开展旅游度假区多元主体治理模式的研究对于丰富旅游治理相关理论及创建世界级旅游度假区具有指导意义。以南京汤山温泉度假区为例,基于利益相关者理论,通过案例地调研及访谈,研究发现案例地“六元主体协同治理”模式业已形成。“六元”主体包括政府、企业、协会、游客、社区居民、新闻媒体。“六元”主体协同方式包括明晰价值认同,推动长效发展;出台法律法规,保障统一管理;优化权责分配,实现共同治理;搭建沟通网络,降低运行风险四个方面。“六元”主体协同治理内容包括空间、生态、文化、社会等多维度治理内容。并提出“融入全球旅游伦理道德规范,建立高质量分级分类认证体系,更加突出旅游生态环境保护,提升文旅数智化发展水平,建立国际温泉文化人才学院,加强与上海合作组织的交流”等创建世界一流旅游度假区的路径。

为了适应自主学习的需要,以“土地经济学”的实践教学为例,运用齐默曼的自主学习理论,分析自主学习的构成要素及其与混合式教学的关系,并结合学生自主学习的自我设计的三个阶段,即计划阶段、控制阶段和自我反思阶段,探索线上线下混合式教学内容和方法的设计,重新设计适应自主学习要求的教学考核标准和学生成绩考核标准,并由此提出高校教师能力与素质提升的新方向。改变学生的被动学习为内在驱动的自主学习,既具有理论价值,又具有实践意义。

The infiltration casting method is widely employed for the preparation of ex-situ composite ***,the production of composite materials using this method must necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the wettability and interface characteristics between the reinforcing phase and the bulk metallic glasses(BMGs).This work optimized the composition of Zr-based BMGs through microalloying methods,resulting in a new set of Zr-based BMGs with excellent glass-forming *** experiments between the Zr-based BMGs melts and W substrates were conducted using the traditional sessile drop method,and the interfaces were characterized utilizing a scanning electron microscope(SEM)equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).The work demonstrates that the microalloying method substantially enhances the wettability of the Zr-based BMGs ***,the incorporation of Nb element impedes the formation of W-Zr phases,but the introduction of Nb element does not alter the extent of interdiffusion between the constituent elements of the amorphous matrix and W element,indicating that the influence of Nb element on the diffusion of individual elements is minute.

Developing highly stable electrocatalysts under industry-compatible current densities(>500 mA cm-2) in an anion-exchange membrane water electrolyzer（AEMWE） is an enormous challenge for water ***,based on the results of density function theory calculations,a dual heterogeneous interfacial structured NiSe/Fe-Ni（OH）2catalyst was subtly designed and successfully prepared by electrodepositing Fe-doped Ni（OH）2on NiSe-loaded nickel foam（NF）.Fe doping-driven heterogeneous structures in NiSe/Fe-Ni（OH）2markedly boost catalytic activity and durability at industrially compatible current densities in single hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions under alkaline *** particular,NiSe/Fe-Ni（OH）2shows a negligible performance loss at 600 mA cm-2at least 1,000 h for overall water splitting,a distinguished long-term durability acting as AEMWE electrodes at 600 mA cm-2and 1 A cm-2at 85℃ for at least 95 *** to Fe doping-induced strong synergetic effect between Ni and Fe,dual heterostructure-promoted charge transfer and redistribution,abundant catalytic active sites,and improvement of stability and durability,a mechanism of Fe doping-driven heterogeneous interfacial structurepromoted catalytic performance was *** study provides a successful example of theory-directed catalyst preparation and pioneers a creative strategy for industry-compatible water splitting at high current density.

In LEO satellite communication networks,the number of satellites has increased sharply, the relative velocity of satellites is very fast, then electronic signal aliasing occurs from time to time. Those aliasing signals make the receiving ability of the signal receiver worse, the signal processing ability weaker,and the anti-interference ability of the communication system lower. Aiming at the above problems, to save communication resources and improve communication efficiency, and considering the irregularity of interference signals, the underdetermined blind separation technology can effectively deal with the problem of interference sensing and signal reconstruction in this scenario. In order to improve the stability of source signal separation and the security of information transmission, a greedy optimization algorithm can be executed. At the same time, to improve network information transmission efficiency and prevent algorithms from getting trapped in local optima, delete low-energy points during each iteration process. Ultimately, simulation experiments validate that the algorithm presented in this paper enhances both the transmission efficiency of the network transmission system and the security of the communication system, achieving the process of interference sensing and signal reconstruction in the LEO satellite communication system.

