1.Objective Pegmatite hosts important resource of rare metals,e.g.,lithium(Li)and beryllium(Be).In recent years,increasingly more studies were dedicated to characterize and unravel the formation of pegmatite-type deposits,for which accurate dating of pegmatite formation and mineralization is essential.The Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt is a major rare metal metallogenic belt in China,hosting many important pegmatite-type Li deposits,including the Lijiagou,Dangba,Jiajika,Yelonggou,Cuola,and Declalongba.Radiometric age data(mica Ar-Ar and zircon/cassiterite U-Pb)from these Li deposits are sparse,ranging from 210 to 152 Ma.However,obtaining reliable zircon U-Pb dates can be a challenge due to the strong decidualization in pegmatites.As a result,the formation and mineralization ages of these rare metal pegmatites remain controversial,which hampers the development of pegmatite-type metallogenic model for the Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt.

To the Editor:Significant hyperfibrinolysis is always accompanied by surgical trauma and tourniquet use in total knee arthroplasty(TKA),leading to considerable hidden blood loss,inflammation,and pain,thereby impeding the recovery process.Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has promoted the development of patient blood management in recent decades.And numerous methods of blood conservation,including tranexamic acid(TXA),a lysine analog competitive inhibitor of plasmin and plasminogen,have been studied.^([1–3])However,some issues remain controversial,such as the optimal TXA regimen in TKA.On the other hand,the use of TXA in arthroplasty is considered off-label,although the current guideline or consensus suggests its routine use in arthroplasty.

BACKGROUND Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and alcohol-related liver disease(Ar-LD)constitute the primary forms of chronic liver disease,and their incidence is progressively increasing with changes in lifestyle habits.Earlier studies have do-cumented a correlation between the occurrence and development of prevalent mental disorders and fatty liver.AIM To investigate the correlation between fatty liver and mental disorders,thus ne-cessitating the implementation of a mendelian randomization(MR)study to elu-cidate this association.METHODS Data on NAFLD and ArLD were retrieved from the genome-wide association studies catalog,while information on mental disorders,including Alzheimer's disease,schizophrenia,anxiety disorder,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),bipolar disorder,major depressive disorder,multiple personality dis-order,obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD),post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),and schizophrenia was acquired from the psychiatric genomics consor-tium.A two-sample MR method was applied to investigate mediators in signifi-cant associations.RESULTS After excluding weak instrumental variables,a causal relationship was identified between fatty liver disease and the occurrence and development of some psychia-tric disorders.Specifically,the findings indicated that ArLD was associated with a significantly elevated risk of developing ADHD(OR:5.81,95%CI:5.59-6.03,P<0.01),bipolar disorder(OR:5.73,95%CI:5.42-6.05,P=0.03),OCD(OR:6.42,95%CI:5.60-7.36,P<0.01),and PTSD(OR:5.66,95%CI:5.33-6.01,P<0.01).Meanwhile,NAFLD significantly increased the risk of developing bipolar disorder(OR:55.08,95%CI:3.59-845.51,P<0.01),OCD(OR:61.50,95%CI:6.69-565.45,P<0.01),and PTSD(OR:52.09,95%CI:4.24-639.32,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Associations were found between genetic predisposition to fatty liver disease and an increased risk of a broad range of psychiatric disorders,namely bipolar disorder,OCD,and PTSD,highlighting the significance of preven-tive measures against psychiatric disorders in patients with fatty liver

Dielectric and energy storage properties of PbOSrO-Na_(2)O-Nb_(2)O_(5)-SiO_(2)(PSNNS) thin films with annealing temperature from 700 to 850 ℃ were investigated by measuring their capacitance-electric filed curve and hysteresis loops.The results show that the highest dielectric constant and energy density are 81.2 and 17.0 J·cm^(-3),respectively,which is obtained in the sample with annealing temperature of 800 ℃.Annealed from 700 to800 ℃,the dielectric constant and energy storage performance of PSNNS films are continuously improved.However,with annealing temperature up to 850 ℃,their dielectric constant decreases,which might be related with the removal of interfacial defects as a function of annealing temperature.Defect is one of the causes of space charge phenomenon,resulting in the increase in dielectric constant.Moreover,the micro structure analysis by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) indicates that the change of crystallization phase and interfacial polarization takes responsibility to the results.

