学生学习行为多模态情感语义库建设对学生学习情感分析与教学评价具有重要意义,它可以通过文本、语音和视频等多模态信息分析和识别学生情感,有助于掌握学生的学习状态。目前,学习行为情感语义库较少且形态单一,制约了学习行为情感分析技术的进一步发展。本研究基于语言智能场景制定了一套科学完整的标注体系,构建了学习行为多模态情感语义库智能建设流程,并探讨了语义库在解析情感表达和构造情感智能识别模型、开展教学评价等多个方面的应用,为提高语义库的构建效率、掌握学生学习状态、优化教学策略提供了支持。

The Daqing Shan(DQS)located in the Yinshan-Yanshan Orogenic Belt plays an important role in the Mesozoic to Cenozoic evolution of the North China Craton.However,the cooling and exhumation history since the Cretaceous is still controversial.Integrating the apatite fission track(AFT)data in both this study and previous works,a three-stage exhumation history from Cretaceous to Neogene of the DQS is proposed.(1)The first stage is composed of the early exhumation during Early Cretaceous driven by the collision between the North China and Siberia cratons(ca.148-132 Ma)and the far-field effect of the subduction of the Pacific Plate(ca.132-114 Ma).(2)Due to the subsidence of the Hetao Basin and the subsequent compensation between the DQS and the Hetao Basin,the DQS experienced the second rapid exhumation from Early Eocene to Early Oligocene(ca.54-29 Ma).(3)Since the Late Miocene(ca.13.5 Ma),the third rapid cooling and exhumation of the DQS occurred due to the far-field effect of the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the subduction of the Pacific Plate.

Previous work on the one-class collaborative filtering （OCCF） problem can be roughly categorized into pointwise methods, pairwise methods, and content-based methods. A fundamental assumption of these approaches is that all missing values in the user-item rating matrix are considered negative. However, this assumption may not hold because the missing values may contain negative and positive examples. For example, a user who fails to give positive feedback about an item may not necessarily dislike it; he may simply be unfamiliar with it. Meanwhile, content-based methods, e.g. collaborative topic regression （CTR）, usually require textual content information of the items, and thus their applicability is largely limited when the text information is not available. In this paper, we propose to apply the latent Dirichlet allocation （LDA） model on OCCF to address the above-mentioned problems. The basic idea of this approach is that items are regarded as words, users are considered as documents, and the user-item feedback matrix constitutes the corpus. Our model drops the strong assumption that missing values are all negative and only utilizes the observed data to predict a user＇s interest. Additionally, the proposed model does not need content information of the items. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method outperforms previous methods on various ranking-oriented evaluation metrics.We further combine this method with a matrix factorizationbased method to tackle the multi-class collaborative filtering （MCCF） problem, which also achieves better performance on predicting user ratings.

Plasticizer migration is responsible for premature coating failure in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)synthetic materials that continue to benefit our daily life as a reliable and cost-efficient simulant of genuine leather.In this context,the establishment of standard assays that measure the migration rate of plasticizers under varying scenarios plays a pivotal role in comparing durability of those PVC-derived leather-simulants.In this review,multiple methodologies developed over the last decade for determining plasticizer migration from PVC coating are compiled,with their operational principles,merits,and limitations being taken into consideration along with specific apparatus required for each.A concluding section discusses current challenges in this field,and highlights how nuclear magnetic resonance and computational simulation surpass conventional assays in yielding intercomparable results,and hence screening migration-resistant plasticizers in a labor-and time-saving way.Since migration resistance represents a decisive performance indicator of plasticizers,this systematic review may provide guidance to quite a few practitioners in PVC synthetic material industry,who are now engaged in validating various sustainable alternatives with performance allegedly equal to conventional but toxic di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate plasticizer.

In this paper, a periodic difference equation with saturable nonlinearity is considered. Using the linking theorem in combination with periodic approximations, we establish sufficient conditions on the nonexistence and on the existence of homoclinic solutions. Our results not only solve an open problem proposed by Pankov, but also greatly improve some existing ones even for some special cases.

Power line(PL)interference is one significant artifact in electrocardiography(ECG)that needs to be reduced to ensure accurate recording of cardiac signals.Because PL interference is non-stationary and has varying frequency,phase,and amplitude in ECG measurement,adaptive techniques are often necessary to track and cancel the interference.In this paper we present a phase-locked loop(PLL)-based adaptive filter to cancel PL interference.The PLL obtains the reference signal that is fed into the adaptive filter to remove the PL interference at the central frequency of 50 Hz.It is found that the technique can effectively cancel PL interference in real ECG signals and,when compared with some existing techniques such as least mean squares(LMS)adaptive filter,the new technique produces better results in terms of signal-to-interference ratio(SIR).

The K-means algorithm is widely known for its simplicity and fastness in text clustering.However,the selection of the initial clus?tering center with the traditional K-means algorithm is some random,and therefore,the fluctuations and instability of the clustering results are strongly affected by the initial clustering center.This paper proposed an algorithm to select the initial clustering center to eliminate the uncertainty of central point selection.The experiment results show that the improved K-means clustering algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithm.
