Polyvinylcarbazole（PVK） composites containing organic-inorganic hybrid polyhedral oligomeric silse-squioxane（POSS） PVK-POSS were prepared by free radical polymerization. POSS monomers reacted with vinylcarbazole and were completely dispersed at molecular level in PVK matrix and PVK-POSS nanocomposites display higher glass transition temperature（Tg） in comparison with neat PVK. Optical properties of PVK/POSS nanocomposites were investigated by UV-spectrum and PL-spectrum and the results show that the PVK-POSS nanoparticles have a good interface effect and improve color purity effectively. The maximum absorption wavelength bathochromically shifts gradually with the increasing of the content of POSS. The luminescent intensity becomes higher and higher with the increase of POSS content, and reaches its maximum luminescent intensity when the POSS content is 3% （mass fraction）, while some POSS-rich nanoparticles are present in matrix when contents of POSS are beyond 5%.

目的探讨C57BL/6 J和N亚型小鼠在顺铂诱导肾损伤模型中的易感性差异,为选择药物肾损伤模型提供理论依据。方法雄性C57BL/6小鼠J和N两种亚型,各随机分为正常组(Control)、模型组(cisplatin,CDDP)。模型组腹腔注射顺铂(3.33 mg·kg^(-1)),隔天给药,持续2周,记录小鼠体重变化、存活率;检测Scr、BUN和β2-MG评价肾功能;HE、Masson和PAS染色法观察肾皮质病理改变。IL-6、IL-1β和IL-18等炎症因子检测顺铂导致的肾脏炎症反应。结果与Control组相比,CDDP组两种亚系小鼠Scr、BUN和β2-MG均明显升高;组织学结果显示肾小管损伤,胶原纤维化和糖原沉积均增加;IL-6、IL-1β和IL-18炎症因子含量和肾皮质蛋白表达均明显升高。C57BL/6N与C57BL/6J系小鼠比较,C57BL/6N系小鼠肾功能指标Scr和BUN均值明显偏高(P<0.01),组织学评分各病理损伤较C57BL/6J亚系小鼠明显偏高,反映纤维化的Masson染色差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);IL-6、IL-1β和IL-18均值明显偏高,但差异无统计学意义。结论C57BL/6 J和N亚型小鼠均可使用顺铂诱导成功肾损伤模型,相比于C57BL/6J小鼠,C57BL/6N亚系小鼠在肾功能、组织学以及炎症因子等方面损伤明显,提示C57BL/6N亚系小鼠更适于作为药物或者其他肾功能损伤模型的建立。

Compound ceramic coatings with the main crystalline of Al_2TiO_5（in the as-prepared coating without treatment） were prepared in situ on the surface Ti-6Al-4V alloy by means of pulsed bipolar micro-arc oxidation in Na AlO_2 solution. For the purpose of studying the antioxidation properties of the samples, the coated samples treated in argon and the as-coated samples were calcined in air at 1000 °C. And the related characteristics were investigated by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and X-ray fluorescence（XRF） spectroscopy, respectively. The results show that, when it was calcined in air for 1 h, Al_2TiO_5in the as-prepared coating decomposed and transformed into α-Al_2O_3 and rutile TiO_***, after almost 4 h in argon, Al_2TiO_5in the asprepared coating decomposed and the final coating surface contents are completely α-Al_2O_3, and those of the middle interface are mainly Al_2O_3 and Ti_2O_3. The morphologies of the coatings after calcination in argon and air are ***-temperature oxidation occurred violently in the alloy substrate without coatings. Furthermore, the weight gain curves of the as-prepared samples and the coated samples treated in argon both show a parabolic shape.

The inter-event time of terrorism attack events is investigated by empirical data and model analysis. Empirical evidence shows that it follows a scale-free property. In order to understand the dynamic mechanism of such a statistical feature, an opinion dynamic model with a memory effect is proposed on a two-dimensional lattice network. The model mainly highlights the role of individual social conformity and self-affirmation psychology. An attack event occurs when the order parameter indicating the strength of public opposition opinion is smaller than a critical value. Ultimately, the model can reproduce the same statistical property as the empirical data and gives a good understanding for the possible dynamic mechanism of terrorism attacks.

