Non-aromatic fluorescent and multi-responsive materials,exhibiting inherent fluorescence emission and controlled phase change,have garnered significant attention in recent ***,the underlying interaction between their fluorescent properties and phase transition remains *** this study,we synthesized a series of catalyst-free aza-Michael addition-based polyethyleneimine(RFPEI)materials by reacting polyethyleneimine(PEI)with N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM).The resulting RFPEI was comprehensively characterized,and demonstrated dual-phase transition behavior(LCST and UCST)in water,which could be finely tuned by adjusting its composition or external factors such as ***,upon UV irradiation(365 nm),RFPEI exhibited strong fluorescence *** further investigated the effects of NIPAM grafting percentage to PEI,polymer concentration,and pH on the LCST/UCST and fluorescent properties of RFPEI aqueous ***,we showcased the great potential of RFPEI as a versatile tool for physiological cell imaging,trace detection,and controlled release of *** study presents a novel class of stimuli-responsive fluorescent materials with promising applications in the field of biomedicine.

Spherical micro-Ti particle(TiP)-reinforced AZ91 magnesium alloy composites were fabricated by semi-solid stirring assisted ultrasonic vibration,which were then subjected to hot *** microstructure results showed that the addition of Ti particles refined the grain size and decreased the texture intensity of the as-extruded AZ91 *** Al3Ti phase with a thickness of 100 nm formed at the Ti/Mg interface,which had a non-coherent relationship with the magnesium *** as-extruded 1 vol.%TiP/AZ91 composite exhibited the best comprehensive mechanical properties,with yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,and elongation at break of 366 MPa,456 MPa,and 14.6%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the AZ91 ***,the addition of Ti particles can improve the strength and ductility of the AZ91 alloy,demonstrating the value of magnesium matrix composites for commercial applications.

Moirésuperlattices,arising from the controlled twisting of van der Waals homostructures at specific angles,have emerged as a promising platform for quantum emission ***,the manipulation of strain provides a versatile strategy to finely adjust electronic band structures,enhance exciton luminescence efficiency,and establish a robust foundation for two-dimensional quantum light ***,the intricate interplay between strain and moirépotential remains partially ***,we introduce a meticulously designed fusion of strain engineering and the twisted 2L-WSe_(2)/2L-WSe_(2) homobilayers,resulting in the precise localization of moiré*** low-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy,we unveil the emergence of highly localized moiré-enhanced emission,characterized by the presence of multiple distinct emission ***,our investigation demonstrates the effective regulation of moirépotential depths through strain engineering,with the potential depths of strained and unstrained regions differing by 91%.By combining both experimental and theoretical approaches,our study elucidates the complex relationship between strain and moirépotential,thereby opening avenues for generating strain-induced moiréexciton single-photon sources.

In this study,a hybrid model,the convolutional neural network-support vector regression model,was adopted to achieve prediction of the NO_(2)profile in Nanjing from January 2019to March *** the sudden decline in NO_(2)in February 2020,the contribution of the Coronavirus Disease-19(COVID-19)lockdown,Chinese New Year(CNY),and meteorologi cal conditions to the reduction of NO_(2)was ***_(2)vertical column densities(VCDs) from January to March 2020 decreased by 59.05%and 32.81%,relative to the same period in 2019 and 2021,*** the period of 2020 COVID-19,the average NO_(2)VCDs were 50.50%and 29.96%lower than those during the pre-lockdown and post-lockdown pe riods,*** NO_(2)volume mixing ratios(VMRs)during the 2020 COVID-19 lock down significantly decreased below 400 *** NO_(2)VMRs under the different wind fields were significantly lower during the lockdown period than during the pre-lockdown period This phenomenon could be attributed to the 2020 COVID-19 *** NO_(2)VMRs be fore and after the CNY were significantly lower in 2020 than in 2019 and 2021 in the same period,which further proves that the decrease in NO_(2)in February 2020 was attributed to the COVID-19 *** source analysis of an NO_(2)pollution episode during the lockdown period showed that the polluted air mass in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was trans ported southwards under the action of the north wind,and the subsequent unfavorable meteorological conditions(local wind speed of<2.0 m/sec)resulted in the accumulation o pollutants.

