In this study, a novel model of photothermal conversion in a direct absorption solar collector based on the Monte Carlo and finite volume methods was built and validated and the temperatures of the novel and traditional solar collectors were compared. The sensitivity of the parameters to the radiative heat loss was investigated. Finally, the radiative heat transfer characteristics were discussed using the radiative exchange factor. The results of this study validated the advantages of the novel solar collector at both the surface and fluid temperatures. Under the conditions used in this study, the maximum temperature difference of the novel solar collector was 30 K, compared with 1.3 K for the traditional solar collector. Furthermore, the collector was divided into several units along the flow direction. The radiative exchange factor indicated that with an increase in the attenuation coefficient, the percentage of radiation intensity in the total solar radiation absorbed by the corresponding unit ***, it decreased with an increase in the incident angle and scattering albedo. These results provide a reference for addressing the low efficiency and thermal damage caused by traditional solar collectors at high temperatures.

Regioregular poly(3-hexylthio)thiopene(P3HTT) has emerged tremendous potential in organic electronic applications due to the strong noncovalent interactions from the sulfur atom linked to thiophene. However, P3HTT generally exhibits low charge mobility mostly due to poor solution processability attributed to dense arrangement of hexylthio side chain in polymer, which led to strong noncovalent interactions among sulfur atoms. To balance the nonvalent interaction and aggregation for P3HTT, herein, we systematically study the effect of hexylthio side chain content in polymer backbone on the structure and properties. A series of regioregular P3HTT-based homopolymers(P3HTT, P3HTT-50,P3HTT-33 and P3HTT-2.) were prepared via Kumada catalyst transfer polycondensation method from a set of mono-, bi-, ter-and quarterthiophenes containing different contents of hexylthio side chain. The DFT calculation shows the planarity of polymers backbone could be improved through reducing the density of hexylthio side chain in polymer mainchain. And significant changes in their crystallinity, aggregation and optical properties were observed with the content of hexylthio side chain reducing. The P3HTT-33 displayed the highest field-effect transistor hole mobility of 2.83×1.^(-2. cm^(2.·V^(-1.·s^(-1. resulting from a balance between the crystallinity and planarity. This study demonstrates modulating the content of hexylthio side chain in P3HTT is an effective strategy to optimize the opto-electronic properties of polymer obtaining excellent semiconductor device performance.

Layered rare-earth hydroxides(LREHs) draw wide research interest because of their peculiar crystal structure,rich interlayer chemistry and abundant functionality of the RE element,but are limited to the two categories of RE_(2.(OH)_(5)A·nH_(2.O(A:typical of Cl^(-)or NO_(3)^(-)) and RE_(2.(OH)_(4)SO_(4)·nH_(2.*** the other hand,rare-earth oxysulfates(RE_(2.O_(2.SO_(4)) have attracted attention due to their properties of large-capacity oxygen storage,low-temperature magnetism and luminescence,but their preparation procedure mostly involves toxic SO_(x) gases and/or complicated *** this work,RE_(2.(OH)_(2.CO_(3)SO_(4)·nH_(2.O as a new family of LREHs(RE=Gd-Lu lanthanides and Y) were produced via hydrothermal reaction,from which phase-pure RE_(2.O_(2.SO_(4) was derived via subsequent annealing at 800℃ in air without the involvement of SO_(x),The compounds were thoroughly characterized to reveal the intrinsic influence of lanthanide contraction(RE^(3+) radius) on crystal structure,thermal behavior(dehydroxylation/decarbonation/desulfurization),vibrational property and crystallite *** analyzing the photoluminescence of Eu^(3+) and Sm^(3+)in the Gd_(2.O_(2.SO_(4) typical host it is found that the 61. nm(Eu^(3+),λ_(ex)=2.5 nm) and 608 nm(Sm^(3+),λ_(ex)=407 nm) main emissions can retain as high as ^(7)9.6% and 85.5%of their room-temperature intensities at 42. K,with activation energies of ~0.1. and 0.2. eV for thermal quenching,*** also indicates that both the phosphors have the potential for optical temperature sensing via the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR) technology,whose maximum relative sensitivity reaches -2.70%/K for Eu^(3+)and 1.73%/K for Sm^(3+) at 2.8 K.

Based on m-stems and semi-extensible structure, a model is presented to represent RNA planar pseudoknots, and corresponding dynamic programming algorithm is designed and implemented to predict arbitrary planar pseudoknots and simple non-planar pseudoknots with O(n4) time and O(n3) space. The algorithm folds total 2.5 sequences in the Pseudobase database, and the test results indicate that the algorithm has good accuracy, sensitivity and specificity.

Abstract We investigate negacyclic codes over the Galois ring GR（2.,m） of length N = 2.n, where n is odd and k≥0. We first determine the structure of u-constacyclic codes of length n over the finite chain ring GR（2., m）[u]/〈u2. ＋ 1.. Then using a ring isomorphism we obtain the structure of negacyclic codes over GR（2., m） of length N = 2.n （n odd） and explore the existence of self-dual negacyclic codes over GR（2., m）. A bound for the homogeneous distance of such negacvclic codes is also given.

The study of gas sensitivity of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), which is deposited by low press chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD), is presented. The results show that the pure MWNTs are not sensitive to the gases measured, while the composite film consisting of the MWNTs and silicon dioxide is sensitive to the methane, the hydrogen and the acetylene. The MWNTs and silicon dioxide composite film have the capacitance characteristic because of the formation of Schottky junctions within the MWNTs. The chemistry adsorption of the gas measured on the surface of the MWNTs affects the space discharge area of the Schottky junction, so that the dielectric constant changes with the gas concentration. That is why the gas is sensed.

A new type heat storage concrete material used in solar thermal power was fabricated by using aluminates cement to be the gelatinizer, and using high heat capacity materials, such as basalt and bauxite, as aggregate, and adding high heat conductivity graphite and high efficient water reducing agent. The experimental results show the addition of graphite can improve the thermal conductivity of the concrete, the value of thermal conductivity is about 2.34 W/mK which means the obtained concrete storage material has excellent thermal properties, and it is expected to be a good heat storage material used in solar power.
