Digital signature systems based on smart card and fingerprint feature

Two signature systems based on smart cards and fingerprint features are proposed. In one signature system, the cryptographic key is stored in the smart card and is only accessible when the signer＇s extracted fingerprint features match his stored template. To resist being tampered on public channel, the user＇s message and the signed message are encrypted by the signer＇s public key and the user＇s public key, respectively. In the other signature system, the keys are generated by combining the signer＇s fingerprint features, check bits, and a rememberable key, and there are no matching process and keys stored on the smart card. Additionally, there is generally more than one public key in this system, that is, there exist some pseudo public keys except a real one.

This paper is devoted to the finite-time disturbance attenuation problem of affine nonlinear systems. Based on the finite time Lyapunov stability theory, some finite-time H ∞ performance criterions are derived. Then the state-feedback control law is designed and the structure of such a controller is investigated. Furthermore, it is shown that the H ∞ controller can also make the closed-loop system satisfy finite-time H ∞ performance for nonlinear homogeneous systems. An example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented results.

In this paper, the ranks of a special family of Maiorana-McFarland bent functions are discussed. The upper and lower bounds of the ranks are given and those bent functions whose ranks achieve these bounds are determined. As a consequence, the inequivalence of some bent functions are derived. 随着电力物联网的快速发展和普及,电力系统的信息化水平不断提升,但这也带来了一系列网络安全威胁和风险。电力物联网终端网络作为电力系统的重要组成部分,直接面对着各种网络攻击和安全漏洞的威胁。因此,加强对电力物联网终端网络的安全监测和保护成为保障电力系统安全运行的关键。文中以发展电力物联网终端网络安全监测技术的意义为基础,分析了电力物联网终端网络安全监测技术的整体架构以及电力物联网四维架构的搭建思路,并列举了几种电力物联网终端网络安全监测技术,最后阐述了终端网络安全监测的落实策略。

Developing trusted softwares has become an important trend and a natural choice in the development of software technology and applications. At present, the method of measurement and assessment of software trustworthiness cannot guarantee safe and reliable operations of software systems completely and effectively. Based on the dynamical system study, this paper interprets the characteristics of be- haviors of software systems and the basic scientific problems of software trustworthiness complexity, analyzes the characteristics of complexity of software trustworthiness, and proposes to study the soft- ware trustworthiness measurement in terms of the complexity of software trustworthiness. Using the dynamical statistical analysis methods, the paper advances an invariant-measure based assessment method of software trustworthiness by statistical indices, and hereby provides a dynamical criterion for the untrustworthiness of software systems. By an example, the feasibility of the proposed dynamical statistical analysis method in software trustworthiness measurement is demonstrated using numerical simulations and theoretical analysis.

Developing trusted softwares has become an important trend and a natural choice in the development of software technology and applications, and software trustworthiness modeling has become a prerequisite and necessary means. To discuss and explain the basic scientific problems in software trustworthiness and to establish theoretical foundations for software trustworthiness measurement, combining the ideas of dynamical system study, this paper studies evolutionary laws of software trustworthiness and the dynamical mechanism under the effect of various internal and external factors, and proposes dynamical models for software trustworthiness, thus, software trustworthiness can be considered as the statistical characteristics of behaviors of software systems in the dynamical and open environment. By analyzing two simple examples, the paper explains the relationship between the limit evolutionary behaviors of software trustworthiness attributes and dynamical system characteristics, and interprets the dynamical characteristics of software trustworthiness and their evolutionary complexity.

群体智能是新一代人工智能的重要组成部分,在激发汇聚创新力量、耦合集成大规模智能系统方面发挥决定性作用,对于促进人工智能与传统产业的深度融合、推动国民经济持续发展都具有重大意义。本文凝练了群体智能的技术体系,总结了其主要的技术方向,包括:多智能体系统与优化决策、无人集群系统、开源群智软件和群智联邦学习等;论述了这些核心技术面向应用场景,形成感知-认知-决策-行动的智能化回路,以分布式数智化模式支撑平台经济,重塑产业发展和数字经济产业生态。根据上述技术体系的赋能对象和应用模式,深入分析了与群体智能相关的核心产业,特别是软件服务产业、智慧城市产业群、基于无人集群的智慧农业和智慧港口产业等对群体智能技术的不同需求和赋能路径。最后,提出了群体智能赋能相关产业的发展建议:持续推动群智开源社区的建设,打造人工智能科技创新生态系统的智力内核,加速无人集群系统的国产化替代、集成攻关和推广应用。

In this paper, a total of 723 traditional villages in Hunan were selected for research. With the aid of spatial analysis of GIS, the number equilibrium and spatial autocorrelation of the traditional villages were analyzed quantitatively, watershed distribution characteristics and ethnic distribution characteristics of the traditional villages were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively, and the influence factors of distribution of the traditional village were explored in terms of three aspects of agricultural production and population migration, history and culture, and economic activities.
