Confronted with severe electromagnetic wave pollution,the development of high-performance electromagnetic wave shielding or absorbing materials is an effective way to deal with ***,double transition metal alloys and transition metal dichalcogenides have attracted extensive attention in electromagnetic wave absorption,but few reports have studied the effects of these two materials on electromagnetic wave absorption at the same *** this work,cobalt-based alloy with magnetic loss mechanism was selected for composition *** ternary metal-organic framework was prepared by the one-step method,and then CoCu/C was prepared by high temperature ***,in the hydrothermal process,ultra-thin tungsten selenide nanosheets were coated on the surface of magnetic component,and the final polyhedral WSe_(2)/CoCu/C composites with multiple heterogeneous interfaces were *** synergistic effect of dielectric and magnetic components optimizes impedance matching and allows more electromagnetic waves to enter the ***,through the conduction loss of high conductivity graphitized carbon,interfacial polarization,and dipole polarization of heterogeneous interfaces between the components,the magnetic loss provided by CoCu alloy can work together to maximize the attenuation ability of electromagnetic ***,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of the composite reaches-53.43 dB when the matched thickness is 2.1 mm,while the maximum effective absorption bandwidth(EABmax)reaches 6.0 GHz at a thin thickness of 1.8 *** work provides some support and reference for the design of novel electromagnetic wave absorbing materials via the dielectric/magnetic loss synergistic mechanism.

Morphological and molecular evidence for natural hybridization between Sorbus pohuashanensis and S. discolor (Rosaceae)

In overlapping distribution areas of Sorbus pohuashanensis and *** in North China(Mount Tuoliang,Mount Xiling and Mount Baihua),Sorbus indi-viduals were found with pink fruit,which have never been recorded for the flora of *** morphological characters combined with four chloroplast DNA markers and internal transcribed spacer(ITS)were used to analyze the origin of the Sorbus individuals with pink fruits and their relationship to *** and ***,SDA and one-way(taxon)ANOVA of morphological characters provided convincing evidence of the hybrid ori-gin of Sorbus individuals with pink fruits based on a novel morphological character and many intermediate *** analysis based on four cpDNA markers showed that either *** or *** were maternal parents of Sorbus individuals with pink ***-ence of the position of Sorbus individuals with pink fruits between cpDNA and ITS in cluster trees supported by DNA sequence comparative analysis,implying former hybridiza-tion events between *** and ***-tiple hybridization events between *** and *** might have contributed to the generation of Sorbus individuals with pink *** study has provided insights into hybridization between species of the same genus in sympatric areas,which is of great significance for the study of interspecific hybridization.

Passivation remediation of weakly alkaline Cd-contaminated soils using combined treatments of biochar and sepiolite

Background Cadmium(Cd) pollution in agricultural soils has become a priority environmental concern globally. A reasonable application of passivators is critical to address the problem. In this study, we examined the remediation effects of rice husk biochar(r BC) and sepiolite(Sep) as single and combined(r BC + Sep) treatments on Cd pollution in a weakly alkaline soil using three maize cultivars(Liyu 16, zhengdan 958, and Sanbei 218) as test crops. We also explained the mechanisms involved in the remediation *** The pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir model could well describe the adsorption process of r BC + Sep for Cd2+. Compared with the control treatment(CK), soil available Cd concentration decreased by 29.51–36.34% under r BC + Sep treatment(p16, zhengdan 958, and Sanbei 218 decreased by 38.08–47.85%, 37.25–45.61%, and 33.96–46.15%, respectively(p16(0.05–0.09) and Sanbei 218(0.05–0.09) were lower than those of zhengdan 958(0.07–0.13). In addition, r BC +Sep treatment increased soil p H and soil electrical conductivity, but the differences were not significant(p> 0.05).Conclusions The application of 0.2% r BC + 0.5% Sep composite passivation material to weakly alkaline Cd-contaminated soil can effectively reduce the Cd concentration of soil and maize.

Fucoidan protects against LPS-induced mastitis and enhances the integrity of blood-milk barrier by activating AMPK/Nrf2 and autophagy

Mastitis often occurs during women’s lactation period， causing great psychological and physical pain to women. Fucoidan， a sulfated polysaccharide obtained from brown algae， has much broader biological properties. However， the roles of fucoidan in lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-induced mastitis are still undiscovered. The present study was aimed to evaluate the influences of fucoidan on LPS-induced mouse mastitis and investigate its possible mechanisms. The expression profiles of fucoidan acting on mastitis were analyzed by Network pharmacology. Additionally， mechanism experiments verified the mechanism of fucoidan on mastitis. The results of in vivo study displayed that the treatment of fucoidan to LPS-stimulated mouse mastitis decreased the inflammatory damage， proinflammatory cytokines level and repaired the completeness of blood-milk barrier. In the study of mouse mammary epithelial cells， fucoidan suppressed the secretion of reactive oxygen species (ROS)and enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes. Molecular experiments suggested that fucoidan promoted Nrf2 nuclear import and autophagy via activating the AMPK signaling pathway. The above results indicated that in mastitis， fucoidan promoted Nrf2 nuclear import and autophagy via activating the AMPK signaling pathway， thereby suppressing oxidative stress and inflammatory injury to the mammary glands and protecting the blood-milk barrier.
