Objective:Chronic kidney disease(CKd)is a progressive disorder characterized by intricate structural and functional alterations in the kidneys,attributable to diverse causative ***,the therapeutic promise of miR-145-5p in addressing renal pathologies has been *** investigation seeks to elucidate the functional role of miR-145-5p in injured kidneys by subjecting human glomerular mesangial cells(HgMCs)to stimulation with Angiotensin II(AngII).Materials and Methods:Cellular viability and the levels of inﬂammatory mediators were evaluated utilizing Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8),quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),and western blot methodologies,both in the presence of AngII incubation and in scenarios of miR-145p overexpression and ***,the cell cycle dynamics were elucidated through Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorting(FACS)***:AngII incubation induced an upregulation of miR-145-5p and inﬂammatory factors including Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1(ICAM-1),Interleukin 6(IL-6),Interleukin 8(IL-8),and Interleukin 1β(IL-1β).Additionally,it elevated the expression of Cyclin A2,Cyclin d1,and the g2/M cell cycle ***,inhibition of miR-145-5p heightened the levels of inﬂammatory factors and cell cycle regulators induced by AngII *** expression of miR-145-5p correlated with a downregulation of Interleukin 10(IL-10)expression,concurrently promoting HgMC proliferation under AngII ***,ectopic miR-145-5p expression demonstrated a reduction in inﬂammatory factors,cell cyclin regulators,g2/M cell cycle ratio,and overall ***:MiR-145-5p exhibited inhibitory effects on the inﬂammatory response and proliferation induced by Angiotensin II in HgMCs,showcasing its potential as a therapeutic avenue for the treatment of kidney injury.

2023年4月发射的FY-3g上搭载17个频率的测雨微波成像仪(MWRI-RM),其业务定标的微波亮温(Tb)数据于2023年10月23日公开发布.本文比对了发布10天的MWRI-RM与全球降水测量(gPM)卫星上的微波成像仪(gMI)相匹配的Tb数据,并借助辐射传输模式进行双差分(dd)交叉定标分析,旨在快速评估新一代MWRI-RM观测数据质量.观测比较表明,MWR1-RM与gMI测量的Tb一致性很好,大多通道的平均偏差(MBE)和均方根误差(RMSE)均小于1K.两种传感器由于观测角度略有不同在水面产生约0.5 K差异.dd分析也展示出MWRI-RM的大多数通道性能与gMI相当接近,尤其是首次启用的高频166 gHz和183 gHz.

A low-Earth-orbit(LEO)satellite network can provide full-coverage access services worldwide and is an essential candidate for future 6g ***,the large variability of the geographic distribution of the Earth’s population leads to an uneven service volume distribution of access ***,the limitations on the resources of satellites are far from being able to serve the traffic in hotspot *** enhance the forwarding capability of satellite networks,we first assess how hotspot areas under different load cases and spatial scales significantly affect the network throughput of an LEO satellite network ***,we propose a multi-region cooperative traffic scheduling *** algorithm migrates low-grade traffic from hotspot areas to coldspot areas for forwarding,significantly increasing the overall throughput of the satellite network while sacrificing some latency of end-to-end *** algorithm can utilize all the global satellite resources and improve the utilization of network *** model the cooperative multi-region scheduling of large-scale LEO *** on the model,we build a system testbed using OMNET++to compare the proposed method with existing *** simulations show that our proposed method can reduce the packet loss probability by 30%and improve the resource utilization ratio by 3.69%.

Acceleration of tooth movement during orthodontic treatment is challenging, with osteoclast-mediated bone resorption on the compressive side being the rate-limiting step. Recent studies have demonstrated that mechanoreceptors on the surface of monocytes/macrophages, especially adhesion g protein-coupled receptors (agPCRs), play important roles in force ***, its role in the regulation of osteoclast differentiation remains unclear. Herein, through single-cell analysis, we revealed that Cd97, a novel mechanosensitive agPCR, was expressed in macrophages. Compression upregulated Cd97 expression and inhibited osteoclast differentiation;while knockdown of Cd97 partially rescued osteoclast differentiation. It suggests that Cd97 may be an important mechanosensitive receptor during osteoclast differentiation. RNA sequencing analysis showed that the Rap1a/ERK signalling pathway mediates the effects of Cd97 on osteoclast differentiation under compression. Consistently, we clarified that administration of the Rap1a inhibitor ggTI298 increased osteoclast activity, thereby accelerating tooth movement. In conclusion,our results indicate that Cd97 suppresses osteoclast differentiation through the Rap1a/ERK signalling pathway under orthodontic compressive force.

