Ischaemic reperfusion injury （IRI） is a crucial element in the pathogenesis of acute ischaemic renal failure and influences the early functional recovery and even long term survival of a transplanted kidney. It is generally thought that renal repair following IRI requires the replacement or regeneration of renal tubular epithelial cells that are detached or damaged.1＇2 Recently, it has been reported that intravenously infused adult bone marrow-derived stem cells （BMSCs） are able to migrate to injured kidney tissue and differentiate into renal cells, potentially improving renal function.3＇4 Nevertheless, the mechanisms by which bone marrow derived, stem cells promote the repair of injured kidney tissue have not been completely elucidated by animal studies.

The patterns of soil nitrogen （N） isotope composition at large spatial and temporal scales and their relationships to environmental factors illustrate N cycle and sources of N, and are integrative indicators of the terrestrial N cycle and its response to global change. The objectives of this study were： i） to investigate the patterns of soil N content and natural abundance of 15N （δ15N） values in different ecosystem types and soil profiles on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau; ii） to examine the effects of climatic factors and soil characteristics on the patterns of soil N content and soil δ15N values; and iii） to test the relationship between soil δ15N values and soil C/N ratios across ecosystems and soil profiles. Soil profiles were sampled at 51 sites along two transects 1 875 km in length and 200 km apart and distributed in forest, meadow and steppe on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Each site was sampled every 10 cm from a soil depth of 0 to 40 cm and each sample was analyzed for soil N content and δ15N values. Our results indicated that soil N and 515N values （0-40 cm） in meadows were much higher than in desert steppe. Soil N decreased with soil depth for each ecosystem, while variations of soil ~15N values along soil profiles were not statistically significant among most ecosystems but for mountain meadow, lowland meadow, and temperate steppe where soil δ15N values tended to increase with soil depth. The parabolic relationship between soil δ15N values and mean annual precipitation indicated that soil δ15N values increased with increasing precipitation in desert steppe up to 500 mm, and then decreased with increasing precipitation across all other ecosystems. Moreover, the parabolic relationship between δ15N values and mean annual temperature existed in all individual ecosystem types. We study dark localized waves within a nonlinear system based on the Boussinesq approximation,describing the dynamics of shallow water *** symbolic calculus,we apply the Hirota bilinear method to transform an extended Boussinesq system into a bilinear form,and then use the multiple rogue wave method to obtain its dark rational *** the first-and second-order dark solutions,we examine the conditions under which these localized solutions exist and their spatiotemporal *** the selection of various parameters and by utilizing different visualization techniques(intensity distributions and contour plots),we explore the dynamical properties of dark solutions found:in particular,the first-and second-order dark rogue *** also explore the methods of their *** findings presented here not only deepen the understanding of physical phenomena described by the(1+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation,but also expand avenues for further *** method can be extended to other nonlinear systems,to conceivably obtain higher-order dark rogue waves.

目的:碾压混凝土坝施工过程中施工仿真参数会随着施工现场环境变化而变化。本文探讨实时监控方法获取的施工信息对施工进度仿真的影响,研究碾压混凝土坝施工仿真参数自适应更新方法,提高施工仿真的精度。创新点:1.通过碾压混凝土坝施工信息实时获取技术,分析计算碾压混凝土坝施工仿真参数;2.利用贝叶斯更新技术对施工仿真参数进行更新;3.利用模糊均生函数对坝区短期降雨量进行预测;4.建立基于实时监控的碾压混凝土坝施工仿真模型,对碾压混凝土坝施工过程进行仿真并与实际施工进度对比。方法:1.通过实地采集,获取碾压混凝土坝施工过程中实时施工信息(图2);2.通过理论推导,构建施工仿真参数先验分布均值和方差与后验分布均值和方差之间的关系,得到施工仿真参数更新方案(公式(16)和(17));3.通过理论推导,利用已知坝区降雨量数据预测未来短期内的降雨情况(图5);4.通过仿真模拟,得到施工仿真参数更新后的仿真成果并将其与实际施工进行对比,验证本方法的有效性和准确性。结论:1.施工仿真参数的准确性对碾压混凝土坝施工仿真结果准确性有很大影响;2.可以利用贝叶斯更新技术对施工仿真中的仿真参数进行更新,利用模糊均生函数对坝区短时期内降雨量进行预测;3.运用基于实时监控的碾压混凝土坝施工仿真方法对碾压混凝土坝施工过程进行仿真,仿真结果与实际施工进度之间的偏差明显减少,仿真准确性明显提高。

Measurement of bloodflow velocity is key to understanding physiology and pathology in *** most measurements are performed at the middle of the blood vessel,little research has been done on characterizing the instantaneous bloodflow velocity *** is mainly due to the lack of measurement technology with high spatial and temporal ***,we tackle this problem with our recently developed dual-wavelength line-scan third-harmonic generation(THG)imaging *** acquisition of dual-wavelength THG line-scanning signals enables measurement of bloodflow velocities at two radially symmetric positions in both venules and arterioles in mouse brain in *** results clearly show that the instantaneous bloodflow velocity is not symmetric under general conditions.