The polymer electrolyte membrane(PEM)electrolyzers are burdened with costly iridium(Ir)-based catalysts and high operation overpotentials for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The development of earth-abundant,highly active,and durable electrocatalysts to replace Ir is a critical step in reducing the cost of green hydrogen production.Here we develop a Ru5Mo4Ox binary oxide catalyst that exhibits high activity and stability in acidic OER.The electron-withdrawing property of Mo enriches the electrophilic surface oxygen species,which promotes acidic OER to proceed via the adsorbate evolution pathway.As a result,we achieve a 189 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 48.8 mV·dec^(-1).Our catalyst demonstrates a substantial 18-fold increase in intrinsic activity,as evaluated by turnover frequency,compared to commercially available RuO_(2) and IrO_(2) catalysts.Moreover,we report a stable OER operation at 10 mA·cm^(-2) for 100 h with a low degradation rate of 2.05 mV·h^(-1).

BACKGROUND The bacterium Eikenella,classified as a gram-negative member of the phylum Proteobacteria,is distinguished by its rarity,corrosive nature,facultative anaerobic properties,and conditional pathogenicity.It represents the sole species within its genus-Eikenella corrodens(E.corrodens)-and can be found colonizing both human and animal oral and nasopharyngeal regions.Additionally,it occasionally inhabits the gastrointestinal or urogenital tracts.However,its slow growth rate can be attributed to its high nutritional requirements.However,there is an uneven distribution of construction and diagnostic capacity in China which poses undeniable challenges for the clinical examination and analysis of this case,especially in the basic hospitals.CASE SUMMARY Here we presented a case of empyema associated with E.corrodens infection in a 67-year-old male patient without any previous history of infectious diseases in our primary hospital in Dongguan district of China.The patient was admitted due to recurrent worsening cough,sputum production,and dyspnea for 3 d,which had persisted for over 20 years.Moreover,the patient experienced a onehour episode of unconsciousness.Upon admission,immediate comprehensive examinations were conducted on the patient which subsequently led to his admission to the intensive care unit.Meanwhile,the patient presented with drowsiness and profuse sweating along with bilateral conjunctival edema observed during initiation of non-invasive ventilation,suggesting empyema.A significant amount of coffee-colored malodorous pleural fluid was drained during the procedure above and sent to the laboratory department for inspection.Finally,laboratory culture results confirmed the presence of E.corrodens infection in the pleural fluid sample.The patient received antimicrobial therapy until died on day 22 in the hospital.CONCLUSION In this report,we presented a case of empyema associated with E.corrodens infection.Multiple courses of morphological examination,viable culture analysis,and biochemical identifica

为了预测多级压气机的特性,通过逐级进行三维计算来修正一维计算程序内部的落后角计算模型、效率计算模型及轮缘功计算模型,使得一维计算预测的级特性曲线更加贴合所使用的叶型,降低了三维计算动静交界面传递数据而产生的误差。以此缩放方法来实现压气机特性的更好预测,同时也降低了压气机采用三维计算预测性能所消耗的资源与时间。选取某8级压气机作为计算模型来验证提出的方法。结果表明,相较原模型的一维计算预测,经过缩放修正后的一维预测方法更接近试验结果。在相同压比下,三维计算与试验结果流量相差约1.18%,而缩放修正后的一维计算与试验结果流量偏差降低至0.29%。经过修正后的一维计算对于压气机叶片攻角落后角的预测也更加精准。提出的基于维度缩放修正一维程序方法能够更好地预测多级压气机特性。

