A natural hazard-related disaster event often causes a series of secondary disasters, forming a disaster chain. Modeling the evolution of disaster chains in multihazard scenarios is crucial for risk governance and urban resilience. However, existing multi-hazard models are limited by complex model design and fixed disaster types, making it impossible to ensure flexible reactions to complex and diverse scenarios. This study presents a disaster management system for disaster model service chain(DMSC) to implement interoperable multi-hazard modeling. To achieve efficient model interaction in the DMSC, a management module is designed to normalize heterogeneous single-hazard models based on disaster system theory and the Open Geospatial Consortium standards, enabling them to be accessible,reusable, and interoperable. The normalized models are then adaptively orchestrated through an orchestration module to establish optimal executable DMSCs for different multihazard scenarios. Taking an earthquake disaster chain as a case study, we demonstrate that the disaster management system shows stable and flexible performance for multihazard modeling.

Electrochemical water splitting using renewable energy sources has been recognized as a sustainable way to produce hydrogen energy due to the characteristics of low-carbon and no ***,the slow hydrogen/oxygen evolution reactions(HER/OER)seriously hinder the practical application of large-scale water *** this paper,the 0D Ni/Co-based hollow material is discussed in detail because of adjustable morphology,low mass density and abundant active sites,which provides an effective solution for improving the HER/OER reaction *** synthesis methods of hollow materials,such as hard template,soft template and self-template are ***,catalysts with different structural designs of hollow structures are reviewed,including hollow single-shelled structure,hollow core-shelled structure,hollow double-shelled structure and hollow multi-shelled structure(HoMS)***,the research progress of the 0D Ni/Co-based HoMS electrocatalysts in recent years and their prominent performances in water splitting are ***,the challenges and development prospects of designing Ni/Co-based HoMS catalysts in water splitting in the future are discussed.

Red and Blue Lights Significantly Affect Photosynthetic Properties and Ultrastructure of Mesophyll Cells in Senescing Grape Leaves

Light quality significantly affects photosynthetic efficiency in plants. The mechanisms for how light quality affects photosynthesis in grape is poorly understood. Therefore, to investigate the effects of different light qualities on chloroplast ultrastructure and photosynthesis efficiency, two grape cultivars ‘Italia'(slower speed of leaf senescence) and ‘Centennial Seedless'(faster speed of leaf senescence) grown under protected and delayed conditions were used. The three treatments, replicated three times, were control(no supplemental lighting), red light and blue light. Chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, and the ratio of F_v/F_m significantly increased in red light relative to the control. The opposite trend was observed in blue light in the early phase of leaf senescence. At later stages, physiological indexes were gradually higher than that of control, resulting in a delay in leaf senescence. Compared to the control, red and blue light both significantly increased the chlorophyll a/b ratio. Electron microscopy showed that blue light caused severe damage to the fine structure of chloroplasts at early stages of leaf senescence, but effects at later stages of leaf senescence became less severe compared to the control. The degradation of chloroplast ultrastructure was apparently delayed in red light throughout the experimental timeframe compared to other treatments. In this experiment, ‘Italia' showed higher chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, ratios of F_v/F_m, chlorophyll a/b and better preserved chloroplast ultrastructure relative to ‘Centennial Seedless', resulting in a slower rate of leaf senescence.

0-3 type ferroelectric-phosphor composite ceramics cannot be prepared by the traditional solid-state sintering(SSS)method due to the strong chemical reaction between ferroelectrics and phosphors during high-temperature *** cold sintering process(CSP)may solve this issue by densifying ceramics at ultralow sintering *** this work,dense 0-3 type 0.8BaTiO3-0.2CaTiO3:Pr^(3+)(0.8BT-0.2CT:Pr^(3+))binary composite ceramics were fabricated at an ultralow temperature of 225℃via CSP with the Ba(OH)2·8H2O hydrated *** effects of the Ba(OH)2·8H2O content,sintering temperature,and sintering time on the microstructure and densification of the ceramics were *** density of the composite ceramics prepared by the optimized sintering parameters reaches 89%.Both energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX)spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD)confirm the existence of BT and CT:Pr^(3+)phases in the prepared ceramics.A strong ferroelectric performance is obtained,and the luminescent properties of CT:Pr^(3+)are preserved for the ***,the 0.8BT-0.2CT:Pr^(3+)composite ceramics prepared by CSP have stronger photoluminescence and photo-stimulated luminescence than their counterparts prepared by cold sintering assistance(CSA)and SSS ***,CSP is a promising method for combining luminescent and ferroelectric properties into 0-3 type composite ceramics.

肿瘤异质性是实体瘤组织的重要特征之一,其多样性和复杂性给实体瘤的基础研究和临床诊治带来了极大的困难。因此,鉴别实体瘤内及其微环境中不同的细胞亚群及与之相关的基因表达水平就显得十分重要。单细胞测序技术是利用DNA二代测序技术对单个细胞的DNA、RNA或DNA甲基化水平进行分析,分别揭示其基因组、转录组和表观遗传学特征,了解单个细胞功能和所处的状态。单细胞测序分析不仅能进一步鉴定实体瘤内细胞的异质性,还有助于阐明肿瘤发生、发展、转移、耐药和免疫逃逸等分子作用机制,从而使实体瘤的临床诊治和转归预测变得更加准确。简要总结目前单细胞测序技术的发展,对单细胞测序在实体瘤研究中的应用与进展进行综述。

Overexpression of the peroxidase gene ZmPRX1 increases maize seedling drought tolerance by promoting root development and lignification

Drought is a main abiotic stress factor hindering plant growth,development,and crop ***,it is crucial to understand the mechanisms by which plants cope with drought ***,the function of the maize peroxidase gene ZmPRX1 in drought stress tolerance was investigated by measurement of its expression in response to drought treatment both in a ZmPRX1 overexpression line and a mutant *** higher root lignin accumulation and seedling survival rate of the overexpression line than that of the wild type or mutant support a role for ZmPRX1 in maize drought tolerance by regulating root development and ***,yeast one-hybrid,Dule luciferase and ChIP-qPCR assays showed that ZmPRX1 is negatively regulated by a nuclear-localized ZmWRKY86 transcription *** gene could potentially be used for breeding of drought-tolerant cultivars.

目的探讨老年心力衰竭合并心律失常患者二丁酰环磷腺苷钙(dbcAMP-Ca)联合美托洛尔治疗效果及安全性。方法选取本院2021年2月–2023年4月102例老年心力衰竭合并心律失常患者,由独立于研究外的工作人员将招募名单输入随机数据库,采用SAS9.4软件生成随机分配序列,按照1∶1的比例分为试验组(n=51)与对照组(n=51)。对照组给予美托洛尔初始剂量6.25 mg/d,逐渐增量至目标剂量25 mg/d;试验组给予dbcAMP-Ca联合美托洛尔治疗,美托洛尔给药方式同对照组,加用dbcAMP-Ca(40 mg/次,静脉滴注,1次/d)。两组均维持治疗4周。主要结局指标为各组的临床治疗有效率(该组达到显效和有效的例数/该组总例数),次要指标为各组的心功能、心率变异性、运动能力、血液流变学、心肌损伤指标、炎性指标及不良反应发生情况。结果两组临床治疗有效率对比,试验组94.12%(48/51)高于对照组78.43%(40/51),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在美托洛尔的基础上联合使用dbcAMP-Ca,可有效提高老年心力衰竭合并心律失常患者心功能,改善心率变异性,提高运动耐量,抑制机体炎性反应,用药安全性较高,治疗效果好于单用美托洛尔。
