In rice production,the prevention and management of pests and diseases have always received special *** methods require human experts,which is costly and *** to the complexity of the structure of rice diseases and pests,quickly and reliably recognizing and locating them is ***,deep learning technology has been employed to detect and identify rice diseases and *** paper introduces common publicly available datasets;summarizes the applications on rice diseases and pests from the aspects of image recognition,object detection,image segmentation,attention mechanism,and few-shot learning methods according to the network structure differences;and compares the performances of existing ***,the current issues and challenges are explored fromthe perspective of data acquisition,data processing,and application,providing possible solutions and *** study aims to review various DL models and provide improved insight into DL techniques and their cutting-edge progress in the prevention and management of rice diseases and pests.

Observability analysis(OA)is vital to obtaining the available input measurements of state estimation(SE)in an integrated electricity and heating system(IEHS).Considering the thermal quasi-dynamics in pipelines,the measurement equations in heating systems are dependent on the estimated results,leading to an interdependency between OA and *** OA methods require measurement equations be known exactly before SE is performed,and they are not applicable to *** bridge this gap,a scenario-based OA scheme for IEHSs is devised that yields reliable analysis results for a predefined set of time-delay scenarios to cope with this *** its core procedure,the observable state identification and observability restoration are formulated in terms of integer linear *** tests are conducted to demonstrate the validity and superiority of the proposed formulation.

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） is a poor-prognostic cancer type with extensive intra-and inter-patient heterogeneity in both genomic variations and tumor microenvironment（TME）. However, the patterns and drivers of spatial genomic and microenvironmental heterogeneity of ESCC remain largely unknown. Here, we generated a spatial multi-omic atlas by whole-exome, transcriptome, and methylome sequencing of 507 tumor samples from 103.patients. We identified a novel tumor suppressor PREX2,accounting for 22% of ESCCs with frequent somatic mutations or hyper-methylation, which promoted migration and invasion of ESCC cells in vitro. Analysis of the TME and quantification of subclonal expansion indicated that ESCCs undergo spatially directed evolution, where subclones mostly originated from the tumor center but had a biased clonal expansion to the upper direction of the ***, we found upper regions of ESCCs often underwent stronger immunoediting with increased selective fitness, suggesting more stringent immune selection. In addition, distinct TMEs were associated with variable genomic and clinical outcomes. Among them, hot TME was associated with high immune evasion and subclonal heterogeneity. We also found that immunoediting, instead of CD8+T cell abundance, acts as an independent prognostic factor of ESCCs. Importantly, we found significant heterogeneity in previously considered potential therapeutic targets, as well as BRCAness characteristics in a subset of patients, emphasizing the importance of focusing on heterogeneity in ESCC targeted ***, these findings provide novel insights into the mechanisms of the spatial evolution of ESCC and inform precision therapeutic strategies.

A computer simulation study on dynamics for the precipitation of δ'(Al_3.i) ordered particles from a disor- dered matrix (α) in binary Al-Li alloys is performed using the microscopic Langevin equation. A unique precipitation mechanism is found near the ordering spinodal line. Different from the classical nucleation mechanism in the me- tastable region and the congruent ordering followed by spinodal decomposition in the instable region, a nonstoichi- ometric single ordered phase with composition fluctuations is formed by non-classical nucleation, and this ordered phase decomposes spinodally. It can be concluded that the precipitation dynamics of δ' phase from metastability to instability is gradual, and no sharp transition occurs near the mean-field spinodal line as the mean-field theory pre- dicts.

A novel approach to automatically enhance the initial annotations of Web images is presented in this paper. Given a Web image,a set of initial annotations is extracted from the surrounding text and other textual information of the hosting Web page.A concept ontology is used to achieve hierarchical probabilistic image concept reasoning for multi-level image *** this concept reasoning process,a set of extended annotations is *** initial annotations and the extended annotations are considered as two disjoint sets of graph vertices to construct a bipartite ***,an annotation enhancing algorithm is used to re-rank the candidate annotations based on the bipartite graph. Finally,the annotations with the highest ranking scores are reserved as the final *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach for Web image annotation.

This paper presents a novel method to study Linux kernel evolution using complex *** investigated the node degree distribution and average path length of the call graphs corresponding to the kernel modules of 223.different versions(V1.1.0 to V2.4.3.),we found that the call graphs are scale-free and smallworld *** on the relationship between average path length and nodes,we propose a method to find unusual points during Linux kernel evolution using the slope of the average path *** the unusual points we identify major structural changes in kernel modules.A stability coefficient is also proposed to describe quantitatively the stability of kernel modules during ***,we verify our result through Vasa’s metrics method.

In order to harness diffractive neural networks(DNNs)for tasks that better align with real-world computer vision requirements,the incorporation of gray scale is ***,DNNs are not powerful enough to accomplish gray-scale image processing tasks due to limitations in their expressive *** our work,we elucidate the relationship between the improvement in the expressive power of DNNs and the increase in the number of phase modulation layers,as well as the optimization of the Fresnel number,which can describe the diffraction *** demonstrate this point,we numerically trained a double-layer DNN,addressing the prerequisites for intensitybased gray-scale image ***,we experimentally constructed this double-layer DNN based on digital micromirror devices and spatial light modulators,achieving eight-level intensity-based gray-scale image classification for the MNIST and Fashion-MNIST data *** optical system achieved the maximum accuracies of 95.10%and 80.61%,respectively.