The global trend towards new energy storage systems has stimulated the development of electrochemical energy storage *** these technologies,rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have attracted considerable interest as a potential alternative to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to their affordable cost,environmental compatibility and high safety *** this study,a high-quality electrode for AZIBs has been successfully developed using a dehydrated mixed-valence polyoxometalate-based three-dimensional(3d)inorganic framework material known as[H_6Mn_(3)V^Ⅳ_(15)V-^Ⅴ_(4O)_(46)(H_2O)_(12)](3d-MnVO).This innovative 3d-MnVO material is built from the alternate connections of{V_(19)O_(46)}"sphere-shaped"clusters andμ_(2)-{Mn(H_(2)O)_(4)}bridges,where each{V_(19)O_(46)}cluster is surrounded by three pairs of vertically distributed{Mn(H_(2)O)_(4)}units,thus resulting in the 3d interpenetrating grid-like network from the infinite[-{V_(19)O_(46)}-μ_(2)-Mn(H_(2)O)_(4)-{V_(19)O_(46)}]_∞chains in three mutually perpendicular *** 3d framework structure of 3d-MnVO possesses abundant oxygen vacancies,spacious and multi-level interconnected channels for ion transport,which facilitates the efficient intercalation/deintercalation of hydrated Zn^(2+)into the pores of the primary structure via the intercalation capacitance *** a result,the 3d-MnVO electrode exhibits excellent diffusion rates and minimal interfacial *** a current density of 0.1 A·g^(-1),the 3d-MnVO cathode delivers a commendable discharge capacity of170.5 mAh·g^(-1)with 81.6%capacity retention after100 charge/discharge ***,even at a high current density of 1.0 A·g^(-1),the 3d-MnVO electrode delivers a remarkable reversible capacity of198.9 mAh·g^(-1).Our research results provide valuable insights into the development of advanced polyoxometalate-based 3d inorganic framework electrode materials for high-performance rechargeable AZIBs.

Objective: To study the in vitro and in vivo antitumor effects of the polysaccharide of Alocasia cucullata(PAC) and the underlying mechanism. Methods: B16F10 and 4T1 cells were cultured with PAC of 40 μg/m L, and PAC was withdrawn after 40 days of administration. The cell viability was detected by cell counting kit-8. The expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 proteins were detected by Western blot and the expressions of ERK1/2 mRNA were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR). A mouse melanoma model was established to study the effect of PAC during long-time administration. Mice were divided into 3 treatment groups: control group treated with normal saline, positive control group(LNT group) treated with lentinan at 100 mg/(kg.d), and PAC group treated with PAC at 120 mg/(kg.d). The pathological changes of tumor tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The cell apoptosis of tumor tissues was detected by TUNEL staining. Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expressions of ERK1/2, JNK1 and p38 mRNA were detected by qRT-PCR. Results: In vitro, no strong inhibitory effects of PAC were found in various tumor cells after 48 or 72 h of administration. Interestingly however, after 40 days of cultivation under PAC, an inhibitory effect on B16F10 cells was found. Correspondingly, the long-time administration of PAC led to downregulation of Bcl-2 protein(P gulation of Caspase-3 protein(Pd ERK1 mRNA(Pd by in vivo experiments. In addition, viability of B16F10 cells under long-time administration culture in vitro decreased after drug withdrawal, and similar results were also observed in 4T1 cells. Conclusions: Long-time administration of PAC can significantly inhibit viability and promote apoptosis of tumor cells, and had obvious antitumor effect in tumor-bearing mice.

Historical tillage promotes grass-legume mixtures establishment and accelerates soil microbial activity and organic carbon decomposition

Perennial grass-legume mixtures have been extensively used to restore degraded grasslands,increasing grassland productivity and forage *** is crucial for seedbed preparation and sustainable weed management for the establishment of grass-legume ***,a common concern is that intensive tillage may alter soil characteristics,leading to losses in soil organic carbon(SOC).We investigated the plant community composition,SOC,soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC),soil enzyme activities,and soil properties in long-term perennial grass-legume mixtures under two different tillage intensities(once and twice)as well as in a fenced grassland(Fg).The establishment of grass-legume mixtures increased plant species diversity and plant community coverage,compared with *** with once tilled grassland(OTg),twice tilled grassland(TTg)enhanced the coverage of high-quality leguminous forage species by 380.3%.grass-legume mixtures with historical tillage decreased SOC and dissolved organic carbon(dOC)concentrations,whereas soil MBC concentrations in OTg and TTg increased by 16.0%and 16.4%,respectively,compared with *** significantly decreased the activity of N-acetyl-β-d-glucosaminidase(NAg)by 72.3%,whereas soil enzymeβ-glucosidase(βg)in OTg and TTg increased by 55.9%and 27.3%,respectively,compared with *** analysis indicated a close association of the increase in MBC andβg activities with the rapid decline in *** result suggested that MBC was a key driving factor in soil carbon storage dynamics,potentially accelerating soil carbon cycling and facilitating biogeochemical *** establishment of grass-legume mixtures effectively improves forage quality and boosts plant diversity,thereby facilitating the restoration of degraded *** tillage assists in establishing legume-grass mixtures by controlling weeds,it accelerates microbial activity and organic carbon *** findings provide a foundation for understanding the

Elucidating the genetic basis of natural variation in grain size and weight among rice varieties can help breeders develop high-yielding *** identified a novel gene,gW3a(grain Weight 3a)(LOC_Os03g27350),that affects rice grain size and ***3a mutants showed higher total starch content and dry matter accumulation than the wild type(WT),Nipponbare,suggesting that gW3a negatively regulates grain size and ***,our study found that gW3a interacted with OsATg8 by cleaving it,suggesting that gW3a may be involved in the assembly of autophagosomes and starch degradation in *** haplotype analysis of gW3a showed functional differences between indica and japonica *** together,we conclude that gW3a is expressed in the autophagosome pathway regulating starch metabolism in rice,affecting yield-related traits,such as grain size,grain weight and thousand grain weight(TgW).Our findings also shed new light on autophagy-mediated yield trait regulation,proposing a possible strategy for the genetic improvement of high-yield germplasm in rice.
