Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Three-dimensional thermo-rheological structure of the lithosphere in the North China Craton determined by integrating multiple observations: Implications for the formation of rifts

The lithosphere of the North China Craton(NCC)has experienced significant destruction and deformation since the Mesozoic,a notable feature of which is the widespread extensional structure and lithospheric thinning in the eastern *** the thermo-rheological structure of the lithosphere is one of the main factors controlling these dynamic processes,a threedimensional thermo-rheological model of the present lithosphere in the NCC was developed based on a geophysical-petrological method using a variety of data,and its relationship with the extensional structures and the formation of rifts was further *** results show that the western NCC is characterized by thick lithosphere,low Moho temperature(TMoho1).The deformation of the western narrow rift is consistent with the localized deformation dominated by the strength of lithospheric *** the other hand,the lithosphere in the eastern NCC is characterized by extensive thinning(with lithospheric thickness of about 80–110 km).However,the decrease of lithospheric strength is not uniform,with high strength(10×1012 Pa m)observed in some areas(such as the Bohai Bay Basin and Hehuai Basin).Most of the eastern lithosphere is characterized by high TMoho(600–750°C)and low Sm/Sc(<1),which is inconsistent with the widespread extensional structure in the eastern *** results from palaeo-geothermal and petrological studies,we developed a thermo-rheological structure model of the lithosphere at different evolutionary stages of the NCC,and suggested that the eastern NCC had a significantly thinned and weakened lithosphere in the early stages of the formation of the rift,leading to a regional distributed extension deformation dominated by crustal strength,which eventually evolved into a series of wide ***,the cooling and accretion of the lithosphere in the subsequent stages significantly increased the strength of the

Effect of aluminum modification on catalytic properties of PtSn-based catalysts supported on SBA-15 for propane dehydrogenation

The catalytic properties of PtSn-based catalysts supported on siliceous SBA-15 and Al-modified SBA-15, such as Al-incorporated SBA-15 （AlSBA-15） and alumina-modified SBA-15 （Al2O3/SBA-15）, for propane dehydrogenation were investigated. Al2O3/SBA-15 was prepared either by an impregnation method using aluminum nitrate aqueous solution, or by the treatment of SBA-15 with a Al（OC3H7）3 solution in anhydrous toluene. N2-physisorption, FT-IR spectroscopy, solid-state 27Al MAS NMR spectroscopy, hydrogen chemisorption, XRF, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and TPO were used to characterize these samples. Among these catalysts, the PtSn-based catalyst supported on Al2O3/SBA-15, which was grafted with Al（OC3H7）3, exhibited the best catalytic performance in terms of activity and stability The possible reason was due to the high Pt metal dispersion and/or the strong interactions among Pt, Sn, and the support.

中国耕地非农化与非粮化时空分异及其治理策略

基于1980—2020年中国土地利用数据和社会经济统计面板数据,对耕地非农化与非粮化时空演变特征进行系统分析,揭示其变化规律及驱动机制,以期为耕地可持续利用和稳定粮食安全提供依据。采用标准差椭圆、趋势分析估计综合评估非农化、非粮化动态演变特征,构建非农化、非粮化综合指标体系,构建偏相关模型量化各因子相对贡献。结果表明:(1)时间上,我国非农化形势总体不断趋好,而部分地区非粮化表现出加剧趋势。(2)空间上,东北和中东部地区的非农化问题较为突出,西北、华南以及东南沿海部分地区非粮食生产的比例相对较高。非农化演变存在沿东北-东南方向“极化现象”,非粮化中心呈现出从西南向东北移动的发展态势。(3)经济因素是非农化主导驱动作用,且近10 a来影响程度有所降低。农业生产条件是非粮化的基础因素,同时粮食每亩产值、城乡收入差距等经济因素的推动作用逐渐增加。1980—2020年中国非农化、非粮化时空演变特征与影响因素研究可为科学实施耕地保护决策提供参考。

Alkylation of o-Xylene with Styrene over Modified Mordenite for Environmentally Friendly Synthesis of PXE

Effects of hydrochloride acid dealumination of mordenite(MOR) catalysts for the synthesis of 1-phenyl-1-xylyl ethane(PXE) were investigated. The structure and acidity of catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, XRF, FT-IR, 27Al NMR and NH3-TPD techniques. The catalytic performance of the acid-treated MOR zeolites was studied through using the alkylation of o-xylene with styrene. The test results showed that the strength of remaining Br?nsted acid sites increased despite the reduction of total number of acid sites after dealumination, and the micropores of HMOR were slightly enlarged coupled with the formation of secondary mesopores. Additionally, the modified HMOR zeolites showed longer catalyst life with the styrene conversion rate retained. Among the catalysts employed in this study, the modified mordenite that was dealuminated by HCl(2 mol/L) could be used repeatedly without significant loss of activity and selectivity during six catalytic runs, which have been ascribed to its specific acidity and structural properties.

