Fast and reliable localization of high-energy transients is crucial for characterizing the burst properties and guiding the follow-up *** based on the relative counts of different detectors has been widely used for all-sky gamma-ray *** are two major methods for this count distribution localization:χ^(2.minimization method and the Bayesian *** we propose a modified Bayesian method that could take advantage of both the accuracy of the Bayesian method and the simplicity of the χ^(2.*** comprehensive simulations,we find that our Bayesian method with Poisson likelihood is generally more applicable for various bursts than the χ^(2.method,especially for weak *** further proposed a location-spectrum iteration approach based on the Bayesian inference,which could alleviate the problems caused by the spectral difference between the burst and location *** method is very suitable for scenarios with limited computation resources or timesensitive applications,such as in-flight localization software,and low-latency localization for rapidly follow-up observations.

Superconductivity in small metallic grains is carefully checked as their size is decreased to a few nm when the average level spacing d could be compared with the bulk gapΔ.Using random matrix theory to the mean field,we find that the average theoretical values of the critical level spacing for both odd and even numbers of electrons and the transition temperature Tc in three Gauss ensembles are quite different for those from the model of uniformly spaced *** Sz=1.2.as grain size is reduced,the transition temperature or the granular gap decreases monotonously,and the relation 2.(0)/kB T_(c)≤3.53 always exists.

本文通过对上海地区约2.0个深孔和300个浅孔的岩性、岩相分析,把本区第四纪沉积层归纳为十二个沉积单元,并根据孢粉与微古分析资料得出与之相应的孢粉组合带及海陆相沉积。从沉积结构特征和孢粉组合特点,得出第四纪时期本区有五个寒冷期及与之相间的四个温暖期和冰后期,自早至晚分别命名为:崇明寒冷期、沪西寒冷期、沪东寒冷期、闸北寒冷期、苏州河寒冷期、根据微古和岩相等资料,发现有同温暖期和冰后期相呼应的五次不同范围的海浸,自早至晚命名为:江镇海浸、邓镇海浸、西郊海浸、曹家渡海浸和外滩海浸。在寒冷期以湖相沉积为主,在温暖期以河流相沉积为主,局部地区为海相沉积。按古气候地层划分原则,把本区第四纪地层划分为:古更新统(层1.-1.);早更新统(层1.-0);中更新统(层8-7);晚更新统(层6-3);新更新统(层2.,和全新统(层1.。

Sources and health risks of PM2.5-bound polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in a North China rural area

Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) are typical persistent organic pollutants(POPs),which have high toxicity,bioaccumulation and long-distance transfer *** variation,sources of PcBs and OcPs in PM2.5 are rarely explored in polluted rural ***,the sources and health risks of the PcBs and OcPs were evaluated for 48 PM2.5 samples collected in winter 2.1. in Wangdu,a heavy polluted rural area in the North China *** average diurnal and nocturnal concentrations of E1. PCBs and∑1.OCPs were 1.74-2..37 and 1.77-1.0.49,1..67-408.81.and 1..89-865.60 pg/m3,***-CBs and penta-CBs accounted for higher proportions(2..0% and 33.6%) of clean and polluted samples,***(HCB) was the dominant contributor to OCPs with an average concentration of 1.6.1. pg/***(EHCHs) and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane(EDDTs) were the other two main classes in OCPs with the average concentrations of 4.33 and 1..89 pg/m3,respectively.β-HCH and p,p’-DDE were the main degradation products of HCHs and DDTs,*** principal component analysis and characteristic ratio method indicated both waste incineration and industrial activities were the main sources of PCBs,contributing 76.8% and 1..7%,*** loadings of OCPs were attributed to their application characteristics and the characteristic ratio method reflected a current or past use of *** risk assessment showed that the respiratory exposure quantity of doxin-like PCBs(DL-PCBs) and the lifetime cancer risk from airborne OCPs exposure was negligible,while the other exposure modes may pose a risk to human bodies.

目的观察卡格列净(canagliflozin,Cana)干预治疗高糖诱导人足细胞(human podocyte,HPC)损伤的疗效,并探讨其相关机制。方法将HPC设为5组:正常组(normal glucose group,NG组)、甘露醇组(mannitol group,MA组)、高糖组(high glucose,HG组)、Cana低剂量(0.3μmol/L)组、Cana高剂量(1.0μmol/L)组。Western印迹法检测膜相关反向鸟苷酸激酶2.membrane-associated guanylate kinase inverted-2.MAGI2.、足细胞相关蛋白nephrin、钠-葡萄糖转运蛋白2.sodium-glucose transporter 2.SGLT2.及NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3,NLRP3)、凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD,ASC)、裂解半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶1.cleaved-caspase1.表达。鬼笔环肽(phalloidin)染色观察HPC骨架变化。2.,7'-二氯二氢荧光素二乙酸酯(2.,7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate,DCFH-DA)检测细胞活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)水平。酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测细胞上清中炎性因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1.、IL-1.含量。结果(1.与NG组比较,HG组MAGI2.nephrin表达水平较低(均P1.,SGLT2.达较高(P1.;足细胞形态变化及细胞骨架重构显著;细胞ROS水平较高(P1.;NLRP3、ASC、cleaved-caspase1.达较高(均P1.;细胞上清中IL-1.、IL-1.浓度较高(均P2.与HG组比较,Cana组MAGI2.nephrin表达升高(均P1.;细胞形态变化及细胞骨架重构减轻;SGLT2.达下调(P3、ASC、cleaved-caspase1.达下调(P1.;上清中IL-1.、IL-1.浓度下调(均P3信号通路相关。

The S2.domain of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV) spike (S) protein is responsible for fusion between virus and target cell membrane and is expected to work as an immune antigen. In this study, we investigated the immunization effects of S2.subunit in BALB/c mice, which were respectively vaccinated with plasmid DNA encoding S2.domain (residues 681.1.2.), with recombinant S2.fragment (residues 681.980) in incomplete Freund’s adjuvant, or with inactivated SARS-CoV. The increased amount of specific cytotoxicity cells (CTLs) and high titre of specific antibody showed evident cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response and humoral B-lymphocyte response in all three groups. The shift of cytokines suggested that Th1.polarized immune response was induced by plasmid pCoVS2.and meanwhile Th2.dominant response was induced by recombinant S2.fragment and inactivated vaccine. However, the titre of neutralizing antibodies was only detectable in mice immunized with inactivated virus, but not with pCo VS2.plasmid. Taken together, S2.domain could induce specific cellular immune response and high level of total IgG but little neutralization antibodies against the infection by SARS-CoV.

Quantum secure direct communication(QSDC)based on entanglement can directly transmit confidential ***,the inability to simultaneously distinguish the four sets of encoded entangled states limits its practical ***,we explore a QSDC network based on time–energy entanglement and sum-frequency *** total,1. users are in a fully connected QSDC network,and the fidelity of the entangled state shared by any two users is>97%.The results show that when any two users are performing QSDC over 40 km of optical fiber,the fidelity of the entangled state shared by them is still>95%,and the rate of information transmission can be maintained above 1.Kbp/*** result demonstrates the feasibility of a proposed QSDC network and hence lays the foundation for the realization of satellite-based long-distance and global QSDC in the future.
