Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Nondestructive and noninvasive neutron assays are essential applications of neutron *** resonance transmission analysis(NRTA)is a powerful nondestructive method for investigating the elemental composition of an *** back-streaming neutron line(Back-n)is a newly built time-of-flight facility at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)that provides neutrons in the eV to 300 MeV range.A feasibility study of the NRTA method for nuclide identification was conducted at the CSNS Back-n via two test *** results demonstrate that it is feasible to identify different elements and isotopes in samples using the NRTA method at *** study reveals its potential future applications.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

【目的】鉴定向日葵中花发育相关的HaYABBY基因,有助于探究其在向日葵花发育过程中的生物学功能和调控机制,为向日葵品种选育提供重要的分子线索。【方法】基于向日葵基因组和转录组数据,使用生物信息学方法,分析向日葵YABBY基因家族成员的染色体定位、系统进化关系、基因结构、保守基序、蛋白结构及理化性质、启动子顺式作用元件和组织表达模式等,并通过RT-qPCR分析HaYABBY基因在WT向日葵和花分生组织决定和花器官分化缺陷突变体cb1中st2-st8时期的表达差异。【结果】在向日葵基因组中鉴定到12个YABBY基因家族成员,分属于4个亚家族,分布在8条染色体上,并且同一亚家族中成员在基因结构和保守基序组成上高度相似。其中8个基因HaYABBY1a、HaYABBY1c、HaYABBY3、HaYABBY4b、HaYABBY5a、HaYABBY5b、HaCRABS CLAWa、HaCRABS CLAWb在向日葵花发育时期特异性高表达。在这8个基因中,HaYABBY3、HaYABBY5a和HaYABBY5d在突变体cb1花发育后期表达上调,且与WT花发育早期水平相当;而HaYABBY4b和HaCRABS CLAWa在cb1中的表达被强烈抑制。顺式作用元件分析显示,HaYABBY均含有多个启动子顺式作用元件,部分元件仅存在于特定基因中。其中,胚乳表达元件存在于HaCRABS CLAWa和HaYABBY4a中;生长素响应元件存在于HaCRABS CLAWa、HaCRABS CLAWb、HaYABBY4a、HaYABBY4b和HaYABBY5c中;分生组织表达元件存在于HaYABBY1a、HaYABBY1c、HaYABBY4b、HaYABBY5a和HaYABBY5d中;赤霉素响应元件存在于HaCRABS CLAWa、HaYABBY5b、HaYABBY5c和HaYABBY5d中;种子特异性调控元件存在于HaYABBY5a、HaYABBY5c和HaYABBY5d中。【结论】HaYABBY3、HaYABBY4b、HaYABBY5a、HaYABBY5d和HaCRABS CLAWa等5个HaYABBY基因在花分生组织的转变和花器官发生过程中可能发挥重要作用,它们在花分生组织转变和花器官发生调控中可能受到生长素响应因子ARF、赤霉素响应因子MYB以及MADS-box等关键因子调节。

The pitching motions of supercavitating vehicles could not be avoided due to the lost water buoyancy. In order to have some insight for the design of the supercavitating vehicles, the fixed frequency and free pitching motions are investigated. A numerical predicting method based on the relative motion principle and the non-inertia coordinate system is proposed to simulate the free pitching motions of supercavitating vehicles in the longitudinal plane. Homogeneous and two fluid multiphase models are used to predict the natural and the ventilated supercavitating flows. In the fixed frequency pitching motions, a variety of working conditions are considered, including the pitching angular velocities and the supercavity scales and the results are found to be consistent with the available experimental results in literature. The mesh deformation technology controlled by the moment of momentum equation is adopted to study the free pitching motions and finally to obtain the planing states proposed by Savchenko. The numerical method is validated for predicting the pitching motions of supercavitating vehicles and is found to enjoy better calculation efficiency as comparing with the mesh regeneration technology.

Objective:To explore the effect of Tangshen Formula(TSF),a Chinese herbal medicine,on interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)in the colon of diabetic ***:Fifty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control(NC,n=14)and high-fat diet(HFD)groups(n=40).After 6 weeks,the rats in the HFD group were injected intraperitoneally streptozotocin once(30 mg/kg).Thirty rats with fasting blood glucose higher than 11.7 mmol/L were randomly divided into diabetes(DM)and TSF groups,15 rats in each *** in the NC and DM groups were intragastrically administered with saline,and those in the TSF group were given with TSF(2.4 g/kg)once daily for 20 *** levels of Bax,Bcl-2,and caspase-3 in colonic smooth muscle layer were measured by Western blotting and immunohistochemical *** number of ICC was determined by immunohistochemical *** was used for analyzing the ratio of classically activated macrophages(M1)and alternatively activated macrophages(M2)to total *** microscopy was used to observe the epithelial ultrastructure and ***:TSF appeared to partially prevented loss of ICC in DM rats(Pjunctions between epithelia reduced in the DM ***:Reduced number of ICC in DM rats may be associated with damage of the intestinal *** protective effects of TSF on ICC may be through repair of the epithelial junctions,which attenuates inflammation and inflammation-initiated apoptosis in colon of DM rats.
