针对尿失禁患者无法在生活中感知膀胱状态的问题,设计了基于A型超声的膀胱尿量监测预警系统。该系统使用二维超声矩阵,采用最小二乘法拟合椭球方程进行尿量估计。终端设备基于STM32采集超声回波数据,通过WIFI模块将数据传输到服务器。服务器处理回波数据来估计和保存尿量信息,并将尿量信息发送到用户APP和终端设备进行显示和报警,降低了终端设备的复杂性。通过实验证明了系统的有效性,满足便携式设计需求。

Nitrogen(N)fertilization is critical for spike and floret development,which affects the number of fertile florets per spike(NFFs).However,the physiological regulation of the floret development process by N fertilization is largely unknown.A high temporal-resolution investigation of floret primordia number and morphology,dry matter,and N availability was conducted under three N fertilization levels:0(N0),120(N1)and 240(N2)kg ha^(−1).Interestingly,fertile florets at anthesis stage were determined by those floret primordia with meiotic ability at booting stage:meiotic ability was a threshold that predicted whether a floret primordium became fertile or abortive *** the developmental rate of the 4th floret primordium in the central spikelet was accelerated and then they acquired meiotic ability,the NFFs increased gradually as N application increased,but the increase range decreased under *** were no differences in spike N concentration among treatments,but leaf N concentration was increased in the N1 and N2 ***,dry matter accumulation and N content of the leaf and spike in the N1 and N2 treatments was increased as compared to ***,optimal N fertilization increased leaf N availability and transport of assimilates to spikes,and allowed more floret primordia to acquire meiotic ability and become fertile florets,finally increasing *** was no difference in leaf N concentration between N1 and N2 treatment,whereas soil N concentration at 0–60 cm soil layers was higher in N2 than in N1 treatment,implying that there was still some N fertilization that remained ***,improving the leaf’s ability to further use N fertilizer is vital for greater NFFs.

The western coast of Hainan Island exhibits a savanna landscape. Many types of sand dunes, including transverse dune ridges, longitudinal dune ridges, elliptical dunes, coppice dunes, and climbing dunes, are widely distributed in the coastal zone. In winter, high-frequency and high-energy NE winds （dominant winds） are prevalent, with a resultant drift direction （RDD） of S35.6°W. In spring, low-frequency and low-energy SW secondary winds prevail, with a RDD of N25.1°E. Wind tunnel simulations revealed that the airflow over the dune surface is the main factor controlling the erosion and deposition patterns of dune surfaces and the morphological development of dunes. In the region＇s bidirectional wind environment, with two seasonally distinct energy levels, the airflow over the surface of elliptical dunes, barchan dunes, and transverse dune ridges will exhibit a transverse pattern, whereas the airflow over longitudinal dunes ridges exhibits a lateral pattern and that over climbing dunes exhibits a climbing-circumfluent pattern. These patterns represent different dynamic processes. The coastal dunes on the western coast of Hainan Island are influenced by factors such as onshore winds, sand sources, coastal slopes, rivers, and forest shelter belts. The source of the sand that supplements these dunes particularly influences the development pattern： when there is more sand, the pattern shows positive equilibrium deposition between dune ridges and dunes; otherwise, it shows negative equilibrium deposition. The presence or absence of forest shelter belts also influences deposition and dune development patterns and transformation of dune forms. Coastal dunes and inland desert dunes experience similar dynamic processes, but the former have more diversified shapes and more complex formation mechanisms.

Planar Na ion micro-supercapacitors(NIMSCs) that offer both high energy density and power density are deemed to a promising class of miniaturized power sources for wearable and portable microelectron-ics. Nevertheless, the development of NIMSCs are hugely impeded by the low capacity and sluggish Na ion kinetics in the negative ***, we demonstrate a novel carbon-coated Nb_(2)O_5 microflower with a hierarchical structure composed of vertically intercrossed and porous nanosheets, boosting Na ion storage performance. The unique structural merits, including uniform carbon coating, ultrathin nanosheets and abun-dant pores, endow the Nb_(2)O_5 microflower with highly reversible Na ion storage capacity of 245 mAh g^(-1) at 0.25 C and excellent rate *** from high capacity and fast charging of Nb_(2)O_5 microflower, the planar NIMSCs consisted of Nb_(2)O_5 negative electrode and activated car-bon positive electrode deliver high areal energy density of 60.7 μWh cm^(-2),considerable voltage window of 3.5 V and extraordinary cyclability. Therefore, this work exploits a structural design strategy towards electrode materials for application in NIMSCs, holding great promise for flexible microelectronics.

