Based on the theories of landscape ecology, landscape eco environment in the control watershed by reservoir of Erlong Mountain in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed and assessed by using GIS technique and statistical model of Principal Component Analysis and Spatial Cluster Analysis. It is found that 100.08km2(36%)of the total area is in the state of kilter,85.73km2(31%)of the total area is in the state of general,and 47.26km2(17%)and 15.48km2(16%)is in the relatively poor state and ideal state. According to landscape ecological structure,there are three landscape function areas being planned and designed. 1) Agricultural landscape function area: its developmental direction is tour agriculture and high benefit agriculture. 2) Eco environment protected function area:the direction of development and utilization of this region is to develop vigorously forest for soil and water conservation, and try to increase the rate of vegetation cover. 3) Forest landscape function area: rational cut and utilization of forest resources, space optimization disposal of category of forest, foster of forest and protection of wildwood will become the main development directions for this region. This study trys to provide scientific foundation for ecological restoration of the whole valley and its sustainable development.

Nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(NPAHs)are widespread organic pollutants that possess carcinogenic and mutagenic properties,so they may pose a risk to the environment and human *** this study,the concentrations of 15 NPAHs and 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in 30 surface water samples and 26 sediment samples were measured in 2018 from the Taige Canal,one of the main rivers flowing into Taihu Lake,*** total NPAH concentrations in water and sediment ranged from 14.7 to 235 ng/L and 22.9 to 96.5 ng/g dw,respectively.9-nitrophenanthrene(nd–76.3 ng/L)was the dominant compound in surface water,while 2+3-nitrofluoranthene(1.73–18.1 ng/g dw)dominated in *** PAHs,concentration ranging from 1,097 to 2,981 ng/L and 1,089 to 4,489 ng/g dw in surface water and sediment,*** was a strong positive correlation between the log octanol-water partition coefficient(Kow)and log sediment-water partition coefficient due to hydrophobic *** fugacity fraction value increased with the decrease of log Kow,and chrysene was transferred from water into *** residual NPAHs in surface water and sediment of the Taige Canal have partial *** engine and coal combustion emissions were probably the principal sources of NPAHs in surface water and *** results of ecological risk assessment showed that some NPAHs inwater(e.g,1-nitropyrene and 6-nitrochrysene)and sediment(e.g.,2-nitrobiphenyl,5-nitroacenaphthene,9-nitrophenanthrene and 2+3-nitrofluoranthene)had moderate ecological risks,which should be of concern.

The origin of arcuate islands and deep-sea trenches has been studied for a long time and various interpretations have been proposed. In this paper, some analytical models are put forward from a geometrical viewpoint and then the theoretical dip angles of the underthrusting slabs of circum-Pacific island arcs are computed and compared with those of the Benioff zone. As a result, it is found that the dip angle of the underthrusting slab is one of the main factors determining the curvature of the arcuate structure. The authors consider that this result may contribute to the plate theory.

Due to its extremely shallow in depth, the overland flow hydraulics is affected by surface roughness. raindrop impact, and in the case of laminar flow, fluid viscosity. The initiation of sediment in overland flow is subsequently influenced by these factors and differs greatly from that in river flows. This study is to investigate, by means of flume experiments, the effects of stone roughness, raindrops and fluid viscosity on the initiation of sediment motion in laminar overland flow. It was found that the critical dimensionless shear stress in laminar overland flow is much smaller when surface roughness and rainfall are present than when they are not. Surface roughness and rainfall generate disturbances in the flow which entrain otherwise immobile sediment. As a result, the threshold of motion in laminar flow on a rough surface with rainfall is similar to that in turbulent flow. It was found that critical flow power in laminar flow on rough surfaces in positively correlated with fluid viscosity and negatively correlated with rainfall intensity and surface roughness.

我国油气勘探正向页岩油气领域挺进,富含有机质页岩中普遍发育超压,页岩孔隙压力预测方法的不足制约着页岩油气的研究。分析了生烃增压及欠压实增压的岩石物理响应特征,基于密度与声速数据对生烃增压及欠压实增压的差异化响应,建立了一种利用声速、密度数据分别计算页岩生烃增压量及欠压实增压量,最终实现页岩孔隙压力预测的新方法——声速回弹法。选取生烃条件优越的渤东凹陷作为研究实例,首先利用综合泥岩压实曲线、加载-卸载曲线、声速-密度图解,综合判别了超压的成因,而后利用声速回弹法定量计算了单井欠压实、生烃作用的增压量以及地层孔隙压力,并将其与数值模拟及常规计算方法进行了对比。以LD21-A井为例,页岩超压成因为生烃增压与欠压实复合成因;压力预测结果显示:非烃源岩层段超压由欠压实增压贡献;烃源岩层段超压由生烃增压与欠压实贡献,其中生烃增压量主要分布在5~15 MPa之间(占比约35%~65%),实测压力点生烃增压量为11.09 MPa(占比45%)。新方法可行性较数值模拟更高,与Eaton法相比,不受各层段、区域生烃增压量及欠压实增压量占比不一致的影响。新方法在页岩油气领域及常规油气领域的研究具有重要意义。

Discovery of a 1.0 Ma Yellow River terrace and redating of the fourth Yellow River terrace in Lanzhou area

Based on the aeolian loess sequence-stratigraphic division and paleomagnetic datings on terraces, we found that an undiscovered terrace with the age of 1.0 Ma BP lies between the Dunwashan terrace and Wuyishan terrace. This terrace recorded an intensive Yellow River incision event during that period. Results of paleomagnetic dating and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating of the Wuyishan loess section and Zaoshugou loess section on the fourth Yellow River terrace (T4) show that the age of the fourth Yellow River terrace in Lanzhou area is 0.86 Ma BP rather than the previously believed 0. 6 Ma BP. This result answers a long-term question in the ge-omorphology community of whether there exists a 0. 8 Ma terrace in Lanzhou area. The discovery of the 1. 0 Ma Yellow River terrace and redating of the age of 0.6 Ma terrace in Lanzhou area provide new insights into further research on the evolution of Yellow River.

The scavenger receptor class B type I gene can protect against atherosclerosis; a mononucleotide polymorphism is associated with differences in blood lipid metabolism, postprandial serum lipid levels, insulin resistance, coronary artery disease and familial hyperlipidemia. In this study, the scavenger receptor class B type I gene exon 1 G4A gene polymorphism in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction patients, cerebral hemorrhage patients and normal controls was detected using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. The results showed that the GA ＋ AA genotype frequency of scavenger receptor class B type I gene G4A in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction patients was similar to that in cerebral hemorrhage patients and normal controls; however, the A allele frequency was significantly lower than that in normal controls. The serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with the scavenger receptor class B type I gene G4A GA ＋ AA genotype was significantly higher, while the serum level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower than that in patients with the GG genotype, in both the atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage groups. The serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with the scavenger receptor class B type I gene G4A GA ＋ AA genotype was significantly higher, while the serum levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol were significantly lower than those in normal controls with the GG genotype. Our experimental results suggest that the G4A polymorphism of the scavenger receptor class B type I gene is a possible predisposing risk factor for atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, and that it has no association with cerebral hemorrhage in the Hart population in Hunan province of China. The A allele is possibly associated with the metabolism of high-density and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
