The d 1.C values of Lower Cretaceous Aptian-Albian platform-type carbonates in the Cuoqin Basin, North Tibet vary between 2.48 and 5.46. The mean value is 3.93. The values are not only provided with positive excursion, but also 1.1. higher than those of con-temporaneous pelagic carbonates which possess pretty high d 1.C values. The origin is ap-proached. During the oceanic anoxic events, a great number of organisms were rapidly buried, causing the increase of the d 1.C value of oceanic total dissolved carbon (TDC) and generally promoting the values of marine carbonates. After that, owing to the organisms undergoing dif-ferent isotopic fractionation in the paleo-ocean with stratified structure, d 1.C values of shallow sea carbonate were obviously higher than those of pelagic carbonates.

Multi-frequency same-beam VLBI means that two explorers with a small separation angle are simultaneously observed with the main beam of receiving antennas. In the same-beam VLBI, the differential phase delay between two explorers and two receiving telescopes can be obtained with a small error of several picoseconds. The differential phase delay, as the observable of the same-beam VLBI, gives the separation angular information of the two explorers in the celestial sphere. The two-dimensional relative position on the plane-of-sky can thus be precisely determined with an error of less than 1.m for a distance of 3.8×1.5 km far away from the earth, by using the differential phase delay obtained with the four chinese VLBI stations. The relative position of a lunar rover on the lunar surface can be determined with an error of 1. m by using the differential phase delay data and the range data for the lander when the lunar topography near the rover and the lander can be determined with an error of 1. m.

Photocatalytic water oxidation reaction by transition metal complexes remains a challenge because of their poor stability under irradiation,especially for earth-abundant metal *** this regard,ironbased water oxidation catalysts are prone to hydrolysis and/or dissociate the ligands to form nanoparticles under a real catalytic ***,we describe a unique hexa-coordinated catalyst 1.Fe^(II)(Py_(3)tacn)Cl_(2)]and its reference 2[Fe^(II)(PhPy_(2)tacn)Cl_(2)]with a dangling pyridyl ligand and a phenyl group,*** anticipated that the dynamically open and close coordination behaviors of the pyridyl ligand enabled balance of the reactivity and stability of catalyst *** our delight,the“open form”of catalyst 1.provided a free coordination site,and the“close form”guaranteed its molecular integrity,resulting in a water oxidation reaction with high efficiency and *** turnover number and turnover frequency values of 2332 and 60 s^(−1.are the highest known to date among iron-based homogeneous water oxidation systems under visible light irradiation.

This discovery of complete body fossils of Halkieria and Microdictyon, two problematical taxa originally erected on the basis of isolated sclerites from Cambrian konservt lagersttte, sheds new light on our understanding of the Early Cambrian small shelly fauna. Based on comparisions of the morphology and preservation of nail shaped sclerites of zhijinitids, Hallucigenia and Onychodictyon, we propose that Zhijinites and Parazhijinites may have been closely related to tardipolypods, a diverse group of Early Cambrian metazoans.

Sheep were domesticated in the Fertile Crescent and then spread globally,where they have been encountering various environmental *** Tibetan sheep has adapted to high altitudes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau over the past 3000 *** explore genomic variants associated with high-altitude adaptation in Tibetan sheep,we analyzed Illumina short-reads of 994 whole genomes representing∼60 sheep breeds/populations at varied altitudes,PacBio High fidelity(HiFi)reads of 1. breeds,and 96 transcriptomes from 1. sheep *** testing between the inhabited altitudes and 34,298,967 variants was conducted to investigate the genetic architecture of altitude *** accurate HiFi reads were used to complement the current ovine reference assembly at the most significantly associatedβ-globin locus and to validate the presence of two haplotypes A and B among 1. sheep *** haplotype A carried two homologous gene clusters:(1.HBE1.HBE2,HBB-like,and HBBC,and(2)HBE1.like,HBE2-like,HBB-like,and HBB;while the haplotype B lacked the first *** high-altitude sheep showed highly frequent or nearly fixed haplotype A,while the low-altitude sheep dominated by haplotype *** further demonstrated that sheep with haplotype A had an increased hemoglobin–O2 affinity compared with those carrying haplotype *** highly associated genomic region contained the EGLN1.gene which showed varied expression between high-altitude and low-altitude *** results provide evidence that the rapid adaptive evolution of advantageous alleles play an important role in facilitating the environmental adaptation of Tibetan sheep.

