目的探讨人参皂甙Rd（GSRd）对于氯胺酮诱导幼年Sprague-Dawley（SD）大鼠海马神经元凋亡的影响。方法 35只幼年（出生后第7天）SD雄性大鼠随机分入对照组（10只）、氯胺酮组（10只）、氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理高剂量组（5只）、氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理低剂量组（5只）、GSRd组（5只）。氯胺酮组、氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理高剂量组、氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理低剂量组大鼠均予单次腹腔注射氯胺酮80mg/kg行麻醉处理,对照组、GSRd组则给予腹腔注射相同体积的0.9%氯化钠溶液。在氯胺酮注射前48、24和0.2h时,氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理高剂量组、氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理低剂量组和GSRd组大鼠均连续3次腹腔注射GSRd,3组的剂量分别为100、5~40和100mg/kg。麻醉10min后,检测大鼠动脉血pH值、动脉血氧分压（paO2）、动脉二氧化碳分压（paCO2）。大鼠苏醒后即刻,采用Western印迹法检测大鼠海马神经元活化型半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3（Caspase 3）和抗凋亡因子（Bax）的相对分子质量,记录不同剂量的GSRd对氯胺酮诱导后大鼠海马神经元凋亡的影响。结果麻醉10min后,氯胺酮组与对照组间动脉血pH值、paO2、paCO2的差异均无统计学意义（P值均〉0.05）。氯胺酮组的活化型Caspase 3、Bax相对分子质量均显著高于对照组和GSRd组（P值均〈0.05）,氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理高剂量组显著高于氯胺酮组和氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理低剂量组（P值均〈0.05）,氯胺酮组与氯胺酮＋GSRd预处理低剂量组间、对照组与GSRd组间的差异均无统计学意义（P值均〉0.05）。结论低剂量GSRd对氯胺酮诱导的幼年大鼠的海马神经元凋亡无影响,而高剂量GSRd增加了海马神经元的凋亡。GSRd对于氯胺酮诱导的幼年大鼠的海马神经元凋亡无保护作用。

本文研究了伊托必利、奥美拉唑联合He-Ne激光治疗反流性食管炎的效果及对患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响。将112例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组给予伊托必利联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用He-Ne激光照射治疗。比较两组治疗的总有效率,观察两组患者治疗前后食管黏膜胃镜分级、胃肠激素和细胞因子水平、焦虑抑郁状况及生活质量的变化。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率(94.64%)高于对照组(79.07%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后胃镜黏膜分级均明显改善,胃动素血清水平及SF-36评分增高,血清中血管活性肠肽、5-羟色胺、白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-23水平及SAS、SDS评分下降(P<0.05),但观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,伊托必利、奥美拉唑联合He-Ne激光治疗反流性食管炎的疗效良好,可有效修复食管黏膜损伤,改善患者炎症和焦虑抑郁状态,提高生活质量。

目的研究分析心宝丸治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床效果。方法随机选取我院2016年1月—2017年5月收治的缓慢型心律失常患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为两组,每组各32例患者。对照组进行常规西药(阿托品)治疗,观察组进行中药(心宝丸)治疗,对比治疗疗效以及有无不良反应的发生。结果两组患者进行治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为96.9%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为78.1%;对照组发生不良反应率为9.4%,而观察组患者发生不良反应率为0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用心宝丸治疗缓慢型心律失常,临床效果显著,且不良反应较少具有较高的安全性。

The phenomenon of induced transparency, characterized by a high quality(Q) factor, holds significant importance in the fields of high-precision sensing, energy storage and wave manipulation. Conventional transparency systems are often constrained by the limited experimentally accessible parameter space and the lack of independent control over intrinsic parameters, thereby hindering advanced research on high-Q effects. Here we propose a virtualized coupled-oscillator system that enables reconfigurable induced transparency in the reflection spectrum. By virtually incorporating a pair of coupled oscillators into an individual acoustic meta-atom, we achieve the manipulation of induced transparency in a decoupled, wide-ranging, and elaborate manner. Exploiting the diverse evolutions across the intrinsic parameter space, we show experimentally a counter-intuitive increase in the Q-factor of the transparency window, which is attributed to the enhanced dissipation of the bright ***, a constant group delay at the center frequency is observed accompanying this evolution. Our work demonstrates an intriguing platform as well as a novel strategy to engineer high-Q induced transparency phenomenon, and paves the way towards applications in programmable acoustic sensors, filters and slow-wave devices.

The exploration and utilization of lunar resources have become the major objectives of future lunar exploration missions. The classified collection and processing of lunar minerals is the basic prerequisite for the in-situ exploration and utilization of lunar resources. In this study, we propose a scheme for in-situ separation of magnetic minerals from lunar soils using the dry magnetic separation method. The scheme can realize the purpose of separating magnetic minerals from lunar regolith by altering the motion trajectory of lunar regolith particles with different magnetic properties. Detailed modeling of the dry magnetic separation device is conducted, and the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic parameters is calculated and analyzed. Based on the characterization and analysis of the Chang E-5's samples, the morphologies and physical parameters of lunar regolith particles are modeled and simulated. A discrete element simulation of the motion process of lunar regolith particles under multi-physical field conditions is performed, and the influences of key parameters on the beneficiation performance of lunar magnetic minerals are investigated. Our results indicate that optimal separation and beneficiation of lunar regolith particles can be achieved under specific conditions of magnetic field strength and drum speed. Additionally, we analyze the effects of lunar weak gravity conditions and the charged nature of lunar particles on the beneficiation process, showing that these factors can obviously enhance the beneficiation process of lunar ilmenites. This study demonstrates the feasibility of using the dry magnetic separation method for the beneficiation of magnetic minerals from lunar regolith, providing a theoretical basis for the scientific tasks of collecting, processing, and utilizing lunar mineral resources.