Grain-size Characteristics of Sediments Formed Since 8600 yr B.P. in Middle Reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River in Tibet and Their Paleoenvironmental Significance

Widespread aeolian sediments have been found in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River, China. The grain-size characteristics of sediments from Cha’er Section in the area were analyzed. The results show that the section include one stratum of paleo-mobile dunes, four strata of paleo-semi-fixed dunes, two strata of paleo-fixed dunes, one stratum of sandy immature soils. The paleo-mobile and paleo-semi-fixed dune sand in this section are simi- lar to modern aeolian sand in either grain-size composition or Mz and σ distribution. Compared the above types of dunes each other, the content of sand substance decreases, while the content of silt and clay increases for paleo-fixed dunes and sandy immature soils. Combined with age data for each stratum, the analysis shows that these strata are the products of climate changes and the evolution of aeolian landforms. The evolutionary sequence of the paleoclimate and of aeolian activities in the valley since 8600 yr B.P. reveals four stages: 8600–5700 yr B.P., when the paleoclimate was cold and dry, with strong winds, thereby activating dunes; 5700–3600 yr B.P., when it was warm and wet, with weak winds, causing dunes to undergo soil-forming processes; 3600–1900 yr B.P., when climate shifted from cold-dry with strong winds to warm-wet with weak winds, and activated dunes were fixed again; and 1900 yr B.P. –present, when the climate became fine, with weak winds, fixing dunes again.

目的探讨基于质量反馈理论护理干预对食管癌患者术后营养状况及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取福建省中医药大学附属人民医院胸外科2018年1月—2019年11月期间收治的106例食管癌术后患者,将其根据随机数字表分为研究组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组以质量反馈理论为指导制定相关护理计划,比较2组患者护理后的营养状况,胃肠功能恢复情况及生活质量评分。结果护理前2组营养状况比较差异不显著(P>0.05),护理后均得到改善,且研究组护理后的总蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组进食时间(2.9±1.6)d、肠鸣音恢复时间(2.2±0.4)d、肛门排气时间(2.0±0.3)d、排便时间(3.0±0.8)d,均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以质量反馈理论为指导,制定相关护理计划,不仅可改善食管癌患者术后营养状况,同时可早期恢复胃肠功能,提高术后生活质量,值得临床推广。

目的分析普伐他汀联合血必净注射液改善糖尿病肾病患者转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)及其作用机制研究。方法选取医院在2019年12月—2021年3月收治的糖尿病肾病患者120例,采用随机数字法分为两组。他汀组采用马来酸依那普利片治疗,血必净组在他汀组基础上联合血必净注射液治疗。比较他汀组和血必净组Hcy、VEGF、TGF-β1、内皮素-1(ET-1)、凝血纤溶指标、糖代谢指标、肾功能指标。结果他汀组和血必净组治疗前Hcy、VEGF、TGF-β1、ET-1、凝血纤溶指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血必净组治疗后Hcy、VEGF、TGF-β1、ET-1、脂蛋白[Lp(a)]、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)低于他汀组,组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)高于他汀组(P0.05)。血必净组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血肌酐(SCr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-M)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)指标低于他汀组(P<0.05)。结论普伐他汀联合血必净注射液治疗糖尿病肾病,可调节相关血清因子的表达,改善糖代谢及肾功能,维持凝血纤溶系统平衡。

以间苯二酚、甲醛、氧化石墨烯和三聚氰胺为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备氮掺杂炭气凝胶,再对其进行CO_(2)活化。用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、X射线光电子光谱法(XPS)和N_(2)吸附等进行物理性能分析,用交流阻抗谱、恒流充放电测试等进行电化学性能测试。随着活化温度的提高,材料表面形成了密集的具有大量孔的内部相互交联的网络结构。当活化温度为900℃时,所制备的样品比表面积最高,由NCAG-4的1194 m^(2)/g增大到CO_(2)-900-NCAG-4的1849 m^(2)/g。在经过活化以后,CO_(2)-900-NCAG-4表现出了最佳的电化学性能,将其组装成超级电容器,充放电循环2000次后电容保持率达94.31%。