The evolution of high-frequency communication has accentuated the significance of controlling dielectric properties in polymer ***,it has been theorized that rigid molecular chains lead to lower dielectric ***,the validity of this proposition at high frequencies remains *** scrutinize the correlation between chain flexibility and dielectric properties,we synthesized six poly(ester imide)s(PEIs)with systematically varied molecular chain flexibilities by modifying the ester's substitution on the aromatic *** introduction of ester bonds bestowed all PEI films with a low dielectric dissipation factor(D_(f)),ranging from 0.0021 to 0.0038 at 10 GHz in dry *** dry D_(f)displayed a pattern consistent with volume polarizability(P/V).Unexpectedly,PI-mmm-T,featu ring the most flexible molecular chain,exhibited the lowest dielectric loss under both dry(0.0021@10 GHz)and hygroscopic(0.0029@10 GHz)***,the observed increase in D_(f)after humidity absorption suggests that the high dielectric loss of PEI in applications may be attributed to its hygroscopic *** simulations and characterization of the aggregation structure revealed that the smaller cavities within flexible molecular chains,after close stacking,impede the entry of water *** sacrificing high-temperature resistance,the precursor exhibited enhanced solubility properties and could be processed into high-quality *** research unveils new insights into the relationship between flexibility and highfrequency dielectric loss,offering innovative perspectives on synthesizing aromatic polymers with exceptional dielectric properties.

Mechanical performance of 22SiMn2TiB steel welded with lowtransformation- temperature filler wire and stainless steel filler wire

TX-80 low-transformation-temperature(LTT)welding wire was used to replace the traditional ER 307Si welding wire to realize the connection of 22SiMn2TiB armor steel in manual overlay *** previously existing issues,such as welding cracks,large welding deformation,and severe welding residual stress,were solved to ensure good strength and ductility *** particular,with the same welding conditions,TX-80 LTT wire eliminates welding *** reduces the welding deformation no matter the base pretreatment of pre-setting angle or no pre-setting *** comparison,it was found that the microstructure at the TX-80 weld is mainly composed of martensite and a small amount of retained *** contrast,the microstructure of the ER 307Si weld consists of a large amount of austenite and a small amount of skeleton-like *** variation trend of residual stress and microhardness from the weld to the base were investigated and compared with the mechanical properties of base *** TX-80 and the ER 307Si tensile samples elongation is 6.76%and 6.01%,while the ultimate tensile strengths are 877 and 667 MPa,*** average impact toughness at room temperature of the ER 307Si weld is 143.9 J/cm^(2),much higher than that of the TX-80 weld,which is only 36.7 J/cm^(2).The relationship between impact and tensile properties with microstructure species and distribution was *** addition,the fracture surface of the tensile and the impact samples was observed and *** dimples,fewer pores,larger radiation zone,and shear lips of TX-80 samples indicate better tensile ductility and worse impact toughness than those of ER 307Si weld.

The emerging biomass-based epoxy vitrimers hold great potential to fulfill the requirements for sustainable development of *** the existence of dynamic chemical bonds in vitrimers often reduces both the thermal and mechanical properties of epoxy resins, it is challenging to produce recyclable epoxy vitrimers with both excellent mechanical properties and good thermal stability. Herein, a monomer 4-(((5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-yl)methylene)amino)phenol(FCN) containing furan ring with potential to form high density of hydrogen bonding among repeating units is designed and copolymerized with glycerol triglycidyl ether to yield epoxy resin(FCN-GTE), which intrinsically has dual hydrogen bond networks, dynamic imine structure and resultant high performance. Importantly, as compared to the BPA-GTE, the FCN-GTE exhibits significantly improved mechanical properties owing to the increased density of hydrogen bond network and physical crosslinking interaction. Furthermore, density functional theory(DFT) calculation and in situ FTIR analysis is conducted to decipher the formation mechanism of hydrogen bond network. In addition, the FCN-GTE possesses superior UV shielding, chemical degradation, and recyclability because of the existence of abundant imine bonds. Notably, the FCN-GTE-based carbon fiber composites could be completely recycled in an amine *** study provides a facile strategy for synthesizing recyclable biomass-based high-performance epoxy vitrimers and carbon fiber composites.
