Local Adaptive Gradient Variance Attack for Deep Fake Fingerprint Detection

In recent years,deep learning has been the mainstream technology for fingerprint liveness detection(FLD)tasks because of its remarkable ***,recent studies have shown that these deep fake fingerprint detection(DFFD)models are not resistant to attacks by adversarial examples,which are generated by the introduction of subtle perturbations in the fingerprint image,allowing the model to make fake *** of the existing adversarial example generation methods are based on gradient optimization,which is easy to fall into local optimal,resulting in poor transferability of adversarial *** addition,the perturbation added to the blank area of the fingerprint image is easily perceived by the human eye,leading to poor visual *** response to the above challenges,this paper proposes a novel adversarial attack method based on local adaptive gradient variance for *** ridge texture area within the fingerprint image has been identified and designated as the region for perturbation ***,the images are fed into the targeted white-box model,and the gradient direction is optimized to compute gradient ***,an adaptive parameter search method is proposed using stochastic gradient ascent to explore the parameter values during adversarial example generation,aiming to maximize adversarial attack *** results on two publicly available fingerprint datasets show that ourmethod achieves higher attack transferability and robustness than existing methods,and the perturbation is harder to perceive.

ANALYTICAL SOLUTION OF WAVE-INDUCED SEEPAGE PRESSURE ACTING ON THE BASE OF BREAKWATER

Based on the Biot's consolidation theory,the soil deformation and the compressibility of pore wa- ter are *** water wave pressure on sea bottom is determined by the linear water wave *** numerical results of uplifting force and moment caused by the wave-induced seepage pressure are given and the influences of soil deformation and pore water compressibility on the calculation results are discussed.

Speed control strategy for tractor assisted driving based on chassis dynamometer test

Realizing automation of the chassis dynamometer and the unmanned test workshop is an inevitable trend in the development of new tractor *** accuracy of the speed control of the test tractor directly affects the accuracy of the test loading *** order to meet the purpose of precise control of the test tractor speed on the chassis dynamometer,a fuzzy PID control strategy was developed according to the working principle of assisted *** the basis of traditional PID control,the parameters of fuzzy inference module were added for real-time adjustment to achieve faster response to tractor speed changes and more precise control of tractor *** Matlab-Cruise co-simulation platform was established for simulation,and the experiment was verified by the tractor chassis dynamometer using the NEDC working condition and tractor ploughing working *** results show that both PID control and fuzzy PID control can achieve tractor speed following accuracy of±0.5 km/*** PID control has higher tractor speed following accuracy,faster response when speed changes,less tractor speed fluctuation,and overall control effect is better than PID *** research results can provide a reference for the realization of the chassis dynamometer unmanned test workshop.

Bionic optimization research of soil cultivating component design

The basic biomechanical laws that apply to the clawed toes of animals with powerful digging abilities and the optimal bionic design of curved soil cultivating components with an analogous contour were researched in a novel way. First, the curvature and profile of the inside contour line of a field mouse’s clawed toe were analyzed. The finite element method (FEM) was then used to simulate the working process in order to study the changing characteristics of the working resistance of bionic soil- engag- ing surfaces and the stress field of the processed soil. A straight-line cultivating component was used for comparative analysis. In accordance with the simulation results, a series of soil cultivating com- ponents of varying design were manufactured. An indoor soil bin experiment was carried out to meas- ure their working resistance and validate the results of the FEM analysis. The results of this research would have important values in the optimization design of cultivating components for energy and cost savings.

The traditional information hiding methods embed the secret information by modifying the carrier,which will inevitably leave traces of modification on the *** this way,it is hard to resist the detection of steganalysis *** address this problem,the concept of coverless information hiding was *** information hiding can effectively resist steganalysis algorithm,since it uses unmodified natural stego-carriers to represent and convey confidential ***,the state-of-the-arts method has a low hidden capacity,which makes it less *** the pixel values of different regions of the molecular structure images of material(MSIM)are usually different,this paper proposes a novel coverless information hiding method based on MSIM,which utilizes the average value of sub-image’s pixels to represent the secret information,according to the mapping between pixel value intervals and secret *** addition,we employ a pseudo-random label sequence that is used to determine the position of sub-images to improve the security of the *** the histogram of the Bag of words model(BOW)is used to determine the number of subimages in the image that convey secret ***,to improve the retrieval efficiency,we built a multi-level inverted index ***,the proposed method can also be used for other natural *** with the state-of-the-arts,experimental results and analysis manifest that our method has better performance in anti-steganalysis,security and capacity.

Steganalysis of Low Embedding Rates LSB Speech Based on Histogram Moments in Frequency Domain

As wavelet packet transform is able to focus on minute change of signals, this study proposes an analytic approach of low embedding steganograpy based on high order Histogram moments in frequency domain(HMFD), which provides a key solution to the feature selection and extraction of HMFD. The detection results are tested with the LSB matching steganograpy of different embedding rates in speech signals, respectively, it is proved that the detection performance with HMFD applied is greater than that of histogram statistical *** by Wavelet packet decomposition(WPD) can effectively detect low embedding rates Least significant bit(LSB) speech steganography, its accuracy can be 60.8%while the embedding rate is only 3%.

Information hiding tends to hide secret information in image area where is rich texture or high frequency,so as to transmit secret information to the recipient without affecting the visual quality of the image and arousing *** take advantage of the complexity of the object texture and consider that under certain circumstances,the object texture is more complex than the background of the image,so the foreground object is more suitable for steganography than the *** the basis of instance segmentation,such as Mask R-CNN,the proposed method hides secret information into each object's region by using the masks of instance segmentation,thus realizing the information hiding of the foreground object without *** method not only makes it more efficient for the receiver to extract information,but also proves to be more secure and robust by experiments.

For addressing the critical problems in current collectors in the aluminium batteries,a variety of carbonbased current collectors,including carbon fiber textiles and three-dimensional(3D)biomass-derivative carbon(BDC)networks,are employed for serving as lightweight non-metal current *** results indicate that all the carbon-based current collectors have electrochemical stability in the acidic electrolyte *** the assembled aluminium batteries with all-carbon positive electrodes,thermal annealing process on the carbon-based current collectors has substantially promoted the entire electrochemical energy storage ***,both the structure configuration and chemical components of the current collectors have also great impact on the rate capability and cycling stability,implying that the 3D BDC networks are more favorable to offer promoted energy storage *** of the results from suggests that the carbon-based current collectors and all-carbon positive electrodes are able to deliver more advantages in energy storage behaviors in comparison with the traditional positive electrodes with metal Mo current *** novel strategy promises a new route for fabricating highperformance positive electrodes for stable advanced aluminium batteries.

Control algorithm and energy management strategy for extended range electric tractors

It is difficult to make full use of the electrical energy of the power battery for extended-range electric tractors because the battery’s state of charge may be relatively high at the end of the running *** address this situation,this paper aimed to study the control parameter adjustment in relation to the power battery’s electrical consumption and the diesel engine’s fuel consumption energy management *** on the AVL-Cruise simulation platform,the vehicle model of the tractor was established,and the control module of AVL-Cruise was used to compile the energy management *** order to verify the superiority of the proposed strategy,the contrast strategy was employed in terms of the diesel engine start and stop control plus fixed point energy management strategy(FPEMS).The applicability of the proposed strategy was tested through continuous transfer operation and the small area deep loosening *** simulation results show that the proposed strategy was of good *** with the FPEMS,the fuel consumption reduced significantly,and the electrical consumption of the power battery increased obviously.