Polyoxometalates modified with complex cations have attracted increasing attention because of the fascinating properties and the controllable structures.By adjusting the synthesis conditions,four new terpyridine complexes based hybrid POMs,[(TPY-H)CuCl]_(4)[W_(10)O_(32)]·2DMF·2H_(2)O(1),[(TPY-H)Cu(DMSO)(H_(2)O)]_(2)[W_(10)O_(32)]·2H_(2)O(2),[(TPY-H)_(2)Cu]_(2)[W_(10)O_(32)]·6DMSO·8H_(2)O(3) and[(TPY-Br)CuCl(DMSO)(H_(2)O)]_(2)[(TPY-Br)CuCl]_(2)[W_(10)O_(32)]·2DMSO·4H_(2)O(4),were prepared by using‘one-pot’method.Sing-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,infrared radiation,etc.,revealed the structural composition of compounds 1—4,which indicates that synthesis conditions have a directional regulatory effect on the compounds synthesis.Thioether oxidation catalytic reactions show 1—4 have good catalytic activities,and powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry analysis show 1—4 have superduper catalytic stability.Moreover,4 has better catalytic activity because of the different structure of terpyridine complexes.Therefore,a possible mechanism of dual-site catalysis by both cations and anions is proposed.

The development and vigor of soil microorganisms in terrestrial ecosystems are frequently constrained by the limited availability of essential elements such as carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P).In this study,we investigated the impact of long-term application of varying levels of organic manure,low(7.5 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1)),moderate(15.0 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1)),and high(22.5 Mg ha^(−1)yr^(−1)),on the stoichiometry of enzymes and the structures of the microbial communities in soybean rhizospheric and bulk soils.The main goal of this research was to examine how soil microbial resource limitations in the rhizosphere respond to different long-term fertilization strategies.The soil enzymatic activities were quantified,and the structure of the microbial community was assessed by analyzing phospholipid fatty acid profiles.When compared to the bulk soil,the rhizospheric soil had significant increases in microbial biomass carbon(MBC),nitrogen(MBN),and phosphorus(MBP),with MBC increasing by 54.19 to 72.86%,MBN by 47.30 to 48.17%,and MBP by 17.37 to 208.47%.Compared with the unfertilized control(CK),the total microbial biomasses of the rhizospheric(increased by 22.80 to 90.82%)and bulk soils(increased by 10.57 to 60.54%)both exhibited increases with the application of organic manure,and the rhizospheric biomass was higher than that of bulk soil.Compared with bulk soil,the activities of C-,N-and P-acquiring enzymes of rhizospheric soil increased by 22.49,14.88,and 29.45%under high levels of organic manure,respectively.Analyses of vector length,vector angle,and scatter plots revealed that both rhizospheric and bulk soils exhibited limitations in terms of both carbon(C)and phosphorus(P)availability.The results of partial least-squares path modelling indicated that the rhizospheric soil exhibited a more pronounced response to the rate of manure application than the bulk soil.The varying reactions of rhizospheric and bulk soils to the extended application of organic manure underscore the crucial function of the rhizosphere in miti

Spin-crossover(SCO)materials with light-induced multistability have potential applications in multi-addressable opto-magnetic memory devices and multiple switches.Here,we reported a three-dimensional Hofmann-type metal-organic framework(MOF)[Fe(bpy){Pt(CN)_(4)}]·coumarin(1·coumarin,bpy=4,4′-bipyridine),which exhibits an incomplete and hysteretic SCO behavior.Most importantly,the light-induced stepped thermal relaxation(LISTR)with obvious magnetic plateau for a hidden intermediate spin state is firstly realized.This hidden spin state is also observed for the first time in the thermal relaxation after light-assisted spin state annealing(LASSA).Meanwhile,an extremely rare bi-directional light-induced excited spin-state trapping(LIESST)with the highest reverse-LIESST temperature is observed.Therefore,five spin states can be captured in 1·coumarin and the tristability can be modulated below 102 K through the excitation-relaxation mechanism.Hence,the light-and temperatureinduced multistability provides a new strategy for developing multistable materials.