Aiming at deep desulfurization of gasoline,three amphiphilic catalysts [C18H37N(CH3)3]3+x [PMo12-xVxO40](x=1,2,or 3) were prepared and *** amphiphilic vanadium(V)-substituted polyoxometalates were dissolved in water-immiscible ionic liquid([Bmim]PF6),forming a H2O2-in-[Bmim]PF6 emulsion desulfurization system with 30 m% H2O2 serving as the *** catalytic oxidation of sulfur-containing model oil has been studied in detail under various reaction conditions using this *** ionic liquid emulsion system showed high catalytic oxidative activity in the treatment of commodity ***,the mechanism of catalytic oxidative desulfurization was also elaborated.

Synergistic effect between Sn and K promoters on supported platinum catalyst for isobutane dehydrogenation

Catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane has recently received considerable attention because of the increasing demand for *** this study,the synergistic effect between Sn and K on PtSnK/γ-Al2O3 catalysts has been investigated by changing the content of *** was found that with the presence of potassium,suitable addition of Sn could not only increase the metal dispersion,but also reduce the catalyst *** these cases,the synergistic effect could also strengthen the interactions between the metal and support,which resulted in an increase in both catalytic activity and *** our experiments,Pt-0.6SnK/Al catalyst exhibited the lowest deactivation rate （12.4%） and showed a selectivity to isobutene higher than 94% at the isobutane conversion of about 45.3% after running the reaction for 6 ***,with the excessive loading of Sn,surface property of active sites and the interactions between metal and support were *** a result,the initial optimal ratio between the metallic function and acid function would be destroyed,which was disadvantageous to the reaction.

Identifying extract class refactoring opportunities for internetware

The quality of internetware software is significantly associated with class *** software evolves,changes often introduce many unrelated responsibilities to the same classes or distribute tightly-related methods in different *** changes make the classes difficult to understand and *** class refactoring is an effective technique to improve the quality of software structure by decomposing unrelated methods in one class to create new classes or extracting tightly-related methods from different *** this paper,we propose a novel approach for class extraction from internetware source *** approach leverages a community structure detection technique to partition software into clusters and extracts classes from the resulting *** experimental results,which investigate the public well-known internetware PKUAS,indicate that:(1)the proposed approach is much faster than existing search-based clustering approaches(Hillclimbing and Genetic algorithm)and is thus applicable for large-scale internetware;(2)the proposed approach can identify meaningful class extractions for internetware;and(3)Extract Class refactoring candidates identified by the proposed approach significantly improve class cohesion of internetware.

Effect of Strontium Addition to Platinum Catalyst for Propane Dehydrogenation

PtSnSr/HZSM-5 catalysts with different amounts of strontium were prepared by sequential impregnation method, and characterized by BET analysis, TEM, NH3-TPD, Hz-TPR, TPO and TG techniques. The results showed that the addition of strontium could modify the characteristics and properties of both acid function and metal function of Pt-Sn-based cata- lysts. In this case, PtSnSr/HZSM-5 catalyst with an appropriate amount of Sr （1.2%） showed higher catalytic activity and lower amount of coke deposits than PtSn/HZSM-5 catalyst. However, excessive loading of Sr could facilitate the reduction of Sn, which was unfavorable to the reaction. Afterwards, 1.0 m% of Na was added into the PtSnSr（1.2%）/HZSM-5 catalyst to improve the catalytic performance in propane dehydrogenation, and this catalyst displayed the best catalytic performance during our experiments. After having been subjected to reaction for 5 h, the PtSnNa（1.0%）Sr（1,2%）/HZSM-5 catalyst had achieved a higher than 95% selectivity towards propene along with a corresponding propane conversion rate of 32.2%.

Effect of cerium addition on catalytic performance of PtSnNa/ZSM-5 catalyst for propane dehydrogenation

The effect of cerium addition on the catalytic performance of propane dehydrogenation over PtSnNaIZSM-5 catalyst has been investigated by reaction tests and some physicochemical characterization such as XRD, BET, TEM, XPS, NH3-TPD, H2 chemisorption, TPR and TPO techniques. It has been found that with suitable amount of cerium addition, the platinum dispersion increased, while the carbon deposition tended to be eliminated easily. In these cases, the presence of cerium could not only realize the better distribution of metallic particles on the support, but also strengthen the interactions between Sn species and the support. Additionally, XPS spectra confirmed that more amounts of tin could exist in oxidized form, which was advantageous to the reaction. In our experiments, PtSnNaCe （1.1 wt%）/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance. After running the reaction for 750 h, propane conversion was maintained higher than 30% with the corresponding selectivity to propylene of about 97%.