Background:The prognostic significance of the chemokine receptor CCR7 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)has been reported ***,the detailed mechanisms of CCR7 in DLBCL,particularly regarding its interaction with lenalidomide treatment,are not fully ***:Our study utilized bioinformatics approaches to identify hub genes in SU-DHL-2 cell lines treated with lenalidomide compared to control *** data and clinical information from 122 patients with DLBCL were analyzed to assess the correlation of CCR7 and p-ERK1/2 expression with the prognosis of ***,in vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to clarify the role of CCR7 in the response of DLBCL to lenalidomide ***:Our bioinformatics analysis pinpointed CCR7 as a hub gene in the context of lenalidomide treatment in ***,31.14%and 36.0%(44/122)of DLBCL cases showed positive expression for CCR7 and ERK1/2 respectively,establishing them as independent prognostic factors for adverse outcomes in DLBCL via multivariate Cox regression ***,our studies demonstrated that the external application of the protein CCL21 promoted proliferation,migration,invasion,and activation of the ERK1/2 pathway in SU-DHL-2 and OCI-LY3 cell lines with high levels of CCR7 *** effect was mitigated by CCR7 silencing through siRNA,application of ERK inhibitors,or lenalidomide *** vivo experiments reinforced the efficacy of lenalidomide,significantly reducing tumor growth rate,tumor mass,serum total LDH levels,and expression of CCR7 and p-ERK1/2 in a SUDHL-2 xenograft model in nude mice(p<0.05).Conclusion:Our study clarifies the potential role of the CCL21/CCR7/ERK1/2 axis in the therapeutic effects of lenalidomide in DLBCL treatment.

Reconstructing forest and grassland cover changes in China over the past millennium

Historical forest and grassland cover changes not only are critical indicators for quantifying ecological and environmental change processes but also serve as fundamental data for long-term climate change simulations and terrestrial ecosystem carbon emission assessments. However, because of limitations in historical data, quantitative estimations and spatially gridded reconstructions of these changes remain challenging, necessitating further methodological exploration. This study focused on China's present-day land area over the past millennium, objectively capturing the characteristics and drivers of forest and grassland cover changes. On this basis, using the forest transition theory and the space-for-time substitution method, we depicted the historical deforestation process as an inverted “S” curve and developed a model to reconstruct historical forest area changes based on the functional relationship between the forest area and population size dynamics. Subsequently, a gridded forest allocation model was established on the basis of deforestation tendencies. For the grassland cover, we implemented regionspecific methods, such as the cropland area deduction method and the habitat constraint method, to quantitatively reconstruct historical changes. Consequently, we obtained provincial forest and grassland area changes over the past millennium and mapped 10-km-resolution gridded data of forest and grassland cover. The results indicated the following.(1) The methods developed using population data as a proxy objectively reproduced the spatiotemporal evolution of forest and grassland cover in China over the past millennium. These feasible methods offer a novel pathway for the quantitative reconstruction of historical forest and grassland cover changes.(2) The data indicated that China's forest area generally decreased over the past millennium, characterized by a “decrease-then-increase” pattern. The Kulun region is located in the eastern Bainaimiao arc belt on the southeastern margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB), adjacent to the North China Craton(NCC) to the south. This region records the closure of the PaleoAsian Ocean during the Paleozoic to early Mesozoic and is key to study the tectonic evolution of the northern margin of the *** conducted zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotope analysis of volcanic-sedimentary and intrusive rocks in the Kulun region. The volcanic-sedimentary rocks were previously assigned an early Carboniferous age, but include volcanic rocks with ages of 267–266 Ma and sedimentary rocks with youngest detrital zircon age peaks of 265–244 Ma, which were intruded by a granite with an age of 242 Ma. This indicates that these rocks are actually middle Permian to Middle Triassic in age(267–242Ma) and correspond to the Qingfengshan and Liujiagou formations. Moreover, two volcanic rock samples have high εHf(t) values(+1.6 to +16.1) and relatively young two-stage Hf model ages(1095–327 Ma), indicating their sources associated with the CAOB. The age spectra and Hf isotopic characteristics of detrital zircons from the sedimentary rocks suggest that, during the middle Permian to Middle Triassic, the sedimentary provenance in the Kulun region was mainly the CAOB. However, by the Early Jurassic, the provenance changed to the NCC(i.e., the Inner Mongolia Paleo-uplift, IMPU). This result, combined with the development of a series of conglomerates on the northern margin of the NCC in the Late Triassic(i.e., Xingshikou, Xiaoyingzi,and Xiaohekou formations), indicates the Kulun region experienced an abrupt change in paleogeography during the Late Triassic, with the IMPU undergoing significant uplift and thus becoming the main sediment source in the Kulun region. Based on the Late Triassic alkaline igneous belt(235–215 Ma) in the IMPU, we speculate that this uplift was caused by detachment of the southward-subducting Paleo-Asian oceanic
