The investigation on oscillographic chronopotentiometry after 2000 is reviewed. The development course of oscillographic chronopotentiometry is looked back. Some new instrumentations and new methods about oscillographic chronopotentiometry as well as applications of chemometrics in oscilloanalysis are introduced. The prospects of oscillographic chronopotentiometry development are also discussed in this paper.

Fatigue is believed to be a major contributory factor to occupational injuries in machine *** development of accurate and usable techniques to measure operator fatigue is therefore *** this study,we used a novel method based on surface electromyography (sEMG) of the biceps brachii and the Borg scale to evaluate local muscle fatigue in the upper limb after isometric muscle *** young males performed isometric actions with the upper limb at different force *** activities of the biceps brachii were recorded during the *** scales were used to evaluate the subjective sensation of local fatigue of the biceps brachii after the *** activities were analyzed using the one-third band octave method,and an equation to determine the degree of fatigue was derived based on the relationship between the variable and the Borg *** results showed that the relationship could be expressed by a conic curve,and could be used to evaluate muscle fatigue during machine operation.

β_2-Adrenoceptor affinity chromatography and its application in the screening of the active compounds from Semen Armeniacae Amarum

β2-Adrenoceptor (β2-AR) was purified from the rabbit lung tissue by sepharose-salbutamol affinity chromatographic column. To prepare the β2-AR stationary phase, β2-AR was evenly immobilized on the surface of macro-pore silica with a mild chemical coupling method through covalent bond. The reten- tion properties of β2-AR stationary phase were characterized by four ligands, salbutamol sulfate, noradrenaline bitartrate, adrenaline hydrochloride and propranolol hydrochloride, to establish the β2-AR affinity chromatography. Then, the method was used to screen the active compounds from the total extracts of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. The results showed that β2-AR on the surface of the sta- tionary phase could keep its original bioactivity and selectivity. Amygdalin retained in the chroma- tographic column was proved to be the active compound of the total extracts of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. Compared with the existing chromatographic screening approaches, this method showed a good stability and high selectivity. The active compounds which could interact with β2-AR in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) could be screened efficiently by this method, providing a new way to screen the active compounds in complicated samples such as TCM.

目的:比较替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1—9月南乐中兴医院收治的70例冠心病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组均行PCI,并予以阿司匹林治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以氯吡格雷治疗,观察组予以替格瑞洛治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、血管内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,以及主要心血管不良事件发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.43%(32/35),高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:替格瑞洛治疗冠心病PCI患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善心功能指标、血管内皮功能指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于氯吡格雷治疗。

In this paper, we establish distortion theorems for both normalized p-Bloch functions with branch points and normalized locally univalent p-Bloch functions defined on the unit disk, respectively. These distortion theorems give lower bounds on |f′(z)| and ■f′(z). As applications of these distortion theorems, the lower bounds of the radius of the largest schlicht disk on these Bloch functions are given, respectively. Notice that when p = 1, our results reduce to that of Liu and Minda.

Ethyl(R)-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutyrate((R)-CHBE),as a chiral intermediate,is widely used in the synthesis of various chiral *** this study,we screened two aldo–keto reductases(LP-AKRs)from the probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum DSM20174,both with a molecular weight of approximately 31 *** enzymes could reduce 4-chloroacetoacetic acid ethyl ester(COBE)to produce(R)-CHBE with an enantioselectivity value of 99%.When determining the kinetic parameter,the K_(m),K_(cat),and V_(max)of LP-AKR5 and LP-AKR9 were 9.5 mM,7.6 U/mg,3.96 s^(-1)and 8.7 mM,8.59 U/mg,4.47 s^(-1),*** LP-AKR5 and LP-AKR9 had an optimal reaction pH of 6 and could maintain a high level of stability at pH 6,allowing them to perform well in an acidic ***-AKR5 and LP-AKR9 had optimal reaction temperatures of 30℃and 40℃,*** ions had minimal influence on LP-AKR5 and LP-AKR9 enzyme *** series of enzymatic properties showed that LP-AKR5 and LP-AKR9 mined from Lactobacillus plantarum DSM20174 could asym-metrically catalyze the synthesis of(R)-CHBE under weakly acidic circumstances,which could maintain product stability and provide a good foundation for industrial production.

Dehydration Characteristics of C-S-H with Ca/Si Ratio 1.0 Prepared Via Precipitation

Calcium silicate hydrate（C-S-H） with Ca/Si ratio 1.0 was prepared via precipitation in solution and heated at various temperatures to investigate its dehydration behavior. The dehydration, structural collapse and recrystallization characteristics of C-S-H and its microstructural change during heating process were investigated by XRD, SEM, Raman and TG-DSC techniques. C-S-H gradually lost non-evaporable water upon heating, about 50% and 80% non-evaporable water was removed below 200 and 400 ℃, respectively, and the rest was removed up to about 1 000 ℃. At 400 ℃, dehydrated C-S-H exhibited the increasing disordering of calcium/silicon environment and the decreasing symmetrical bending vibration of Si-O-Si of Q^2 silicate chains. At 650 ℃ non-bridging oxygen atoms（O（non）） attached to silicon were almost removed, and significant structural change occurred, and at 815 ℃ C-S-H dehydrated to wollastonite.

The oligomers of Aβ1-40 peptide in PBS buffer solution were analyzed by SEC and native PAGE, and the trimer of Aβ1-40 was also isolated by SEC. In addition, the effects of the soluble Aβ1-40 trimer on intracellular free calcium (Ca2+) balance of hippocampal neurons of postnatal rats were investi- gated by fluorescence microscopy. The experimental results indicated that Aβ1-40 peptide existed in the form of low molecular weight oligomers in 0.231 mmol/L fresh Aβ1-40 solution (20 mmol/L sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, 0.02% sodium azide) within 24 h and the soluble trimer was the most abundant species. Both the trimeric and the fibrillar Aβ1-40 were able to increase the intracellular Ca2+ concentration, but the Aβ1-40 trimer caused a gradual rise and the potential was also stronger than that of the fibrils at the same concentration. In addition there were dif- ferent response modes for trimeric and fibrillar Aβ1-40, meaning that there are different mechanisms of in- crease in intracellular Ca2+ caused by Aβ1-40.

Lactate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase are the two main alpha-hydroxy acid dehydrogenases in the human *** investigated the catalytic properties of human lactate dehydrogenase LDHC,LDHL6A and malate dehydrogenase MDH1 on aromatic α-keto acids phenylpyruvic acid,p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylpyruvic *** optimum temperatures for LDHC,LDHL6A,and MDH1 are 37℃,35℃,and 45℃,respectively;and the optimum pH is 6.5,6.5,and 5.5,*** K_(m)of LDHC for phenylpyruvic acid and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylpyruvic acid were 0.90 mM and 0.92 mM,***6A has a high affinity for phenylpyruvic acid and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylpyruvic acid with K_(m)of 0.77 mM and 0.80 mM,respectively;MDH1 has an extremely high affinity(K_(m)=0.46 mM)and catalytic efficiency(k_(cat)/K_(m)=23.87 s^(-1)·mM^(-1))for p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic *** also has a high affinity for 3,4-dihydroxyphenylpyruvic acid with a K_(m)of 0.90 mM,but with a low affinity for phenylpyruvic acid(K_(m)=3.76 mM).The catalytic properties of human LDHC,LDHL6A,and MDH1 for the abovementioned aromatic α-keto acids may be one of the sources of L-phenyllactic acid,L-p-hydroxyphenyllactic acid,and L-3,4-dihydroxyphenyllactic acid in humans.
