To better understand the failure behaviours and strength of bolt-reinforced blocky rocks,large scale extensive laboratory experiments are carried out on blocky rock-like specimens with and without rockbolt *** results show that both shear failure and tensile failure along joint surfaces are observed but the shear failure is a main controlling factor for the peak strength of the rock mass with and without *** rockbolts are necked and shear deformation simultaneously happens in bolt reinforced rock *** the joint dip angle increases,the joint shear failure becomes more *** number of rockbolts has a significant impact on the peak strain and uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),but little influence on the deformation modulus of the rock *** the Winkler beam model to represent the rockbolt behaviours,an analytical model for the prediction of the strength of boltreinforced blocky rocks is *** agreement between the UCS values predicted by proposed model and obtained from experiments suggest an encouraging performance of the proposed *** addition,the performance of the proposed model is further assessed using published results in the literature,indicating the proposed model can be used effectively in the prediction of UCS of bolt-reinforced blocky rocks.

In response to the problems of excessive greenhouse-gas and particulate emissions and the low traction efficiency of conventional diesel tractors in the field,a purely electric wheel-side drive tractor was studied,including an electric motor drive system,a battery ballast system,and an electro–hydraulic suspension *** paper develops a dynamics model of an electric tractor-ploughing unit under complex soil conditions,leading to the proposal of an active control method for drive wheel torque and a joint control method for the traction force of the suspension system and the front-and rear-axle loads of a ***,the tractor is prototyped and assembled,and ploughing tests are carried *** ploughing results show that the active torque-distribution control method proposed in this study reduces the tractor slip by 14.83%and increases the traction efficiency by 10.28%compared with the average torquedistribution *** with the conventional traction control mode,the joint control method for traction and ballast proposed in this paper results in a 3.7%increase in traction efficiency,a 15.05%decrease in slip,and a 4.9%reduction in total drive motor energy *** study will help to improve the operation quality and traction efficiency of electric tractors in complex soil conditions.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. Potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHCs)are widely regarded as highly promising energy storage devices,due to their exceptional energy density,impressive power density,and abundant potassium ***,restricted by the inherent capacitive storage mechanism,the carbon cathodes possess a much lower specific capacity than battery-type ***,designing high-performance carbon cathodes is extremely urgent for the development of ***,N,O codoped porous carbon(NOPC)was fabricated through the NaCl hard template method and combined KOH/melamine chemical activation technique,displaying the characteristics of abundant N/O content(4.7 at%/16.9 at%),ultrahigh specific surface area(3092 m^(2)g^(-1))and hierarchical pore *** designed NOPC cathode delivers a high specific capacity(164.4 mAh.g^(-1)at 0.05 A.g^(-1))and superior cyclability(95.1%retention ratio at 2 A·g^(-1)over 2500 cycles).Notably,the adjustable ratio of micropores to mesopores facilitates the achievement of the optimal bal-ance between capacity and rate ***,the pseudocapacitance can be further augmented through the incorporation of N/O functional *** expected,the graphite//NOPC based PIHC possesses a high energy density of 113 Wh·kg-at 747 W·kg^(-1)and excellent capacity retention of 84.4% fter 400 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(-1).This work introduces a novel strategy for designing carbon cathodes that enhances the electrochemical performance of PIHCs.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)provide an oppor-tunity to elucidate the catalytic mechanism of complex reactions in heterogeneous *** low-temperature water-gas shift(WGS)reaction is an important industrial technology to obtain high purity ***,we study the catalytic activity of Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)(T=O,S)SACs,where one subsurface Ti atom with three T vacancies in the functionalized Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)(T=O,S)MXene is substituted by one Pt atom,for the low-temperature show that Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(2)provides an excellent platform for the WGS reaction by its bowl-shaped vacancy derived from the Pt1 single atom and three T defects surrounding ***,Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2)SAC has higher catalytic performance for the WGS reaction,due to the weaker electronegativity of the S atom than the O atom,which significantly reduces the energy barrier of H*migration in the WGS reaction,which is often the rate-determining *** the most favorable redox mechanism of the WGS reaction on Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2),the rate-determining step is the dissociation of OH*into O*and H*with the energy barrier as low as 1.12 *** results demonstrate that Pt1@Ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2)is promising in the application of MXenes for low-temperature WGS reactions.

The sensitivity of the dark photon search through invisible decay final states in low-background experiments relies sig-nificantly on the neutron and muon veto efficiencies,which depend on the amount of material used and the design of the detector *** paper presents the optimized design of the hadronic calorimeter(HCAL)used in the DarkSHINE experiment,which is studied using a GEANT4-based simulation *** geometry is optimized by comparing a traditional design with uniform absorbers to one that uses different thicknesses at different locations on the detector,which enhances the efficiency of vetoing low-energy neutrons at the sub-GeV *** overall size and total amount of material used in the HCAL are optimized to be lower,owing to the load and budget requirements,whereas the overall performance is studied to satisfy the physical objectives.