With continuous hydrocarbon exploration extending to deeper basins,the deepest industrial oil accumulation was discovered below 8,200 m,revealing a new exploration ***,the extent to which oil exploration can be extended,and the prediction of the depth limit of oil accumulation(DLOA),are issues that have attracted significant attention in petroleum *** it is difficult to characterize the evolution of the physical properties of the marine carbonate reservoir with burial depth,and the deepest drilling still cannot reach the ***,the DLOA cannot be predicted by directly establishing the relationship between the ratio of drilling to the dry layer and the *** this study,by establishing the relationships between the porosity and the depth and dry layer ratio of the carbonate reservoir,the relationships between the depth and dry layer ratio were obtained *** depth corresponding to a dry layer ratio of 1.0%is the *** on this,a quantitative prediction model for the DLOA was finally *** results indicate that the porosity of the carbonate reservoir,Lower Ordovician in Tazhong area of Tarim Basin,tends to decrease with burial depth,and manifests as an overall low porosity reservoir in deep *** critical porosity of the DLOA was 1.8%,which is the critical geological condition corresponding to a 1.0%dry layer ratio encountered in the *** depth of the DLOA was 9,000 *** study provides a new method for DLOA prediction that is beneficial for a deeper understanding of oil accumulation,and is of great importance for scientific guidance on deep oil drilling.

The Paleocene-Eocene thermal maximum(PETM) was a transient episode of global warming,associated with massive atmospheric greenhouse gas input that occurred at the Paleocene/Eocene *** and isotope stratigraphic studies indicate that the PETM event is well documented in the marl deposits of the Yuhuangding section in the Nanyang Basin,Central china,with a carbon isotope negative excursion of～6.1.within 1.-m-thick marl *** is the highest resolution record of the PETM so far found in the *** PETM event was triggered within 2-cm-thick marl sediments,with a decrease ofδC (stable carbon isotope ratio) from -3.2‰to -5.2‰,suggesting a massive methane hydrate release for a transient period that was possibly caused by a catastrophic event.A comparison between marine and terrestrial records indicates a"Three-Phase Model"for the PETM *** there is a rapid negative excursion in theδC record,followed by a slowly decreasing trend,and then a gradual positive recovery,corresponding respectively to a rapid dissociation of oceanic methane hydrate,followed by a slow release of methane and then the consumption of the released methane.

Penpulimab is an anti-programmed cell death-1.PD-1.IgG1.antibody with no Fc gamma receptor(FcγR)binding activity,and thus theoretically reduced immune-related adverse events(irAEs)while maintaining *** single-arm,phase II trial conducted across 20 tertiary care centers in{1. enrolled adult patients with metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)who had failed two or more lines of previous systemic *** received 200-mg penpulimab intravenously every 2 weeks(4 weeks per cycle)until disease progression or intolerable *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)per RECIST(version 1.1.,as assessed by an independent radiological review *** secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).One hundred thirty patients were enrolled and 1.5 were efficacy *** the data cutoff date(September 28,2022),1.patient achieved complete response and 34 patients attained partial *** ORR was 28.0%(95%CI 20.3–36.7%).The response was durable,with 66.8%still in response at 9 ***-three patients(26.4%)were still on *** median PFS and OS were 3.6 months(95%CI=1.9–7.3 months)and 22.8 months(95%CI=1..1.months to not reached),***(7.6%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher *** has promising anti-tumor activities and acceptable toxicities in heavily pretreated metastatic NPC patients,supporting further clinical development as third-line treatment of metastatic NPC.
