and Drice, was significantly increased in the testes of alpha 4GT1 Rnai flies. Together, these results suggest that alpha 4GT1 may play dual roles in Drosophila spermatogenesis by regulating the sperm individualization process and maintaining the survival of sperm bundles.

目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）G-308A多态性和自发性早产（SPTB）易感性的关联。方法收集753例SPTB患儿为病例组,681例足月新生儿为对照组,利用Sequenom Mass ARRAY~？SNP检测技术对TNF-α基因G-308A多态性位点进行单核苷酸多态性检测。结果病例组和对照组等位基因G、A分布频率之间的差异无统计学意义（P=0.35）;GG、GA、AA基因型构成比之间的差异也无统计学意义（P=0.64）。Logistic回归分析发现TNF-α基因G-308A位点与SPTB的遗传易感性不相关（OR=0.85,95%CI：0.61~1.19,P=0.35）。结论 TNF-α基因G-308A多态性位点与SPTB遗传易感性不相关。

In spinless systems,growing attention has recently been attracted to synthetic gauge fields,which redefine the fundamental crystal symmetries by utilizing the projective algebraic ***,synthetic gauge fields have been commonly investigated in single orbital systems,and explorations on hybrid orbitals remain elusive in ***,we report the experimental observation of hybrid topological phases induced by hybrid synthetic gauge flux,which is formed by the interaction between p and d orbitals embedded in acoustic *** breaking the translation symmetries of L_(x) and/or L_(y),we unambiguously demonstrate the first-order Möbius edge states and higher-order corner *** work establishes a platform for seeking exotic topological phases induced by hybrid-orbitals interactions and initializing the framework of hybrid-orbitalsrelated topological *** applications can be anticipated in scenarios such as high-quality sensing and robust wave trapping due to the stepwise energy distribution of the hybrid topological phase.
