发展身体素质是提升人体运动能力的基础,敏感时间限制、训练效应的不可逆性与特异性是身体素质发展“敏感期”的基本特征,身高增长速度峰值(PHV)是确立身体素质发展“敏感期”的有效方法。训练干预“溢出效应”的机理研究需要综合考虑神经系统的发育可塑性、肌肉和骨骼系统的适应能力以及激素水平的动态变化等方面因素。通过科学的训练计划和适当的环境刺激,可以在“敏感期”内将训练效益最大化,实现身体素质的最优发展。研究旨在为儿童和青少年的体育教育和运动锻炼提供科学依据,帮助制定更有效的训练计划,以促进身体素质的整体发展。

企业在市场竞争中扮演着数据的控制者和爬取者的双重角色。然而,从竞争法的视角来看,企业不当利用数据爬取技术可能引发不正当竞争和数据垄断问题。为了实现企业的可持续发展,必须重新定义大数据环境下企业的实质竞争关系;健全企业数据爬取的正当标准,即设立“善意爬虫”的三重标准,以确保数据爬取范围合法合规;完善企业数据开放义务,即结合企业经营类型,明确数据授权的必要性,改进反爬措施,实现数据的开放共享。只有正确应用数据爬取技术,将其作为推动企业发展的工具,企业才能获得长足的发展。

针对传统因果关系算法不能分析非平稳时间序列和可变时滞时间序列数据因果关系的问题,本文提出一种基于分段聚合近似可变时滞转移熵(PAAVL-TE)的因果关系算法。利用分段聚合近似法对时间序列进行转换,提取时间序列的特征信息,运用动态时间弯曲距离寻找相似程度最高的时间序列计算可变时滞时间序列的转移熵,实现了非平稳时间序列的因果分析。通过计算机仿真模拟实验将提出的算法与存在的算法相比较,证实算法有效性。将该算法用于北京市昌平区PM 2.5浓度和气象数据分析,表明本文算法具有广泛的应用性。

针对机械臂末端执行器轨迹规划问题,本文提出一种基于多策略差分进化算法的机械臂末端轨迹规划。在基本差分进化算法的基础上,引入变异策略和控制参数的候选集合,同时在进化过程中根据进化信息实时从候选集合中选择合适的变异策略和控制参数。以机械臂执行时间为优化目标,结合实时速度与加速度约束限制,采用五次多项式插值方法建立关节空间轨迹规划数学模型,采用多策略差分进化算法求解该轨迹规划数学模型。实验结果表明,相比基本差分进化算法,多策略差分进化算法能在较短时间内完成操作,同时能够使机械臂末端执行器的运行轨迹平滑,是一种有效的轨迹规划方法。

Objectives:The bacteriostatic effects of a citral nanoemulsion against Shewanella putrefaciens CN-32(SHP CN-32)were investigated using in vitro culture and gene expression analysis,forbuilding a potential application in spoilage microorganism control and aquatic products quality *** and Methods:SHP CN-32 was treated by prepared citral nanoemulsion when the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)was *** growth curve,membrane integrity,scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation,biofilm formation and quorum sensing(QS)signaling molecule Al-2 content were evaluated in different MIC treatment groups(0 to 1.00 MIC).The gene expression status of SHP CN-32 in O and 0.50 MIC groups were compared using transcriptome sequencing and quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:The in vitro culture revealed that the citral nanoemulsion could inhibit the growth of SHP CN-32 with MIC of approximately 200μg/*** of membrane *** and biofilm formation suggested significant biological structure damage in bacteria after ***,the Qs signaling molecule Al-2 content showed a decline with increasing treatment *** sequencing and quantitative PCR revealed that the majority genes related diversified functional metabolic pathways of SHP CN-32 were downregulated at varying ***:A significant bacteriostasis of citral nanoemulsion against SHP CN-32 was verified via the results of growth inhibition,structural destruction,signal molecular decrease and gene expression downregulation of *** synergies significantly affect the characteristic expression of SHP CN-32,revealing the application potential as bacteriostat,QS inhibitor and preservative in aquatic products.

This paper mainly studies the initial value problems of Kirchhoff-type coupled equations. Firstly, by giving the hypothesis of Kirchhoff stress term , the Galerkin’s method obtains the existence uniqueness of the overall solution of the above problem by using a priori estimates in the spaces of E0 and Ek, and secondly, it proves that there is a family of global attractors for the above problem, and finally estimates the Hausdorff dimension and the Fractal dimension of the family of global attractors.

Microbial communities play crucial roles in pollutant removal and system stability in biological systems for coking wastewater(CWW)treatment,but a comprehensive understanding of their structure and functions is still lacking.A five month survey of four sequential bioreactors,anoxic 1/oxic 1/anoxic 2/oxic 2(A1/O1/A2/O2),was carried out in a full-scale CWW treatment system in China to elucidate operational performance and microbial *** results showed that A1/O1/A2/O2 had excellent and stable performance for nitrogen *** total nitrogen(TN;(17.38±6.89)mgL1)and ammonium-nitrogen(NH4 t-N;(2.10±1.34)mg·L^(-1))in the final biological effluent satisfied the Chinese national standards for *** analysis of 16S ribosome RNA(rRNA)sequencing and metagenomic sequencing showed that the bacterial communities and metagenomic function profiles of A1 and O1 shared similar functional structures,while those of A2 significantly varied from those of other bioreactors(p<0.05).The results indicated that microbial activity was strongly connected with activated sludge ***,Nitrosomonas,and SM1A02 were responsible for nitrification during the primary anoxic-oxic(AO)stage and Azoarcus and Thauera acted as important denitrifiers in *** cycling-related enzymes and genes work in the A1/O1/A2/O2 ***,the hao genes catalyzing hydroxylamine dehydrogenase(EC 1.***.2.6)and the napA and napB genes catalyzing nitrate reductase(EC 1.***.6.1)played important roles in the nitrification and denitrification processes in the primary and secondary AO stages,*** mixed liquor suspended solids(MLSS)/total solids(TS),TN removal rate(RR),total organic carbon(TOC)(RR),and NH_(4)^(+)t-N(RR)were the most important environmental factors for regulating the structure of core bacterial genera and nitrogen-cycling *** were the potential main participants in nitrogen metabolism in the A1/O1/A2/O2 system for CWW *** study prov
