High-performance floating-gate organic phototransistors based on n-type core-expanded naphthalene diimides

In the field of organic phototransistor, achieving both broad-spectral and high photosensitivity has always been a big challenge. The innovation of device structure has previously proven to be a possible solution to this problem. Here in this study, a novel organic phototransistor based on a high mobility n-type small molecule as the conducting layer and an isolated bulk heterojunction light-absorbing layer as the floating gate has been demonstrated in this study. With the special designed device structure, the phototransistor shows extremely high sensitivity to broad spectral and weak light irradiation, and the photoresponsivity and photocurrent/dark-current ratio of the device can reach up to 4840 mA/W and 1.8×10~5 *** conclusion, this study suggests a potential way to obtain high-performance phototransistors at room temperature, which will further promote the commercial application of organic phototransistors.

The purpose of this study is to verify the rationality and validity of directly adopting segmental modeling prediction of single-station regional scatter data by considering space environment information comprehensively. First, a single-station regional ionospheric model is constructed and predicted by the long short-term memory neural network（LSTM） method based on the single-station global positioning system total electron content（GPS-TEC） data of different regions（low-, mid-, and high latitude regions） and the space environment data. Then, the prediction results are compared and analyzed with the international reference ionosphere 2016（IRI2016） model, CMONOC Regional Ionosphere Maps（RIM） data, and GPS measurement data. The results show that: i) the LSTM model forecasts are consistent with GPS-TEC observations at high, mid and low latitudes, and the forecast error is less than 3 TECu. The forecast accuracy is much better than that of the IRI2016 model and RIM TEC, and is less susceptible to anomalies. Geographically, the forecast MAE and RMSE of LSTM model decreases with increasing latitude. Among them, the relative accuracy of LSTM forecasts in low and mid latitudes is high, up to 82% or more;ii) the RIM data as a whole are more consistent with the measured data, but the RIM TEC is overestimated during the daytime, a phenomenon related to the discrete anomalies;iii) the IRI2016 model only captures the general trend of TEC. The IRI model forecast values are poor in daytime forecasting, and its overestimation becomes more obvious as the latitude increases, while the forecast performance is better in the evening. This study is a foundation for subsequent regional modeling and forecasting of the ionosphere, and can provide ionospheric constraints to support navigation positioning.

B1/L1/E1 frequency(1575.42 MHz) is one of the main interoperability frequency bands in the Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS).The MBOC(Multiplexed BOC) modulation is adopted on this frequency by GPS and Galileo systems,which is also a candidate for Bei Dou B1 C *** paper starts with the definition of MBOC modulation,and proposes a generalized MBOC modulation,***-BOC(Multi Carrier BOC) *** MC-BOC modulation is a multi-carrier modulation,which contains four *** with the existing MBOC modulation,the proposal has independent intellectual property *** it has superiorities in anti-multi-path and tracking,as well as in the *** study results can be regarded as a choice for the design and optimization of the Bei Dou signals.

Two-way satellite time and frequency transfer （TWSTFT） is applied in BeiDou Navigation Satellite System for time synchronization of the ground stations. In fact, the geostationary （GEO） satellites have periodic motions around their planned orbits instead of being stationary to the ground stations, which results in periodic fluctuations of Sagnac correction and signal path geometry correction in TWSTFT. Precise TWSTFT is relaying on the non-reciprocity corrections. An analysis method with broadcast ephemeris of GEO satellite for Sagnac correction and signal path geometry correction is introduced in this paper. With this method, TWSTFT experiment result using BeiDou GEO satellite at 140°E of three links between Beijing and three different sites is analyzed and the periodic fluctuation of Sagnac correction and signal path geometry correction are presented in detail. The fluctuation range of Sagnac correction is from 0.04ns to 0.16ns and that of signal path geometry correction is from 0.01ns to 0.53ns for the three links, which shows that Sagnac correction and signal path geometry correction can not be ignored in time transfer requiring sub-nanosecond precision generally for the three links.

As a core part of satellite payload, on-board clock has a direct influence on GNSS service performance. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor its integrity. In this paper, real-time on-board clock phase residuals are obtained by sequential least squares estimation, and a novel sum test statistic based on residuals is constructed. An integrity monitoring algorithm for on-board clock based on this test statistic is proposed. Performance of the new algorithm is analyzed and verified by simulation. The results show that the new algorithm has a perfect performance of detecting weak on-board clock anomaly bias. The integrity monitoring algorithm for on-board clock proposed in this paper is helpful to GNSS on-board clock autonomous integrity monitoring.

Due to the open structure and the low receiving power of the global navigation satellite system(GNSS) signal,the receiver is vulnerable to some malicious spoofing *** signal quality monitoring(SQM) algorithm is favored because it can simply and effectively detect the correlation peak distortion in the spoofing *** this paper,we focus on the SQM metrics for BOC(1,1) component of the B1C signal,firstly introduce some existing SQM metrics of BOC(1,1) signal,then the statistical characteristics and detection threshold of the metrics are *** this basis,the metrics are merit-based selected by the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve and the curve of detection rate in the simulation experiment,and the metrics are verified by the mathematical modeling on the basis of the experimental spoofing scenario,which proves that the metrics participating in the combination are ***,the metrics are combined under the condition of a low *** experimental results show that compared with the existing metrics,the metrics obtained by the merit-based selection and combination have better performance in spoofing detection.

GNSS timing receiver is widely used in various fields. Unfortunately, it has weak capability of anti-jamming and anti-spoofing, so an integrated processing technique based on joint verification of location and clock offset is proposed. The algorithm is verified by simulation with timing receiver data. Simulation results show that 95% probability of the spherical error of location result can be used as the threshold of the location to detect strong intentional or unintentional jamming signal efficiently. When the location check is passed, the clock offset checking is used to monitor the receiver clock offset anomaly, with processing error less than 0.2 ns. The joint verification of location and clock offset method can greatly improve the robust performance of timing receivers.

In GNSS systems,frequency stability of satellite on‐board clock will affect satellite clock offset modeling and prediction,and then impact the accuracy of positioning and timing,so frequency stability estimation of satellite on‐board clock is of great significance for GNSS *** paper proposes a frequency stability estimation method for BDS GEO on‐board clock based on satellite transponded carrier *** offset of on‐board clock is estimated by self‐transmitting and self‐receiving transponded carrier doppler of ground station,and then the frequency stability can be *** realization principle of the method is analyzed,and is validated using BDS *** show that frequency stability estimation results of this method are basically consistent with that of network method and the relative deviation is less than 10% within average interval of 1000s.

GNSS is an essential source of information for daily life,providing positioning and timing ***,due to the low power of satellite navigation information at the receiving end,the open signal structure,as well as with the development of spoofing technology,the problem of spoofing and jamming at the receiving end has become increasingly *** GNSS spoofing detection technology based on DOA offers robust detection performance,which can adapt to various *** address the issues of low angular resolution and poor detection performance in a low SNR environment,we propose a CNNDOA-based spoofing detection ***,we use the Toeplitz matrix reconstruction algorithm to estimate the DOA of the coherent ***,we use the DOA spectrum generated by random angle distribution and random SNR as samples,with the DOA value and authenticity of the signal used as labels for CNN network *** the power ratio of the spoofing signal to the authentic signal is greater than 1dB(SNR=0dB),the detection accuracy of the spoofing signal is nearly 90%.Compared to the PI algorithm and the ADBF algorithm,the proposed model has higher resolution and robustness.