Omnidirectional imaging sensors have been used in more and more applications when a very large field of view is *** this paper,we investigate the unwrapping,epipolar geometry and stereo rectification issues for omnidirectional vision when the particular mirror model and the camera parameters are unknown in ***,the omnidirectional camera is calibrated under the Taylor model,and the parameters related to this model are *** order to make the classical computer vision algorithms of conventional perspective cameras applicable,the ring omnidirectional image is unwrapped into two kinds of panoramas:cylinder and *** the epipolar geometry of arbitrary camera configuration is analyzed and the essential matrix is deduced with its properties being indicated for ring *** that,a simple stereo rectification method based on the essential matrix and the conformal mapping is *** and real data experimental results illustrate that our methods are effective for the omnidirectional camera under the constraint of a single view point.

Necroptosis is a tightly regulated form of necrosis that requires the activation of receptor-interacting protein(RIP)kinases RIPK1 and RIPK3,as well as the RIPK3 substrate mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein(MLKL).Because of membrane rupture,necroptotic cells release damage-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)that evoke immune *** is emerging as an important cellular response in the modulation of cancer initiation,progression,and *** of cancer cells is considered to be an immunogenic cell death capable of activating anti-tumor *** also participates in the promotion of myeloid cell-induced adaptive immune suppression and thus contributes to *** addition,necroptosis of endothelial cells and tumor cells is conducive to tumor *** this review,we summarize the current knowledge of the complex role of necroptosis in cancer and discuss the potential of targeting necroptosis components for cancer therapies.

目的探讨松龄血脉康联合阿普唑仑治疗脑梗死恢复期睡眠障碍患者的有效性和安全性。方法选取2023年1月至6月岳阳市人民医院收治的110例脑梗死恢复期睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(55例)与对照组(55例)。对照组采用阿普唑仑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用松龄血脉康治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。比较两组患者入睡时间、觉醒次数及总睡眠时间。比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及多巴胺(DA)水平。比较两组安全性。结果研究组患者总有效率高于对照组,总睡眠时间长于对照组,入睡时间短于对照组,觉醒次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组SAS、PSQI低于本组治疗前,NE及DA高于本组治疗前,而研究组SAS、PSQI低于对照组,NE及DA高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论松龄血脉康联合阿普唑仑能有效调节NE及DA水平,缩短脑梗死恢复期伴睡眠障碍患者入睡时间,降低晚间觉醒次数,延长总睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量。

目的探讨伊班膦酸钠(IB)通过激活核转录因子红系2相关因子2(Nrf2)/血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)信号通路减轻糖尿病性骨质疏松大鼠炎症损伤的机制。方法用小剂量链脲佐菌素多次腹腔注射方式构建糖尿病大鼠模型,再行双侧卵巢切除术诱导骨质疏松,建立糖尿病合并骨质疏松(T2DOP)大鼠模型。将T2DOP模型大鼠分为模型组、对照组、联合组和低、中、高剂量实验组,每组8只;另取8只糖尿病模型大鼠作为空白组。模型组给予0.9%NaCl;对照组给予等体积的二甲基亚砜;低、中、高剂量实验组分别给予2、10、50 mg·kg^(-1)IB;联合组给予50 mg·kg^(-1)IB+50 mg·kg^(-1)ML385。7组大鼠每天腹腔注射1次,给药12周。用钙黄蛋白双标记法检测骨组织形态学参数,用蛋白质印迹法检测Nrf2和HO-1蛋白的表达水平。结果中、高剂量实验组和联合组、对照组、模型组和空白组的骨组织形态学参数分别为1.74±0.32、2.94±0.58、0.98±0.32、1.01±0.24、0.98±0.42和2.92±0.42,Nrf2蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.99±0.09、1.47±0.12、0.51±0.06、0.52±0.06、0.52±0.05和1.48±0.12,HO-1蛋白相对表达水平分别为1.02±0.11、1.33±0.14、0.61±0.05、0.59±0.06、0.62±0.06和1.29±0.13。对照组的上述指标与中、高剂量实验组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论IB通过激活Nrf2/HO-1信号通路,减轻糖尿病性骨质疏松大鼠的炎症损伤并修复骨微观结构。

目的探讨稳心颗粒治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月岳阳市人民医院收治的120例慢性心力衰竭(气阴两虚型)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在此基础上采用稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床效果及不良反应、多维疲劳量表评分、左心室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径。结果研究组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。两组患者治疗后多维疲劳量表评分、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径水平低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者上述指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后左心室射血分数高于本组治疗前,且研究组患者左心室射血分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭的效果及安全性均较高,可有效减轻疲乏状况及提高心功能。
