受流行音乐文化冲击,地方非遗曲艺面临生存危机。基于对淮河琴书受众群体的实证调查,探讨淮河琴书发展现状,分析乡村文旅融合背景下淮河琴书发展的可行性,借鉴已有成功经验,提出淮河琴书发展路径:景区演艺模式、戏曲嘉年华模式和文化创意模式。通过“非遗+旅游”的方式激发淮河琴书发展活力,实现对非遗资源的活化利用,期望焕发淮河琴书新生态,推动乡村文旅融合新业态,助力乡村振兴。

免疫胶体金法应用于人腺病毒抗原检测的区域结果分析

目的分析腺病毒抗原阳性患者在建德市的流行病学特点。方法采集2021年9月-2023年8月来建德市第一人民医院40 646例发热患者的鼻咽部拭子标本，用免疫胶体金法对患者的鼻咽部拭子标本进行腺病毒抗原检测，并对阳性结果进行回顾性分析。结果 2021年9月-2023年8月腺病毒抗原检测结果阳性患者596例，占总发热人数比例为1.47%。其中2021年9月-2022年8月腺病毒抗原检测结果阳性患者377例，在本年发热患者中所占比例为2.24%;2022年9月-2023年8月阳性患者219例，占本年发热患者比例为0.84%；总体的阳性率呈现降低趋势。以年龄为分组进行分析发现，年龄≤12岁的腺病毒感染阳性率高于年龄>12岁的腺病毒感染阳性率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以季节为分组分析发现，春夏季节的腺病毒感染阳性率高于秋冬季的腺病毒感染阳性率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近两年来建德市人腺病毒抗原检测阳性患者在发热患者中所占比例呈现降低趋势，建德市人腺病毒感染与年龄分布和季节更替有关。

Conventional quantum dots inherently carry the risk of cytotoxicity. Considering the biomedical limitations, an amino acid and vitamin were utilized to prepare highly luminescent carbon dots. Ascorbic acid and lysine were used to synthesize water soluble carbon dots which are highly hiocompatible as both reactants and essential nutrients.

This article presents a highly efficient method for substrate-integrated-waveguide（SIW） filters to achieve very wide stopbands. By employing the proposed trisection slots in addition to the bisection slots as the inter-coupling structures, all spurious modes below TE505 of a SIW filter working in the fundamental mode TE101（f0）can be eliminated without requiring additional structure or complex theoretical analysis, without affecting the design of the fundamental passbands, and without degrading the performance of the filters. For verification, two prototype filters are designed, fabricated, and measured with wide stopbands up to 4.15f0 and 4.83f0, respectively. The proposed technique could facilitate the development of high-performance wide-stopband SIW filters for microwave/wireless circuits and systems.

Constructing the efficacious and applicable bifunctional electrocatalysts and establishing out the mechanisms of organic electro-oxidation by replacing anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER) are critical to the development of electrochemicallydriven technologies for efficient hydrogen production and avoid CO_(2) emission. Herein, the hetero-nanocrystals between monodispersed Pt(~ 2 nm) and Ni_(3)S_(2)(~ 9.6 nm) are constructed as active electrocatalysts through interfacial electronic modulation, which exhibit superior bi-functional activities for methanol selective oxidation and H_(2) generation. The experimental and theoretical studies reveal that the asymmetrical charge distribution at Pt–Ni_(3)S_(2) could be modulated by the electronic interaction at the interface of dual-monodispersed heterojunctions, which thus promote the adsorption/desorption of the chemical intermediates at the interface. As a result, the selective conversion from CH_(3)OH to formate is accomplished at very low potentials(1.45 V) to attain 100 m A cm^(-2) with high electronic utilization rate(~ 98%) and without CO_(2) emission. Meanwhile, the Pt–Ni_(3)S_(2) can simultaneously exhibit a broad potential window with outstanding stability and large current densities for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) at the cathode. Further, the excellent bi-functional performance is also indicated in the coupled methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)//HER reactor by only requiring a cell voltage of 1.60 V to achieve a current density of 50 m A cm^(-2) with good reusability.

In today’s society,there is a wide demand for high-precision and high-stability time service in the fields of electric power,communication,transportation and *** present,the time standard in various countries is mainly based on atomic clocks,but the frequency drift of atomic clocks will affect the long-term stability *** with atomic clocks,millisecond pulsars have better long-term stability and can complement with the excellent short-term stability of atomic *** order to improve the long-term stability of the atomic timescale,and then improve the timing accuracy,this paper proposes an algorithm for steering the atomic clock ensemble(ACE)by ensemble pulsar time(EPT)based on digital phase locked loop(DPLL).First,the ACE and EPT are generated by the ALGOS algorithm,then the ACE is steered by EPT based on DPLL to calibrate the long-term frequency drift of the atomic clock,so that the generated steered atomic time follows both the short-term stability characteristics of ACE and the long-term stability characteristics of EPT,and finally,the steered atomic time is used to calibrate the local cesium *** experimental results show that the long-term stability of atomic time after steering is improved by 2 orders of magnitude compared with that before steering,and the daily drift of a local cesium clock after calibration is less than 9.47 ns in 3 yr,3 orders of magnitude higher than that before calibration on accuracy.

Scalable deposition of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is critical to accelerating their commercial ***,a significant number of defects are distributed at the buried interface of perovskite film fabricated by scalable deposition,exhibiting much negative influence on the efficiency and stability of ***,2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid potassium salt(MESK)is incorporated as the bridging layer between the tin oxide(SnO_(2))electron transport layer(ETL)and the perovskite film deposited via scalable two-step doctor *** experiment and simulation results demonstrate that MESK can passivate the trap states of Sn suspension bonds,thereby enhancing the charge extraction and transport of the SnO_(2)***,the strong interaction with uncoordinated Pb ions can modulate the crystal growth and crystallographic orientation of perovskite film and passivate buried *** employing MESK interface bridging,PSCs fabricated via scalable doctor blading in ambient condition achieve a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 24.67%,which is one of the highest PCEs for doctor-bladed PSCs,and PSC modules with an active area of 11.35 cm^(2)achieve a PCE of 19.45%.Furthermore,PSCs exhibit excellent long-term stability,and the unpackaged target device with a storage of 1680 h in ambient condition(25℃and humidity of 30%relative humidity(RH))can maintain more than 90%of the initial *** research provides a strategy for constructing a high-performance interface bridge between SnO_(2)ETL and perovskite film,and achieving efficient and stable large-area PSCs and modules fabricated via scalable doctor-blading process in ambient condition.

People in elevators are at risk of respiratory infection because the elevator cabin is crowded and has poor *** exhaled particles may be inhaled by the susceptible person,deposited on the surface and suspended in the elevator,which can result in direct and indirect ***,whether the air vent designs adopted in the elevator can effectively reduce the transmission risk of respiratory particles remains *** this study,the dispersion of particles under four common ventilation strategies used in the commercial elevator was investigated by proven computational fluid dynamics(CFD)*** flow field was simulated with the RNG κ-ξ turbulence model and the Lagrangian method was adopted to track particle *** effects of air vent layout and airflow rate on particle transmission were *** found that more than 50% of exhaled particles(average value)were suspended in the cabin and difficult to discharge under the investigated ventilation *** deposited fraction of particles on the susceptible person reached up to 39.14% for infiltration ventilation,which led to a high risk of contact *** the ventilation rate could not significantly reduce the inhalation proportion of particles due to the poor airflow distribution inside the elevator.A more proper ventilation strategy should be explored for the elevator to control transmission risk.
