In the scope of developing new electrochemical concepts to build batteries with high energy density,chloride ion batteries(CIBs)have emerged as a candidate for the next generation of novel electrochemical energy storage technologies,which show the potential in matching or even surpassing the current lithium metal batteries in terms of energy density,dendrite-free safety,and elimination of the dependence on the strained lithium and cobalt ***,the development of CIBs is still at the initial stage with unsatisfactory performance and several challenges have hindered them from reaching *** this review,we examine the current advances of CIBs by considering the electrode material design to the electrolyte,thus outlining the new opportunities of aqueous CIBs especially combined with desalination,chloride redox battery,*** respect to the developing road of lithium ion and fluoride ion batteries,the possibility of using solid-state chloride ion conductors to replace liquid electrolytes is tentatively *** beyond,perspectives and clear suggestions are concluded by highlighting the major obstacles and by prescribing specific research topics to inspire more efforts for CIBs in large-scale energy storage applications.

In actuarial science, Panjer recursion （1981） is used in insurance to compute the loss distribution of the compound risk models. When the severity distribution is continuous with density function, numerical calculation for the compound distribution by applying Panjer recursion will involve an approxi- mation of the integration. In order to simplify the numerical algorithms, we apply Bernstein approximation for the continuous severity distribution function and obtain approximated recursive equations, which are used for computing the approximated values of the compound distribution. The theoretical error bound for the approximation is also obtained. Numerical results show that our algorithm provides reliable results.

目的全子宫双输卵管切除术是治疗妇科疾病的常用方法之一,经脐单孔腹腔镜手术具有疤痕隐蔽、疼痛轻、恢复快的优势,本文探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜在全子宫双输卵管切除术中的解剖知识和手术技巧。方法回顾性分析2023年11月南京医科大学第一附属医院妇科收治的1例因子宫平滑肌瘤行经脐单孔腹腔镜全子宫双输卵管切除术患者的临床资料,总结经脐单孔腹腔镜全子宫双输卵管切除术的解剖知识和手术技巧,探讨该术式的近期临床疗效。结果患者成功完成手术,手术时间2 h 5 min,术中失血50 ml。患者术后恢复顺利,3 d出院。术后1月门诊随访,脐部、阴道切口愈合好。结论在熟悉盆腔解剖,适应单孔操作习惯,适当调整操作步骤后,经脐单孔腹腔镜全子宫双输卵管切除能达到多孔腹腔镜手术同等的治疗效果,并具有很好的美容效果。

Dependence structure between LIBOR rates by copula method

This paper discusses the correlation structure between London Interbank Offered Rates （LIBOR） by using the copula function. We start from one simplified model of A. Brace, D. Gatarek, and M. Musiela （1997） and find out that the copula function between two LIBOR rates can be expressed as a sum of an infinite series, where the main term is a distribution function with Gaussian copula. Partial differential equation method is used for deriving the copula expansion. Numerical results show that the copula of the LIBOR rates and Gaussian copula are very close in the central region and differ in the tail, and the Gaussian copula approximation to the copula function between the LIBOR rates provides satisfying results in the normal situation.

目的研究AIDS相关肺部隐球菌感染的临床特点和影像特征。方法分析云南省传染病医院2019年5月~2020年12月54例确诊AIDS相关隐球菌肺炎患者的临床特征和影像特点,54例患者中,男性38例,女性16例,年龄19~73(38.2±19.98)岁,所有患者的CT检查均采用同一检查设备及相同扫描参数,分析患者临床症状,CD4+计数,肺部病灶发病部位,肺部病灶的形态、大小、边缘以及肺外影像征象并总结其影像特征。结果54例患者中,CD4+计数为13~198/μL,中位计数为42/μL。临床特点:无症状8例(14.3%),发热37例(68.5%),咳嗽38例(70.4%),咳痰37例(68.5%),胸痛28例(51.9%),头痛40例(74.1%),恶心呕吐6例(11.1%),意识障碍5例(9.3%),合并隐球菌性脑膜炎40例(74.1%)。病灶分布:单发病灶6例(11.1%),多发病灶48例(88.9%),上叶33例(61.1%),中叶18例(33.3%),下叶36例(66.7%)。影像特点:结节或肿块影39例(72.2%),其中单发结节影6例(11.1%),多发结节影33例(61.1%),肿块影3例(5.6%),结节内空洞6例(61.1%),结节周围晕征3例(5.6%),毛刺12例(22.2%),浅分叶6例(11.1%);实变21例(37.5%);渗出20例(35.7%);空洞36例(66.7%),其中厚壁空洞6例(11.1%),薄壁空洞30例(55.6%);间质磨玻璃模糊影15例(27.8%);纵隔淋巴结肿大15例(27.8%);肺门淋巴结肿大13例(24.1%);胸膜腔积液0例(0%);多种病灶混合存在45例(83.3%)。结论AIDS相关隐球菌肺炎临床症状主要以发热,咳嗽,咳痰为主,CD4计数多低于200/μL;影像表现具有一定的特征性,病灶常多叶多发,肺外带多发常见;主要影像表现为结节、薄壁空洞、实变和磨玻璃影;胸膜腔积液极少见。
