Early Triassic Volcanic Rocks in the Western Yarlung Zangbo Suture Zone:Implications for the Opening of the Neo-Tethys Ocean

In this study,zircon U-Pb dating of volcanic rocks from the Zhongba ophiolite of the Yarlung Zangbo Suture Zone(YZSZ)in southern Xizang(Tibet)yielded an age of 247±3 *** to whole rock geochemical and Sr-NdPb isotopic data,the Early Triassic samples could be divided into two groups:Group 1 with P-MORB affinity,showing initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.70253–0.70602,ε_(Nd)(t)values of 4.2–5.3,(^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 16.353–18.222,(^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 15.454–15.564,and(^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 35.665–38.136;Group 2 with OIB affinity,showing initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.70249–0.70513,ε_(Nd)(t)values of 4.4–4.9,(^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 17.140–18.328,(^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 15.491–15.575,and(^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb)_(t)ratios of 36.051–*** 2 rocks formed by partial melting of the mantle source enriched by a former plume,and assimilated continental crustal material during melt *** formation of Group 1 rocks corresponds to the mixing of OIB melts,with the same components as Group 2 and *** Zhongba Early Triassic rocks belong to the continental margin type ophiolite and formed in the continental–oceanic transition zone during the initial opening of the Neo-Tethys in southern Xizang(Tibet).

Most existing star-galaxy classifiers depend on the reduced information from catalogs,necessitating careful data processing and feature *** this study,we employ a supervised machine learning method(GoogLeNet)to automatically classify stars and galaxies in the COSMOS *** traditional machine learning methods,we introduce several preprocessing techniques,including noise reduction and the unwrapping of denoised images in polar coordinates,applied to our carefully selected samples of stars and *** dividing the selected samples into training and validation sets in an 8:2 ratio,we evaluate the performance of the GoogLeNet model in distinguishing between stars and *** results indicate that the GoogLeNet model is highly effective,achieving accuracies of 99.6% and 99.9% for stars and galaxies,***,by comparing the results with and without preprocessing,we find that preprocessing can significantly improve classification accuracy(by approximately 2.0% to 6.0%)when the images are *** preparation for the future launch of the china Space Station Telescope(CSST),we also evaluate the performance of the GoogLeNet model on the CSST simulation *** results demonstrate a high level of accuracy(approximately 99.8%),indicating that this model can be effectively utilized for future observations with the CSST.

The environmental friendliness and high efficiency of magnetocaloric refrigeration make it a promising substitute for vapor compression ***,the common use of heat transfer fluid in conventional passive magnetic regenerators(PMRs)and active magnetic regenerators(AMRs)makes only partial materials contribute to the regeneration process,which produces large regeneration loss and greatly limits the regeneration effi-ciency and refrigeration performance at high ***,we propose a new conceptual hybrid magnetic regenerator(HMR)composed of multiple solid-state high thermal conductivity materials(HTCMs)and magnetocaloric materials(MCMs),in which both HTCM and MCM elements participate in the regeneration *** novel working mode could greatly reduce regeneration losses caused by dead volume,pressure losses,and temperature nonuniformity in heat transfer substances to markedly improve regeneration efficiency at high working *** the experimentally obtained adiabatic temperature change and magnetic work and with the help of finite element simulation,a maximum temperature of 26 K,a dramatically large cooling power of 8.3 kW/kg,and a maximum ideal exergy efficiency of 54.2%are achieved at the working frequency of 10 Hz for an ideal prototype device of a rotary HMR magnetocaloric refrigerator,which shows potential for achieving an integrative,advanced performance against current AMR/PMR systems.

The high energy cosmic-radiation detection(HERD)facility is planned to launch in 2027 and scheduled to be installed on the china Space *** serves as a dark matter particle detector,a cosmic ray instrument,and an observatory for high-energy gamma rays.A transition radiation detector placed on one of its lateral sides serves dual purpose,(ⅰ)calibrating HERD's electromagnetic calorimeter in the TeV energy range,and(ⅱ)serving as an independent detector for high-energy gamma *** this paper,the prototype readout electronics design of the transition radiation detector is demonstrated,which aims to accurately measure the charge of the anodes using the SAMPA application specific integrated circuit *** electronic performance of the prototype system is evaluated in terms of noise,linearity,and *** the presented design,each electronic channel can achieve a dynamic range of 0–100 fC,the RMS noise level not exceeding 0.15 fC,and the integral nonlinearity was<0.2%.To further verify the readout electronic performance,a joint test with the detector was carried out,and the results show that the prototype system can satisfy the requirements of the detector's scientific goals.
