Background:This study aimed to investigate the effects of oral administration of Enterococcus faecium NCIMB10415(***)on intestinal development,immunological parameters and gut microbiota of neonatal piglets challenged with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli K88(ETEC).A total of 961-day-old sow-reared piglets were randomly assigned to 2 groups,with 48 piglets in each *** piglets were from 16 litters(6 piglets each litter),and 3 piglets each litter were allocated to the ***-supplemented(PRO)group,while the other 3 piglets were allocated to the control(CON)*** colostrum intake,piglets in the PRO group were orally administrated with 3×10~9 CFU *** per day for a period of one *** day 8,one piglet per litter from each group was challenged(CON+ETEC,PRO+ETEC)or not(CON-ETEC,PRO-ETEC)with ETEC in a 2×2 factorial arrangement of *** day 10(2 days after challenge),blood and tissue samples were obtained from ***:Before ETEC challenge,there were no significant differences for the average daily gain(ADG)and fecal score between the two groups of *** ETEC challenge,the challenged piglets had greater fecal score compared to the non-challenged piglets,whereas *** administration was able to decrease the fecal *** challenged with ETEC had shorter villous height,deeper crypt depth,and reduced number of goblet cells in the jejunum and decreased m RNA abundance of claudin-1 in the ileum,whereas increased the percentage of lymphocytes,concentrations of IL-1βin the plasma and TNF-αin the ileal mucosa,as well as increased the m RNA abundances of innate immunity-related genes in the ileum *** deleterious effects caused by ETEC were partly alleviated by feeding *** addition,piglets in PRO-ETEC group had decreased the percentage of CD8^+T cells of the peripheral blood when compared to those in CON-ETEC ***,*** administration increased Verrucomicrobia at phylum level and decreased

通过对X100管线钢试件冲击示波曲线、冲击断口形貌的观察,对比分析了在温度20℃、-60℃及-80℃条件下试件的冲击性能,研究了冲击过程中裂纹的形核和扩展规律。结果表明,裂纹启裂及扩展功所表现出的韧脆特性与总冲击功不同。随试验温度降低,断口分层现象明显,断口分层小平台可提高试验钢的断裂韧性,片状夹杂物则促进了脆性断口的产生;随温度降低,裂纹的扩展路径呈直线化,且尖角状裂纹较多。

There exist differences in the epidemiological characteristics,clinicopathological features,tumor biological characteristics,treatment patterns,and drug selections between gastric cancer patients from the Eastern and Western *** Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)has organized a panel of senior experts specializing in all sub-specialties of gastric cancer to compile a clinical guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer since 2016 and renews it *** into account regional differences,giving full consideration to the accessibility of diagnosis and treatment resources,these experts have conducted expert consensus judgment on relevant evidence and made various grades of recommendations for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer to reflect the value of cancer treatment and meeting health economic indexes in *** 2021 CSCO Clinical Practice Guidelines for Gastric Cancer covers the diagnosis,treatment,follow-up,and screening of gastric *** on the 2020 version of the CSCO Chinese Gastric Cancer guidelines,this updated guideline integrates the results ofmajor clinical studies from China and overseas for the past year,focused on the inclusion of research data from the Chinese population for more personalized and clinically relevant *** the comprehensive treatment of non-metastatic gastric cancer,attentions were paid to neoadjuvant *** value of perioperative chemotherapy is gradually becoming clearer and its recommendation level has been *** the comprehensive treatment of metastatic gastric cancer,recommendations for immunotherapy were included,and immune checkpoint inhibitors fromthird-line to the first-line of treatment for different patient groups with detailed notes are provided.

Lower hybrid current drive(LHCD)experiments have been done on the superconducting Tokamak HT-7 by using a new developed long pulse megawatt lower hybrid wave *** LHCD efficiency of 0.5×10^(19)A·m^(-2)/W in a pulse length of several hundreds of milliseconds has been *** boronization of the tokamak vacuum vessel,considerable improvements of plasma energy confinement and particle confinement during LHCD phase have been achieved by adjusting wave *** energy transfer from the lower hybrid wave to plasma bulk electrons has been demonstrated experimentally.A computer simulation of the LHCD experiments by using a ray tracing code combined with a two dimensional Fokker-Planck code is in good accordance with experimental measurements and suggests an important role of plasma current profile.

设计并制作了一种基于静电力驱动的数字微流控芯片,用于构建芯片实验室。介绍了静电力驱动原理和芯片制作工艺流程,搭建了驱动检测实验平台。该芯片采用硅作衬底,氧化硅作绝缘层,TiW/Au为驱动电极阵列,氮化硅作介质层,碳氟聚合物为疏水层。由于采用开放式的结构,只需单层共平面控制电极,简化了工艺流程,优化了器件结构;而驱动电极阵列嵌入在氧化硅中,改善了减小介质层厚度时介质层对金属的台阶覆盖性,减少了电极边沿突起引起的边界击穿。另外,采用较薄的高质量介质层和疏水性能好的疏水膜层,大大降低了液滴驱动电压。实验显示,在20 V驱动电压下,该工艺可实现液滴按程序设定方式在二维平面内流畅运动,最大运动速度达96 mm/s。提出的芯片制作工艺简单,与IC工艺兼容,可应用于生化分析芯片实验室系统。