Poria cocos(PC)is a famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and a widely used healthcare ingredient,which has antiobesity,enhancing immunity and improving sleep ***,only water-soluble poria polysaccharide(WSP)is extracted and applied for clinical application,while insoluble polysaccharide(alkali-soluble poria polysaccharide,ASP)is discarded as herb ***,the whole PC has also been historically utilized as functional herbal *** the beneficial role of dietary fiber and the traditional use of PC,ASP may also contribute substantially to the therapy function of *** to WSP,little attention has been paid to ASP and ASP modified product carboxymethyl poria polysaccharide(CMP)which has been used as an antitumor adjuvant *** this study,the oil,cholesterol,metal ions and polyphenols adsorption ability,in vitro simulated digestive and the gut microbiota fermentation characteristics of WSP,ASP and CMP were studied to evaluate the functional values of three *** polysaccharides(PCPs).The results showed that all three PCPs had good adsorption capacity on cholesterol,polyphenols and metal ions(Cd^(2+)/Zn^(2+)/Mg^(2+)),among which ASP showed the highest capacity than WSP and *** adsorption capacity of all three PCPs on heavy metal ions(Cd^(2+)/Zn^(2+))was stronger than that of non-heavy metal ions(Mg^(2+));The in vitro digestibility of all three PCPs was very low,but WSP was slightly higher than ASP and CMP;Moreover,the indigestible residue of all three PCPs could improve the richness and diversity of gut microbiota,among which ASP had the greatest *** general,ASP and CMP could significantly promote the proliferation of some probiotics and inhibit the growth of some harmful *** gut microbiota diversity of CMP was reduced,but the richness of probiotics,especially Parabacteroides distasonis was significantly enhanced compared with the ASP group,and the growth of harmful bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae was inh

Oligodendrocytes play a critical role in neuroprotection by both remyelination-dependent and remyelination-independent mechanisms and confer protection in both inflammatory and degenerative diseases that involve the central nervous system,including multiple sclerosis,Alzheimer’s disease and potentially Parkinson’s disease.1,2,3,4 Although accumulating data have supported a major role for inflammation in the susceptibility of oligodendrocytes to cuprizone,the molecular pathways that regulate oligodendrocyte survival have not been well ***,we report that the targeted mutation of either Cd24 or Siglecg,which forms an axis that selectively regulates the innate inflammatory response to danger-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs),protects mice against cuprizone-induced oligodendrocyte ***,the systemic administration of CD24Fc,which is known to stimulate Siglec G signaling and suppress the inflammatory response in vivo,protects oligodendrocytes against chronic exposure to *** data suggest that the host response to cellular injury actively participates in oligodendrocyte loss and provides a new approach to maintain oligodendrocytes under pathological conditions.

The ageing behavior of as-extruded Ti_(P)/VW94 composites was *** peak hardness of the composites increases compared to the matrix alloy and the 5%Ti_(P)/VW94 composite presents the highest peak hardness of 148.7 HV after aging for about 50 ***,the hardness increments first decrease and then slightly increase with increasing Ti particle content due to the introduction of high-density dislocations by Ti particles.

To expedite the development of industrial technology for producing 2-alkylanthraquinone,a novel pilot test of alkylation-oxidation technology was *** process mainly included anthracene alkylation,separation of anthracene and 2-alkylanthracene,oxidation of 2-alkylanthracene,and product *** alkylation conditions yielded a 91.1%conversion of anthracene and a 71.73%selectivity for *** address the separation problem of anthracene and 2-alkylanthracene,solvent-assisted distillation technology was developed,resulting in a 98.9%purity of 2-alkylanthracene and a 91.82%separation *** the molar ratio of H2O_(2) to 2-alkylanthracene was 7:1,a 98.96%conversion of 2-alkylanthracene and a 99.94%selectivity for 2-alkylanthraquinone were achieved.A novel composition of 2-alkylanthraquinone,including 2-tert-butylanthraquinone,2-tert-amylanthraquinone,and 2-hexylanthraquinone,was *** composition could be effectively separated and purified through a combination of crystallization and washing *** elemental composition of the product met the existing standards,and its hydrogenation performance closely matched that of commercially available 2-tert-amylanthraquinone products.

广西某高校学生艾滋病知识干预效果评价

目的了解广西某高校学生对艾滋病(AIDS)知识的掌握程度、对AIDS的态度以及相关行为的信息,为有效开展大学生AIDS防治工作提供依据。方法选取2021—2022年广西某高校选修校选课(性心理与性健康)的全体学生作为研究对象。对研究对象进行1个学期的AIDS健康教育,在课程开始前和结束后采用相同的问卷进行调查,并对调查数据进行统计分析,分析并评价AIDS知识干预的效果。结果学生对AIDS基础知识的平均知晓率由干预前73.1%提升到干预后的85.1%(P<0.05)。干预后,认为偶尔一次性行为不使用安全套,不会感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的学生人数比例从干预前的48.6%降低到12.6%(P<0.05);对待HIV感染者/AIDS患者,能像对待正常人一样的学生人数比例从干预前的28.6%提升到40.8%(P<0.05);若发生了可能感染HIV的高危行为,会主动进行检测的学生人数比例从干预前的84.8%提升到干预后的97.3%(P<0.05)。干预后,知晓正确使用安全套的学生人数比例从干预前的65.5%上升到了83.5%(P<0.05)。结论干预后,该高校学生对HIV/AIDS的风险意识增强,对HIV感染者/AIDS患者的态度有所改善,应对技能有所提高。AIDS健康教育对提升高校大学生的AIDS防控知识有明显效果,在今后的防艾健康教育中应加强学生对HIV/AIDS的风险意识,以及正确使用安全套、尽早检测HIV、暴露后预防性服药等应对技能的教育。
